This Restaurant interior was done by Something from Us. Poncho no. 8’s interior is filled with multicolored herringbone patterns and wall illustrations resembling pipes. At first seeing this restaurant design, it’s really refreshing. The restaurant serves Cali-Mex style burritos. Poncho no. 8 fast food interior wanted to express their philosophy, but on the other hand also makes a clear statement and stand out among the crowded food market in London.

Elements like embossed bronze floors, chocolate brown marble, cast bronze sinks, walls of crystals and lighting effect gives the spa a warm, rich and mysterious ambiance. There are very few straight walls or corridors in guest areas and that helps to make the spaces mysterious and allows guests to discover new areas as they journey through it. Crystals are delicately integrated into the spa design in their most natural state. Their faceted edges, which glisten in the light, reinforce the atmospheric feel while exuding a distinct sense of luxury and elegance. The project was built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) a prefab system that allow us to create buildings that are 2x as energy efficient as typical new home in Vancouver. The house we featured today was previously created as a show home for the Avenues of Art & Design group of West Hollywood in collaboration with Luxe Magazine. The house itself was designed by Assembledge+, where they collaborate along with Billy Rose Design. The Stoneridge Residence which was located in Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles recently had gone into several renovations as this house is going to reconnect with its site through the large restructured openings and a thorough landscaping effort.

This modern residence is made from large volumes covered in bricks where they’re polished so that they won’t weathered away against harsh climate. On the second floor you can witness the astounding view of San Fernando Valley. This modern house design also has an Olympic sized infinity pool design which is located in the backyard. Bricks, wood and stone are dominating the exterior and interiors on this modern residence and this luxurious house design also covers 2100 square feet on its second floor as a master bed suite. This house features are home cinema, fully functional kitchen on the ground floor, master bedroom suite, infinite pool design with Olympic size. It’s a no wonder that this luxurious home is as a show home for the Avenues of Art & Design group of West Hollywood in collaboration with Luxe Magazine.

Montblanc House is the name, and it reminds me of a very well known branded product. So, this house has a unique design and very much eye catching although it’s full with simplicity. This Japanese house is located in a peaceful residential area and designed by Okazaki-based Studio Velocity. This modern Japanese house is surrounded with three other houses. Although it might seem crowded, the architecture plan was to make “pockets of open space” and the inhabitants can see the beautiful views of the nearby mountains.

This Japanese concrete home has a strong personality that able to connect the indoor and outdoor atmosphere which is achieved through the asymmetrical voids on the walls that not only acted to connect the outer world towards inside of the house but also it allows the house to gain sufficient sunlight. The Montblanc House features with a true genuine exterior design, and the modern exterior design becoming more fun and playful thanks to the inclined roof. Like many Japanese house, the interiors inside are kept simple, spacious, airy and Zen in design where they’re all strongly enriched by a fresh small garden located on the first level, outdoor terraces and interesting pieces of furniture. Villa Frenay which cost €460,000 in the making and Completed in 2010 was designed by 70F Architecture. This one level villa is located in Almere, the Netherlands. This minimalist Villa is simple in its design, inside you will have a wonderful soothing experience like never before. We completely love the structure appeal at this minimalist resort house that can saturate with the environment.

Here is several descriptions from the architects: “To break the flat polder landscape, the roof of the living / dining room is slightly sloping. At the non-waterfront (north) of the house there are the children’s rooms with their bathroom, a utility room and the living room. The existing artificial ‘hills’ on the premises we accentuated, and the carport with storage room is half buried in one of them. The sauna with garden shed is placed on another hill, and is the highest of the three buildings. From the sauna is a view over a Cor-Ten steel waterfall that runs along the open-air terrace at the gable of the house, sloping towards the water feature that runs along the plot. With the spread of the buildings, a residential area is created, more than a house with outbuildings. It was this morning when I saw my boss status in Facebook, where he simply freak out and seems scary worry that Google doesn’t let images from one of the websites to be indexed, well don’t worry I’m sure he will recover that. Mean while we better retreat to our “Safe House”, a modern concrete house which was by Kwk Promes Architects. This concrete home design is located in Poland, precisely in Warsaw. The architect project was to create two level fortresses that also provide feeling of secure to the inhabitants.

So here’s the description on this modern concrete residence in Poland from the architects “When the set of 15 meter-long retractable walls on the eastern and western side are slid all the way out, the entry plot is enclosed into a temporary courtyard space. The back of the house, which faces an expansive garden to the south, features a 6 meter-high roll-down gate that completely opens up the interior to the exterior. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, presenting the living space with an effectively contrary impression to the one offered by the solid mass of the building.”
