Insiders say the pair, who’ve been dating two years, have had problems for ages, but when Justin was spotted allegedly cheating at New York’s upscale nightspot, ‘Avenue One,’ recently, it brought poor Ms Biel to a boil. “Things don’t look good for them right now — they’ve hit a really rocky spot,” a close friend of Justin told News reporters.

They have not been out in public from that day to this.

Things apparently started to go sour back in February, when JT and some buddies took a boy’s trip to Vegas. “Justin once had to leave dinner, because Jessica was calling incessantly,” says a friend. “They got into a huge screaming match on the phone about how she’s always checking on him. She’s extremely needy and is always keeping tabs on where JT is.”

That opinion seems shared by most of Justin’s close friends, “All his friends think she’s really annoying,” confirms another insider. “She’s always trying to be one of the guys. She and Justin have no chemistry.”

If your connection’s that brittle, it’s not smart to put a whole ocean between you – but that is exactly what’s Justin’s just done: He hopped on a plane and landed in London, where the 28-year old actor has been quite a cad; First, he attended the ‘White Tie and Tiara’ ball at Elton John’s mansion in Windsor, then a gig with Prince Harry in the verdant Hyde Park. Next stop was Wimbledon, then he debuted his clothes line, and then came a long night of parties with ex ‘Mr. Madonna,’ Guy Ritchie.

“Jessica wanted to go with him,” says the friend. “But he wasn’t having it. He just wanted to get away. He needed his space from her.”

You might think poor Jessie’s been dissed…and some say you’re right, “Jessica is really fun to be around,” says Justin’s former ’N-Sync’ band-mate, Lance Bass. “I haven’t spoken to Justin in a while, but the last I knew, he really loved her.”

But not all his success has been schmoozing and spells; The redheaded actor, who has a deep fear of spiders, has also experienced the down-side of fame, “It’s taken me years to get used to being recognized in the street,” he admits. “But the most terrifying thing was a newspaper photo of a book-burning in the deep south. There was picture of my face on the fire, because those folks thought the films endorsed witchcraft. That’s when it hit me how big all this had become.”

On the upside, Mr. Grint, who earns $6-million a film, has now left his hand-prints at Grauman’s Chinese Theater, alongside most of the Hollywood greats.

But Rupert has not let either fame or the money affect him too much; While most famous actors have fleets of fast cars, Rupert’s transport of choice is a broken-down pickup, and a working ice-cream truck for when he needs fun. And he’s also no fool about love, “I know I could use the fame to meet women, but I don’t want to meet a girl who’s trying to take advantage of that. And I don’t Google myself because the results are too scary.”

Since losing their world-famous father to cardiac arrest on June 25, all three children are said to be doing quite well. Jackson’s Mother, Katherine, was named as their guardian in Michael’s new will, which wholly ignores their surrogate mom, Debbie Rowe.

If Katherine were somehow unable to serve, Jackson’s next choice was his lifelong companion, Diana Ross.

The London concerts were set to be Jackson’s first time on a stage since 2001, but despite the loss his children are still in good spirits, “They’re happy,” Joe Jackson told a press conference, Monday. “They’re with the other young ones in the Jackson family…They were never around other kids.” he explained.

Jackson’s funeral is now set for the Staples Center on Tuesday, where his kids and the world can then say their goodbyes.

Hayden, 19, canceled the short-lived affair with the 32-year old British TV presenter because she found out she doesn’t really like him that way, ‘I’m single and mingling. Steve lives in London, the distance is a bit too much.’ the ‘Heroes’ star told reporters.

The ex-couple met over dinner with friends at Nobu, an upscale restaurant in London. “There were a group of them there, including Elton John’s mate, David Furnish; But Hayden and Steve only had eyes for each other.” a source said of the pair at the time.

A few days later they skipped over the water to France, and were spied schmoozing on-board a yacht at the Cannes Film Festival, “Cannes was a great experience.” Hayden later recalled. “Some friends were going, so I decided to tag along. It was fun.”

For his part, Steve was said to be visibly thrilled by both the trip, and his choice of companion. But Hayden was not as impressed by her attentive suitor as Steve might have thought. “I’m not good at learning that sometimes you don’t like someone that way - and how to deal with it. I really don’t want to hurt his feelings.” Hayden explained to the scribes.

Having only recently parted from fellow Hero, Milo Ventimiglia, the 5′1” actress, known to her closest as ‘Mushroom.’ is sure to bounce back from this tiny detour.

Best known to the world as Pam Beesley from the NBC hit, Jenna, 35, was holding court in the tiny, 22-seat eating house, and showing off her diamond engagement ring for her friends. The lucky guy is Lee Kirk, a screenwriter, of whom painfully little is known at this point.

This will be Jenna’s second time down the aisle – In October 2000 she married another writer - James Gunn, but they divorced just seven years later with no children involved.

After a saturation-bombing campaign of hype drew 10.6-million people to June 22nd’s divorce special, Monday’s show scored just 2.4-million viewers – a humiliating 77% drop in ratings.

Since the split was confirmed, TLC has put the show on vacation to give the pair ’some time to regroup.’ So last Monday’s outing was warmed-over clips. But Kate is determined to continue the show, despite the lack of a marriage that was clearly its core. While still in the midst of announcing they’re over she said to the camera, through convenient tears, “The show must go on!”

On Tuesday, before the new ratings were known, the former couple issued a statement, making it clear they would no longer talk to the press. [The press immediately released a reply that reads, ‘Phew!’] Posted on TLC’s website, it says, “Our goal is to do the very best for our children, and that will be done as privately as possible. We appreciate the understanding, support and well wishes from so many.”

With no married couple, the show has no purpose. While Kate may want to continue, she’s on borrowed time.

The 72-year old actor, who starred in more than 100 films, including a celebrated performance in 2004’s, ‘Kill Billl, Volume II’ was found dead in a Thailand hotel room on June 4th. An autopsy was performed the next day in Thailand, but the family hired forensic specialist, Dr. Michael Baden to re-examine Mr. Carradine once he was returned to the States, and today he made a brief statement.

“The cause of death was asphyxiation; an inability to breathe.” Dr. Baden told reporters. “Why that happened is now what we’re working on. He didn’t die of natural causes, and he didn’t die of suicide, so that leaves some kind of accidental death.”

After a maid discovered Mr. Carradine’s body in the Thailand hotel, local authorities said it would take at least a month to fully determine the cause of his death. Dr. Baden is now awaiting that news from Thai police and the hotel’s own security staff to rule out the chance that persons unknown may have caused David’s death.

Once that is resolved the Doctor has said he will release the report – but that may still be some weeks away.

The rumors were potent, but it seems Miley dumped poor Justin Gaston because she was still addicted to Nick.

Sources are saying the two 16-year old’s came together for a Disney shoot recently, and once Miley was back in the orbit of Jonas, the feelings he caused her just welled up again - and she realized right away that Gaston was gone. “Miley explained to Justin that she was never truly over Nick and that all her feelings were back.” an insider told Fox.

Once Justin departed, Miley and Nick got back together at once. And Nick’s family are said to be thrilled, ““Nick’s mom always loved Miley, and in light of their Disney show tanking in the ratings lately, the entire Jonas camp is excited. There’s hope the new romance will benefit everyone,” says a family friend.

Miley’s family, however, do not share the joy. Her dad, Billy Ray, who introduced Justin to Miley, has taken it hard. “He was a big friend to Justin and the two really bonded,” says a source close to Camp Cyrus.

As for the recycled couple, they’re loving the deal; Despite busy schedules, the pair share a constant connection, “They talk daily, and send texts and tweets all day long.”  The source confirms. “They also video-chat late into the night. Both are a lot happier now.”
