Missouri. There was also tamer praise for the Point Arena Lighthouse -- yes, you can sleep there -- in Point Arena, California; America's Best Value Inn in Hot Springs, Arkansas; the Sofitel Budapest in Budapest, Hungary; the Water Tower Inn at Saint Louis University in St Louis, Missouri; the BridgePointe Hotel & Marina in New Bern, North Carolina; and the Ramada Inn in Thibodaux, Louisiana, west of New Orleans. Getting hit with the complaint stick is The Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Illinois and the Best Western in Albion,
Michigan. Ouch!

But we've received some stern words for the Executive Inn and Suites in Old Saybrook, Connecticut and the Hyatt Regency Suites in Palm Springs, California. But the king of the day -- and the week's only new fin -- is the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel in Toronto, Canada.
