Spoofing BADA 2.0 apps

New Working method of app spoofing on bada 2.0 been discovered

How to:

1) The first thing you need is to download the archive from here

2) Extract all that stuff from the archive.
3) Go to the folder BadaAppsSignature, you will see a certificate called BadaCertificate.cer
Transfer this cert file on your phones memory card.
4) On the phone open My Files and browse to the certificate we you just transferred in previous step and click on it to install this certificate. Click yes on the prompt.

Now time to install real game or apps:

5) Take any unmodified game/app, extract it somewhere say for example on desktop.
6) Now run BadaAppsSignature.
7) Click on the button highlighted in red.

Now give path of exe file by browsing to the .exe file of the app/game you are installing (.exe file found in the bin folder of the game/app)

9) Click to open, the window closes. See BadaAppsSignature and press the red button:

10) Go to the folder with the game/app, after successful completing the previous step you will find two files in the main folder of the app/game:

Signature.xml
Signature(2).xml

11) Simplilly delete the Signature.xml

12) Now rename the Signature(2).xml to Signature.xml.
13) Go to the folder Info, you will find a file Appinfo.sys, open it with notepad.
14) In the notebook you will see something like this:

15) Copy the AppId just like highlighted in the red color in above image.

16) Rename the main folder of the game/app.
17) Connect phone to PC in Mass Storage mode.
18) Copy the folder you just renamed and paste it on the following path:
Memory Card => Others => __@@ bada_applications @@__
19) On your phone, change the installation location from the phone to Memory card. (Every time to have to do this coz as you connect your phone in mass storage mode installation location changes automatically to phone memory)
20) After pasting the app/game folder to the above mentioned path disconnect your phone.
21) Again reconnect your phone normally to PC i.e. Kies mode
22) As BadaAppsSignature is running, Go to the second tab of the program, enter the AppId you copied in 15th step in the box below, click on the dropdown and select the item and click the button (highlighted in red in below image)

And finally you have successfully installed the game/app.

Yea really free.. Its a kinda work like hacking.. Its really easy. Anyone can do it . No damage ll happen to your phone wen something goes wrong. So everybody Try it. its simple.

Hi friends, after wave 1 Samsung has finally also released the official Bada 2 update for wave 2 or gt - s8530. This is most stable and latest version of bada 2 released till now. And its the official one.

Looks like you guys have been waiting ,waiting and waiting for the official release of the firmware.. I know you guys are really frustrated by the delay of samsung to release the firmware for their wave customers. So dont wait anymore. Let us flash and upgrade our phone to BADA 2.0. Since it is the beta versions all the firmwares will have some Bugs in it but dont worry its definatly not going to knock your phone down. They are small bugs and we can certanly use our phone casually. BADA 2.0 really have awesome features compared to its forefathers. Take a look at the screen shots below.

Looks nice naa.. ok lets begin our flashing.. First of all for flashing you need courage , confident in yourself , and the computer and mobile of course.. Its really not complicated and its really fun if you know how.ok guys lets get started for our first flashing. Fingers crossed :)

in this tutorial i will be posting the steps to be followed for updating your phone through multiloader

Steps To Be Followed:

Install latest Samsung USB drivers (Download Here)
Install latest Samsung KIES (Download Here)
Connect your phone to PC via Samsung KIES mode and make sure that it recognizes the phone
Download Firmware files
Unzip RAR files to any specific folder on your PC
Switch off your phone and press Volume down key + Power key + Camera Key
A download screen will appear on your phone
Run Multiloader 5.65 only given with firmware or Download Here
Select LSI641 as below
Tick Full Download
Click Boot and select Boot folder
Click AMSS and select ‘amss.bin’ file which is located in the PC
Click Apps and select ‘apps_compressed.bin’ file which is located in the PC
Click Rsrc1 and select ‘Rsrc_ Open_Europe_Common.rc1’
Click Rsrc2 and select ‘Rsrc2_ (Low/Mid).rc2’
Click Factory FS and select ‘FactoryFs_ Open_Europe_Slav.ff
Click CSC and select ‘S85X0XXXXX.csc’
Click SHP APP and select ‘ShpApp.app’.It should like this
Close Samsung Kies if opened
Connect your phone to PC via USB cable
Press Port Search and Download

Firmware will be installed in your phone now do not press any key on your phone or switch off your pc

Note:For proper working of firmware keep debugging level to low(*#33284*#) from keypad

Note: Use multiloader 5.65 only

How to Flash S8500 wave 1 from oS 1.0 or 1.2 to 2.0

1.download latest samsung USB drivers:

3.download Bada 2.0 firmwire for S8500(Wave 1) in INDIA:

4.install the latest USB drivers and multiloader.

Unpack the firmware files to a specified folder.

5.Install samsung kies latest version.

Connect your phone to PC via Samsung KIES mode and make sure that it recognizes the phone.

Now disconnect the phone from PC & close Samsung KIES in computer.

6. Switch off your phone and press Volume down key + Power key + Camera Key.

A download screen will appear on your phone.

7.Run Multiloader 5.65.

8.Follow the steps:

Select LSI

Tick Full Download

Click Boot and select Boot folder of the firmwire.

Click AMSS and select ‘amss.bin’ file which is located in the PC

Click Apps and select ‘apps_compressed.bin’ file which is located in the PC

9.Connect your phone to PC via USB cable

10.Click download in multiloader.

[If it cannot find the port then press PORT SEARCH in Multiloader and then press download]

11. It will take 15mins to Flash the new OS.

Do not press any key on phone or PC while its flashing.

12.Adjust the date and time.

SET YOUR WAVE CPU FREQUENCY TO 1 GHZ.

By default CPU frequency is 800Mhz on Bada 2.0

To set higher frequency, on keyboard make this code: *#197328640#

After select 8 common, 8 DVFS Configuration, 1 static level 0 (800mhz), 1 static level 0 (800mhz) and then # to validate.

If you want to go back to default, same manipulation but select 5 dynamic level.

To see frequency CPU: *#197328640# then 4, then 8, then 1.
