If Epstein has his way, Albert Pujols just might end up at Wrigley, a move that makes sense on so many levels.

Pujols is (or was) the game’s greatest right-handed slugger. Putting him in the middle of the Cubs’ lineup would satisfy two agendas: the Cubs, who were eighth in the league in runs scored in 2011, would become an upper-tier threat. And the Cardinals, who still think they’re hurtling toward a world championship despite a 2-1 loss the Rangers on Thursday night, would lose an irreplaceable weapon.

Ingredients

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup pan drippings from roast prime rib of beef

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Sift together the flour and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat together the eggs and milk until light and foamy. Stir in the dry ingredients just until incorporated. Pour the drippings into a 9-inchpie pan, cast iron skillet, or square baking dish. Put the pan in oven and get the drippings smoking hot. Carefully take the pan out of the oven and pour in the batter. Put the pan back in oven and cook until puffed and dry, 15 to 20 minutes.

A: Relax. Yorkshire pudding needs to bake from 20 to 55 minutes depending on the recipe you use. Pop it into the oven right after removing the meat. Let the roast beef "rest" on the counter while the pudding bakes. The beef juices stirred up by roasting will redistribute themselves, resulting in moister slices when you cut it. Keep the roast beef out of drafts, tented in aluminium foil if need be while the pudding bakes. Don't worry if the beef ends up lukewarm. Pour a big spoonful of hot gravy on the meat when serving; no one will notice.

I do wish you'd reconsider the Yorkshire pudding idea. I find it often too big and floppy. I much prefer popovers because they're crustier (which I adore) and individually sized. That only catch is you need a special popover pan or a collection of sturdy ramekins to bake them up.

You know how most of us thought the Gorillaz were releasing a free album this Christmas called The Fall? Well, apparently a lot of us got it wrong as it's actually only free if you're a Sub-Division subscriber, whatever that is. For the rest of us, we're going to have to give up our e-mail address and other relevant information just to take a listen. But hey, it will be available in its physical form at some point next year. And being able to listen to anything new and technically free from the Gorillaz, even a stream, is pretty damn sweet. Also, there's some pretty sick art to check out and information about where each track was recorded while the band was on the road. Happy holidays.

In order to purchase songs, movies, TV shows or apps from the iTunes store, you are required to set up an iTunes account with a credit card. When multiple devices and people use the same iTunes account, it becomes difficult to keep track of a spending limit, or know who is purchasing what.

In order to regulate iTunes spending, you can create specific allowances for a specific account, or create multiple accounts each with its own spending limit.

Open iTunes by clicking the icon in the Dock or Applications folder.

In the left hand column, click on iTunes Store under the Store section.

Once the iTunes store is open, click on Buy iTunes Gifts under the Quick Links section on the right-hand side of the window.

In the next window, scroll down to the Allowances section. To begin, click Set Up Allowance Now.

The next window will prompt you to enter your information as well as the recipient of this allowance. Choose the allowance amount from the drop-down menu. This can range from $10 to $50. You can choose whether to pre-pay for the remainder of the current month, or begin the allowance at the first of the next month. Choose whether to use a current Apple ID or create a new one for the recipient. Press Continue.

Enter your Apple ID and password in the pop-up window. The allowance will be taken from the credit card associated with your Apple ID. Click Setup to finish.

The confirmation window will summarize your purchase. The recipient’s name, email address and monthly allowance will be displayed. To complete your purchase, click Buy.

The monthly allowance will continue to renew until cancelled. Any amount not used one month will carry over to the next. For example, if the monthly allowance is $20, and only $10 is spent, there will be $30 available for the next month.

Adrienne N. Martin Found Dead in the Home of former Anheuser

Police discovered the body of the 27-year-old woman in the upscale suburban St. Louis residence of ex-Anheuser-Busch CEO August Busch IV although it could take a minimum of a month before authorities know how she died.

The lady was recognized as Adrienne N. Martin, from the St. Louis area and the same age because the victim, posted on the internet site iStudio.com that she was learning to be an artwork therapist and was hoping to become a model. An autopsy was conducted but results could take 4 to six weeks.

Busch, 46, was chief executive at Anheuser-Busch from 2006 till the maker of Budweiser, Bud Light along with other beers was purchased by InBev in 2008. The $52 billion merger created the world’s largest brewery. Busch remains a member with the board of directors for InBev.

Another sad story emerges in the news. The death of a 27 year old woman was reported and confirmed shortly thereafter. Investigators are still not sure of the cause. The name of the deceased is Adrienne N. Martin.

Well apparently she was an aspiring beer model and it can’t hurt to rub elbows or other things with the guy that can get you the job, right? Adrienne N. Martin had other ambitions as well however.

Not only was she dreaming of being a beer model with her beautiful Native American looks but she also wanted to be a child therapist. She was recently divorced and shared custody of a 8 year old son with her ex husband. The latest reports claim that August Busch IV and this young lady were romantically involved. We will just have to wait with everyone else to find out the cause of death for Adrienne N. Martin.

Bobby Valentino Wants To Bring Slow Dancing Back To Nightclubs

Bobby Valentino previously known as Bobby Valentino has talked about his latest single 'Words', for which he has just released the video and it's like a throw-back to Lionel Richie's 'Hello' days.

The single comes from the R&B singer's upcoming album 'Fly on the Wall', which will be here next year.

In an interview with Rap-Up.com, Bobby V said: "It's been a while since I've released a true R&B record as a single. Everyone that buys my album always falls in love with my ballads, which are my favourite to make."

He also added: “I can’t remember the last time I saw anybody slow dancing in the club. I wish those days would come back. I know times have changed but I’m definitely up for the challenge.”

Chances are you'll be watching 'A Christmas Story' at least once over the next few days. Ever since TBS started airing 24 hours of the film beginning Christmas Eve through Christmas Day, it's become a tradition in many households to keep their televisions tuned in to Ralphie's X-mas-related trials and tribulations for hours upon hours on end.

As such, there's a good chance a few questions may pop up while the film is playing in the background, attempting to drown out Uncle Eddie's post-Christmas dinner snoring. We'll be taking the next couple of days to answer some of those questions for you, this way when your little cousin Bobby turns and asks whether you can really shoot your eye out with a BB gun, you'll be waiting with a smile and the correct answer.

Short Answer: No ... and Yes

Longer Answer: All Ralphie wants for Christmas is an official Red Ryder Carbon Action 200 shot range model air rifle, except all the adults around him think it's ridiculous because, well, he'll shoot his eye out. But is it really possible to shoot your eye out with a BB gun?

That depends. It'd be very hard for a person to shoot themselves in the face with a BB gun to begin with since, like in A Christmas Story, the BB would have to ricochet off something in order to actually reach the face. If that's the case, then there probably wouldn't be enough force to literally pop someone's eyeball out, but it could do some serious damage to the eye depending on where it hits. Another way to injure the eye would be for the force of the gun when its shot to push its butt back into a person's eye. That may cause enough damage to leave a person with a swollen black eye, but it won't knock the eye out.
