If you had sold that house in 1971 for $20,663 and purchased silver, by January 1980, your investment would have outpaced real estate by a factor of 17, growing to $770,796!  If you then sold your silver, you could buy eighteen median-price, single-family homes, all cash and benefit from 100 percent of the cash flows from those properties, or , if you were feeling really adventurous, you could put 20% down and buy ninety homes for the same price.</p>
<p>The point is, with real estate so overhauled, and silver so undervalued, chances are that they will both overshoot to the opposite extreme, before reverting to the mean.  What that means for you is that you now have a very rare chance to become very wealthy, very quickly , by simply taking advantage of economic cycles and the wealth transfer they create.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Most investors, collectors, etc. are not familiar with the realities of the silver market.  The main problem with the precious metal is that, in some transactions there is no real, physical silver and what the investor gets in return for his/her money is paper silver.  Some federal banks have pursued that trend for a quite long time and continue to add to their huge pile of liability by issuing more and more paper silver.  The manipulation is feared to leave a huge impact on the market in the long run.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Once reality sits in and the federal banks have to come up with this silver, they will be purchasing all the silver on the open market, which will cause the price to skyrocket!!  Currently you can buy an oz of silver for under $30.  Imagine the gains if you were to buy silver now and the price shoots up to $500/oz or more!  Not to mention the thought of the dollar crashing, which will increase the demand for silver as well as gold.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Currently silver and gold are on Bull Market Runs and have been for the past 10 years.  From my research, this can continue for another 8 -10 years or till the dollar collapse.</p>
