With so many players and so much competition everywhere, it's good to be at the highest level of fitness for soccer, since it's a high intensity sport with very little "cool down" time. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unlike most other sports, soccer players must have the speed of a track star, the strength of a kickboxer, and precise ball control.  We're about to take a look at the most important part of what a high-level soccer must have, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;fitness&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A few simple ways to improve fitness for soccer players are to increase your cardio lasting power (&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Endurance&lt;/span&gt;), improve your agility (&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Speed&lt;/span&gt;), and increase your body solidarity (&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Strength&lt;/span&gt;).  This is of course assuming you're not too shabby at ball control and view of the game, which is a little complicated, we're focusing on increasing your physical condition.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is a great way to improve on these three aspects of fitness all in one training workout.  Have you ever heard of &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;High Intensity Interval Training&lt;/span&gt;?  Well the workout is based around hard sprinting and walking/slow jogging.  I recommend you try this workout if you want to get more competitive in soccer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Jog for a good 3 minutes, get warmed up well before going hard.&lt;br /&gt;2. Then Stretch your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and waist.&lt;br /&gt;3. Then jog for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;4. Sprint 95% Maximum Speed for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;5. Continue jogging slowly for 30 more seconds.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sprint 90% Maximum Speed for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;7. Walk fast for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;8. Sprint 95% for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do this for about15 minutes, that's all it takes to benefit from this one workout session.  At the end the of training workout, your quadriceps are going to feel exhausted, as well as your other leg muscles. This type of training drains your muscles almost completely.  The workout also greatly helps you burn fat, fast.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The fast motion also makes you stronger overall, even in your upper body; your chest and arms will actually get stronger from every HIIT workout session, don't be surprised if your chest and arms get sore from the first workout, that's normal :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Tip for speed&lt;/span&gt;:  Do you know how to get faster?  Run faster more often!  You can't improve on something unless you practice right? Folks, you can't get six pack abs sitting on the couch with a weird gizmo strapped to your stomach, sorry, that.doesn't.work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There's a reason why companies bring out "new" equipment that swears will change your body for the better, but what happens? They stop selling because reviews of these products get released, and what else? Verdict: product is no good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I find it interesting how many new pieces of gizmos are released when there are only so many types of products that are effective.  Here's a small list of the best fitness equipment people:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Set of Dumbbells&lt;br /&gt;- A Flat Bench&lt;br /&gt;- A Soft Mat&lt;br /&gt;- A Medicine Ball&lt;br /&gt;- A Nice Pair Of Shoes&lt;br /&gt;- An MP3 Player?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That about does it, anything else beyond these types of pieces of equipment are only gimmicks.  That's the deal guys, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;The Abs Rocker&lt;/span&gt; will not help you achieve &lt;a href="http://truthaboutabs.15minutefatloss.com/"&gt;chizzled six pack abs&lt;/a&gt;.  Silly gimmicky pills will not &lt;a href="http://fatloss4idiots.15minutefatloss.com/"&gt;burn off 100 pounds of fat&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The only "Gimmicky" product that is worth noting as a product worth trying is the "Perfect Push-Up."  I've actually tried this product, and I can say that you can feel more targetted resistance push ups with this, but only slightly, nothing ground breaking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Companies know that people aren't just looking for ways to get fit fast, but they also know that if people had a choice of getting in shape "by doing nothing" then people would buy into it, thus, we have gimmicky products.  Get yourself a few dumbbells, a medicine ball, and read up &lt;a href="http://truthaboutabs.15minutefatloss.com/"&gt;Mike Geary's Abs Book&lt;/a&gt; and you'll be set. You only benefit from 2-3 workouts per week, just keep that in mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another awesome six pack abs workout is the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;hanging leg lifts&lt;/span&gt;; such an intense workout.  Though this workout will tire you out quicker, it really helps with the toning of your six pack and overall abdominal area.  The more range of motion you do while exercising this exercise, the leaner your abs become and the more fat you burn.  To begin, try doing about 25 leg lifts for each set, as you develop you can increase the reps, this is one of the best exercises for six pack abs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are all great exercises for six pack abs, another great exercise is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;leg raises&lt;/span&gt;. To do this exercise simply lay flat on your back, and slowly lift both legs straight up.  This is better than with a partner to increase the intensity. Burning the fat is the most important thing in terms of developing your six pack abdmonials. Today I'm gonna teach you a few simple methods of getting your abs in to a good running start for the year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stretch your abdomen! That's right, stretching your ab muscles before and after every exercise is important for recovery, it's good to do even if you aren't going to exercise your abs that day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Start with laying face down on a clean soft surface, a mat if possible, hold yourself up with your forearms angled at 90 degress from the ground, this activates your core muscles (your abs).
