Site and foundation work started on 3/15/2011 and currently they are framing the first floor with the project to be completed in December 2011. The La Quinta hotel will feature high-end modern finishes and décor which will set them apart from area hotels. The Grinnell Group Inc Signs Two New Hotel Construction Projects

Seattle, WA January 28, 2010 – The Grinnell Group, Inc., a construction firm in Washington whose primary focus is on commercial, hospitality and multi-family projects, announced today that it has been awarded a contracts to build a 4-story, 47,761 sq ft 79 unit Best Western/Atrea Hotel in Lacey, WA for Mr. and Mrs. Woo of Olympia and a 3-story 45,761 sq ft 75 unit La Quinta Inn Hotel in Arlington, WA for N&P Hotel Corporation of Bellevue, WA.

Both of these hotels will feature high-end modern finishes and décor which will set them apart from area hotels. The Best Western Atrea hotel will be the first of its kind on the west coast and one of a handful of Atrea prototypes for Best Western nationwide. The Atrea design has the feel of a high end hotel with a contemporary flair and guests will be impressed with the hotel from top to bottom. The La Quinta Inn hotel also will be the newest La Quinta hotel in Washington and Oregon and will be built using the newest La Quinta Inn prototype, making it a hotel unlike others.
