baronvonbeandip: Well, it's an easy curl bar so it's about 15 lbs max with 10 lbs each side. Essentially, it's lighter than your standard bar weight.

Also, when doing Bent Over Barbell Rows, make sure to bend over more to isolate the mid-upper back.

nvcn86: you should try to go ass to grass, depending on your back and hamstring flexibility; you go as low as you can while keeping your lower back straight. and you mean bending in your hips, yes, you do bend but that will depend on your built.

kunigas123: i don't think so... she has the bar on her back, so i believe that she is holding all the weight on her back. Meaning that if you use dumbbells you will be unbalanced and at the same time the weight will be at both of your sides (not sure if that affects anything) and not focusing on your back.

Gta 4 Rolled Over Achievement (Good Quality)

This video is of me showing how I got the "Rolled Over" achievement in Grand Theft Auto 4 for the Xbox 360. This is how i did it and hopefully it can help you. PS3 can go about doing this the same way.

It is at the airport, far east of the map, on the runway.

Once you drive on the runway, you automatically obtain 4* wanted level.

This cannot be done in multiplayer.

ohgoditsjason: Ive tried this at the airport 20 to 30 times, getting some insane flips and rolls totalling 6-9 sometimes and no achievement. Also have gone onto skyscraper roofs, spawned a car, rolled 20 times and still no achievement. Either you can not have cheats enabled for this, or something is broken with the achievement, cause ive already fullfilled the requirements many times over.

TheJack768: i got this achievement as a glitch by landing a heli on a high roof building and spawn a motorbike then park motorbike near edge of building then throw sticky bomb on bike 3-4 times then blow it up then jump off with a laucher and shoot (possibley) 5-7 times b4 you die then when you come alive a car will just randomly hit you then boom achievement.

BHoSV: I found that this was easy to do on the Broker Bridge also. If you come racing from Hove Beach (on the Highway) you can crash your vehicle against the slope part at the very beginning of the bridge. If your position is right (and if you drive a Huntley Sport) you'll be able to roll over 10 times!

first cheat a Heli Go on the highest building in the game. Than cheat a FiB Buffalo and roll sideways over the buildings. Ive done by 3 attempts.

MegaGeek1000: complete the game or at least get all 3 islands so you can buy all the guns at the gun shops. they have a symbol of a pistol in a circle but you can press start and look at the map guide and click a green toggle on so when your driving it will appear on the map or in a taxi you can choose to drive there

CRRPGVideos: Keep going trough the storyline untill you meet dimitry, Do some missions for the bastard, And he'll eventually show you were a gun shop is. You can also play the (first?) few missions of Little jacob where he will give you a small gun.

soolkyut: The gun stores are obvious on the in game map. Maybe you haven't unlocked it through mission progress yet?
One man army is easiest by grabbing a heli from the second island, and flying over the third before you've unlocked it, then just flyig around till you get it. They cant get you

jmm006: hey with the one man army achievment take one of the helicopters from the helitours place before you have the 3rd island open and fly around there til you get it. landing it in the entrance to the subway is your best bet for escaping too.

dcalde78: Get a Taxi or something, it doesn't really matter, but smaller cars are better. Go to the swingset, and REVERSE into the middle pole of the swingset CLOSEST TO THE ROAD. Wait until you are launched, and you should get the achievement when you get launched really far.

All you need to do is hold accelerate and dont stop holding it, go over 5 or how many you need to pull off 5 rolls and you will do it. =]

Roncliffton: it is alot easier than that, i did it in one try within 2 minutes, first spawn a comet or your favorite car, 2 go to the airport but dont do it the way this guy did, go off the ramp thing going down the runway towards the big tall building, do as many flips as you can and hold the throttle then after you land that do flips over the airplane wing, you should get it, now your probably asking why it worked if you landed, as long as you keep the throttle going it counts it as being a combo. Try it.

1:heeltoe but dont switch
2:bring the other foot againts the one that you were turning on as if you were about to do the v
3:v stepback, turning foot goes back and the foot you put against the turning foot turns 90 degrees counter clockwise
4:hop back into the starting position

a good combo for me is doing a v-variation -> X-Hop -> then point your toes in like the V-walk (fast) -> from there do a V-Heeltoe like at 1:03 -> Heel Toe -> Shuffle a little bit to untangle -> Do another V-Heeltoe like at 1:03 -> then i do a 360 spin. might sound confusing

xXMysticVisageXx: @imagemenow the guy in the tutorial is doing a clown walk. clown walk originated from crip walk which are usually gang rituals. clown walking is sometimes called drunk clown walking because the moves sometimes make you seem drunk and clumsy. the V is kind of like being drunk if you move your legs more. aha, hope this helped?

This tutorial is aimed to people new at the clown walk, so most of the people watching this video are most likely "noobs." I couldn't really comprehend anything beyond that. puffadderbite: yea,i did it with tricks,always practice in front of a mirror,(everything is slow at first) and I also made a list of all the moves and practice them over and over...i can do just about any of them but not advanced enough yet to combine them into a mix(still having trouble staying balanced with the X hop,heel toe combo and the V variation) the rest is cake.

SmlLe4Me: put your legs in a V shape. Move one leg on your toe, and the other leg on your heal. then that should make an upside down V. If you keep doing it eventually your V will be spread out and become more like 2 lines. So thats where the step-back comes in.

TRxNiNjA24: i can post a video and show you how to do all the moves if you want. Tell me what you want to learn like V-Transition. and Shuffle Transition. Anything you need I'll post a video.

HarleyQuinn810: Another good eyeshadow primer is Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion. It goes on very smooth, and it works wonders. I went swimming one day after doing my makeup and both my liner and mascara came off, but that eyeshadow stayed on till I used the make up remover. But i just use a shadow stick from MAC (dont remember name and it scratched off the tube =[) Then i use Aquadisiac all over my lid from just below the brow to the lash line. I also sweep some of it across the water line. After that I touch just the lid with Blue Jewel... i finish off with mascara and just a little black liner on the waterline. I love your looks alot I am planning on getting that 88 pallette that you have. 5/5

Mrijk1206: Hey, any bright and "cool toned" colour will look great on black hair. Try bright royal blue, or bright cherry red. Don't choose pastel colours for black hair, and don't do beige and orange and mustardyellow is a big no no as well. ;)

tinklroost: Not all of us do, all of the time.. But black is worn mainly because color can, and will, drip on your cloths while working. You can't hide those pesky drips if you have brighter colors on.. Plus, you'll look sloppy having color spots, you can see, all over your cloths.. :)

just.. one question. hope you guys can help me out :) when he braided the hair.. did he sectioned the hair into 2 parts and used the ribbon as the 3rd, or did he split the hair in 3 and attached the ribbon to one of the sections?

esminnie: this is really great! i have really dark hair though, almost black, so i guess it wouldn't stand out much if the ribbon I use is black as well. any ideas? the hairstyle goes well with her hair color by the way :) thanks a lot for sharing!

Samuijin: Just as an outside opinion, I would probably suggest a dark BUT vibrant colour. Definitely not white. Something like a satiny red or green, you know what I mean.

Ann1shoes: First of all, sorry I was rude about the ribbon! I don't have a video but I do think the hair accessories called 'Fascinators' would look stunning on some of these styles. As I said, the only US site I can find selling them is 'Fascinators NYC'.
