Gambar untuk di upload kan..sebenarnya tak banyak perbezaan pun, tapi walaupun saya tak ada masalah berat badan , banyak perubahan dari segi kesihatan saya improve, antaranya:-

2. Masalah jerawat belakang badan IMPROVE
3. Stamina semakin bertambah
