How to edit and add your place to Google Maps

If you find that your place or residence address is not on Google Maps there is a high possibility of getting disapproved your Google AdSense application. Use this tips and steps for adding your contact address into Google Maps for your AdSense account approval and for publishing your places where the world can see. Follow the easy and simple steps below;

1. Go to Google Maps from your favorite browser.

2. Search for the home town you live in in the search bar and select the appropriate search results

3. Zoom in the map for getting a closer look for finding where exactly you want to add your place and your contact address

4. Click on "Edit in Google Map Maker" in the bottom right corner of the map view shown below

5. If you see the shape of your place on the map it means that your place is on the map as the satellite view but no contact details and addresses. Then "Add a place" is enough. But if not, select "Draw a shape" as shown below.

6. If you choose "Add a place" select your category as "Address/Plot" and select where you want to put your contact information on the map.

7. Or if you choose "Draw a shape", also select the category as "Address/Plot"

8. If you chose "Add a place" fill out the blank fields of your contact information given on the left side of the window and click "Save".

9. Or if you chose "Draw a shape", draw the shape of the building as shown in the satellite view of the map as you can have a better view of the shape of your place and fill out the contact information on the left side of the window and click "Save".

When you click "Save", your edits are sent to Google map reviewers where your edits being checked and validated for publishing. They will contact you within 48 hours via Gmail and inform you about your edit's validations. As long as you don't include your personal information in your editing s before publishing, most of the time your edits get approved and published except any other issue they are saying. After getting approved your edits and published your contact information on Google Maps you are ready for re-submitting your AdSense application for the success.

Reconsidering above facts, now you are ready for applying for Google AdSense in a proper manner shown below;

1. Go to your favorite search engine and type as follows for searching for AdSense.

2. As you are new to Google AdSense you have to follow the signing up process.

3. You can choose what Gmail account of yours for getting approved for AdSense. Generally use what you use regularly.

4. Enter your webpage URL that you are going to apply for Google Ads. Put it like shown as the example. If your site does not contain www, leave it and type the rest.

Earning a rank on Google within top ten or twenty sites for the related keyword searches which relate to your website keywords is more than enough for getting approved and is lot more easier than you think and you will not receive a mail like this forever when you apply in a situation like this.

And just read some SEO tips articles for optimizing the webpages of your website for search engines and some articles on link exchanges and deep linking. 4. Have your contact address approved

After getting sufficient content on the webpages this is the hardest step which many more others trying to overcome and has been difficult for. The following mail from AdSense support saying that the contact address is incorrect or not provided.
