About Ron

ron-harper-2009Ron Harper’s introduction to radio began at a very early age – his Mom was on a quiz show in Chicago when she was pregnant with him. He graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Communications. Over the course of his career, he’s been on the air and behind the scenes across the country from Texas to New Orleans to Charlotte. He has broadcasted live from Disneyland and the Barcelona Olympics. He was a finalist for Billboard’s Air Personality of the Year and was also named Best Independent Producer by the National Association of Broadcasters.

He is also a freelance voice talent working with clients around the world (for example, he is the signature voice for internet radio station channel27.net in London, and for the Victory Christian Church national cable broadcasts.) Early in 2009, he started a new venture: Videos On Your Website, working with small businesses to produce multimedia marketing pieces.

Ron and his wife and live in the Greater Cincinnati area with their two cats, Hoomie and Gizmo.

nathan-pennyAbout Nathan

Never satisfied with the status quo, Nathan Penny strives to surround himself with quality people. A self-perscribed perfectionist and free-thinker, he has an expansive technical background that encompasses many areas of the I.T. and audio/video production fields. He starting building pc’s when he was 12, and nurtured his love for film and music by creating videos and playing bass for church and local events. Nathan also focused heavily on the audio and visual aspects of multimedia presentations. Today, Nathan uses his 12 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite at a local multimedia company to produce promotional materials and video-for-web training modules. He has extensive experience in presentation software such as MediaShout and ProPresenter, and the hardware involved in a small to large scale live event. Nathan is actively pursuing his Adobe certification.

As a hobby, Nathan is an obsessive audiophile and music enthusiast. He has custom built and restored speakers, and has practiced power supply design. He and his wife Anna also pride themselves as Cincinnati foodies, and love to meet up with friends to discover and share new places.

A self-perscribed perfectionist and free-thinker, he has an expansive technical background that encompasses many areas of the I.T. and audio/video production fields. About Ben

ben-mooreBen Moore has 12 years of computer and network technology under his belt. A “school of hard knocks” graduate, Ben started from the bottom as a bench tech working on laptops and laser printers. Sometimes by choice, and sometimes due to the economy, Ben worked his way up through multiple jobs. Kendall FarrellKendall joined Bottomless Closet as its Executive Director in 2007 having relocated from Vermont and an expansive career in the non profit world. She has been the driving force in leading the organization into its second decade. Prior to Bottomless Closet Kendall had over 20 yrs experience in the nonprofit sector, most notably as the Executive Director of Vermont’s largest AIDS Service Organization and work with a Women’s Rape Crisis Center. Her experience spans direct client services, program development, fundraising and special events in addition to leadership and management. Throughout her career Kendall has supported people who were dying in hospice, worked with homeless individuals and families, developed residential housing for people living with HIV, advocated for public policy legislation to support equality for transgendered individuals and acted as a first responder to women and men immediately following sexual assaults.
