I'm re-installing Windows XP-SP3 on an older machine. I try to install Adobe Flash and warnings prevent me from installing Active X programs. I'm in such a hurry, so I go into Internet Explorer options trying to quickly find where I change the security settings to allow Active X. And of course there's so many options available it takes forever to find the right one. Just to install Adobe Flash... Everything went fine until I used a 2 year old floppy to install a driver, apparently it contained some kind of virus. Messed up my MBR and had to repeat the process all over again (wiping the hard drive - a several hour process).
