APARTMENT INTERIORS 21 M2 TAMKA BY JAKUB SZCZESNY

A small apartment of only 21.5 m2 where highlight fun colors like green and purple.

Although this tiny apartment of 21.5 m2 may seem uninhabitable, has an excellent location (just 300 meters from the new bridge and overlooking the Royal Castle) and is ideal for a divorced man who uses it 3-4 times a week as a place to meet his son and occasionally to spend weekends. The design's goal was to get two windows (considered a luxury in a pretty small house). The bedroom is raised above the floor surface of about 110 cm, to provide in the space below, a washing machine. Being placed in front of the entrance door, the small window makes a visual axis that runs from the entrance area, through a bathroom to the bedroom. The bath had to be separated from the dormitory by using a fixed translucent barrier. The entrance area, is used by the owner's son as a playground space and the kid can run around the tub/column. The shortage of space forced to place the shower directly in the hallway. Due to space limitations, theres is not fixed dining room, the kitchen is equipped with a door that partially swivels to become a table for four. For other occasions, with the table closed the door serves as a visual partition that covers the bedroom.

Given the limited budget (around 6000 euros including equipment) and a short implementation period, the materials used are very simple, such as oil-painted plywood, drywall and oil paint in the shower. The same bright green paint was used in the bedroom platform, and on the ground all over the floor.

The Hammock House
A video where you can meet all qualities that possesses the "Hammock House", named for its facade with peculiar form, function, structure and as the object of rest, whose use is so widespread in many countries of Latin America.

This house evokes the relationship with nature and the country atmosphere ideal for relaxation, rest and tranquility. The HAMMOCK HOUSE has DIVERGENT ARCHITECTURE. Professionals from Architecture Laboratory (laboratoriodearquitectura.com.py) developed this interesting proposal dubbed as Hammock House, a house of 80m2 built on a land area of 360m2.

The name of the project was given by its final shape and structural concept that stabilizes the volume, where two parallel blocks to the extreme counterbalance the ceiling as well as the the catenary curve. The mixed structure, consisting of dry and wet work, consists of two iron frames that hold a net of 10mm rods that transmit the forces (tension), diverting and anchoring to the weight of the brick walls in the form of boxes that rest on reinforced concrete, partly on the ground and partly on a cantilever bracket supported in conjunction with the tensor above. For its part, the final cover is 100% galvanized sheet attached to the network of rods and increased in weight by hanging stones.

CONTEMPORARY HOUSE IN ZAGALETA SPAIN

This beautiful contemporary house design is located in La Zagaleta, Spain. Designed by British architect Peter Thomas de Cruz, with stunning contemporary design ideas. This house occupies a site on the hillside inland from the coast of southern Spain.

To get the most out of the place, this modern house uses the slope of the area with the core of the house, it is a double-height gallery with natural light that extends down the slope of the site. All facades made of full height crystals parallel to the slope must be fully open to allow airflow through building. Cross ventilation, along with large roof overhangs and cantilevered balconies that provide sun protection, reduces reliance on air conditioning and extends the opportunity for comfortable living outdoors. This modern contemporary house design is drastically cut in half perpendicular to the gallery with a glass floor (where dining room is located) to close the gap between the two halves and the linking of kitchen space for living space. The gallery sits astride parallel an indoor pool, and when all the windows retract fully, both in the gallery and the dining space bridges fully open to the atmosphere. The calm of the house is accentuated by the flowing water from the pool patio gallery finished down on a board below the waterfall room to meet the lowest of the two pools connected. The stone is the most resistant to wear, and transit time.

The stone gives a cold feeling to the environment, so it is advisable not to abuse it.

The most rustic stone models are shown in outdoor flooring: sidewalks, decks, etc..

In terms of decor, the stones are much better in its natural finish.

The stone floors are suitable for indoor and outdoor flooring but in each case we must take into account some considerations:

- In the case of paving a balcony or terrace, the type of stone chosen should be permeable and light.
- For kitchens and bathrooms the most sophisticated stone models are more desirable.
Placement of the pavement:
- To place a stone pavement, you have first to level the floor and leave the subfloor ready.
- The placement of the socket is optional: while there are models that bring built this piece, we can leave the pavement without base making a very neat work or cut the same stone and place it without any problems.
- The stone should be sealed. To do this, use a silicone product that will protect it from stains without altering the color or texture.
- The vitrification treatment is an alternative to give a glossy or matte finish, according to preference. This treatment is similar as the one given to the wood.

A young entrepreneur bought a allotment in a gated community and asked the architect Andres Remy if he could make his idea. His dream came true, the Waterfall House was built in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He dominated the expansion boundaries of the house, the limits of natural and artificial division, of interior and exterior. On the first floor, the water falls into the pool, like a cascade, forming a shield with natural glow and freshen the air at the same time.
The house bears the name of its icon "waterfall". The public space is on the first floor, so you can see the home interior and offers a beautiful panoramic view. This minimalist facade has a very original shape, the house is located in the south western Germany and is called Dupli.Casa designed by Jurgen Mayer Architects (jmayerh.de). The Dupli house, is a private residence, located near the Neckar river, near the old town of Marbach. This house has a beautiful facade with a sinuous outline, and is a demonstration of how architecture can adapt to the environment and benefit from the beauty of nature. As a perfect example of unity and flow, of connection between the interior and exterior.
From the exterior view, the three concrete floors give a nice image, but at the same time very attractive and intriguing. Construction is a very unique design, with lines that are curved to define spaces and rooms.

Taking a certain perspective, the structure appears to be upside down, as the lower outer edge spilled on the grass and integrates the roof structure. The external walls are sculptural, continuing into the house, and defining elements of the structure, such as stairs, wardrobes and bedrooms.
An outdoor swimming pool, with a white surface surrounding it, is shown as a perfect reflection of the house, as if it was face down on the floor, allowing this elegant display to show reflection through a large glass. Also, there is an indoor pool and a garden that includes areas for children.
Inside, the house is not indifferent. With enormous spaces, in immaculate white, which convey the same sense of flow and harmony outside. The view outward from inside the house are amazing, and can spot the huge field through the large openings, creating a sensation of floating in the air.
In this house everything flows smoothly, and the air circulates. Its construction was taken as reference in its geometry, the trace of the original house, built in 1984. Making the older building to expand in an amazing and unique pattern, creating an atmosphere of serenity and luxury.
