By Jennifer Tooley

Is your marriage in crisis? If it is, there are certainly a few things you do in the hope of saving it. This article will let you know just a few of the things you can do to make a positive difference.

How To Fix Your Marriage Crisis 1

Understand that happiness comes within. If you are one of those people that says "my partner doesn't make me happy", maybe you should consider for a moment why you thought they would? True happiness comes from within, and unless your partner is a true horror of humanity, a thoroughly unpleasant person, chances are the only reason you are unhappy is because of something inside yourself, some unfulfilled potential or hidden dream.

How To Fix Your Marriage Crisis 2

Unify your home. Talk over how you picture your home in your mind. It's important to agree on this, as if you both aspire to making the home a different way, it's going to cause long term conflict. The typical example is the man wanting his home to look like his home, with his things where he can get at them etc, and the woman wanting everything neatly filed away at all times like a show home. You need to compromise together, as it's not really fair for either of you to expect the other to live how you want them to.

How To Fix Your Marriage Crisis 3

Never compare your relationship to one from the past, or your partner to a past partner. This is never good. Firstly, no two relationships are alike. They can't be, as every couple has so many fine points of interaction, it would literally be impossible to replicate with a different person in the mix. It's like comparing your pet dog to a goldfish you used to have. Ridiculous.

How To Fix Your Marriage Crisis 4

Arrange some together time. It doesn't even need to be a particularly large amount of time, the point is that it should be just the two of you and no distractions. No TV, no company, just the two of you. This will help you retain a sense of how to interact with each other.

How To Fix Your Marriage Crisis 5

Actively reminisce about past times. The good times you have shared can act like the glue that bonds you together, and it can be genuinely good fun to talk about the past and exciting things you have done together. Another plus point to this is that the more exciting and fun things you do with each other, the more stuff you will have to reminisce about. Bonus!

By Charles B. King

While there are many approaches to dating not all of them work. Dating is a "best behavior" situation where two people are getting to know the likes and dislikes about the other. To truly get the girl of your dreams it may be as simple as one or two dates or it may seem like a life time of dating and playing your cards right. And, you do have to play your cards right. With women, you often times don't get many mistakes.

These are the 8 Dating Tips for Men to Win Her Over Instantly:

1- Listening. A woman not only loves a man that talks, but one that listens. While you are sharing conversation listen for "signal buttons" that you can direct conversation about. A woman will be extremely impressed with how attentive you are and will surely think that she has the "catch" that she's been waiting for.

2- Romance her. A woman adores romance. Show her gentle (not overly aggressive) roman. This may start with flowers, a simple touch on the hand, gazing into her eyes, and a simple kiss. If you are close enough be sure to hold hands or place your arm around her when you are walking, open the car door and pull out the chair for her.

3- Have fun. Woman want to be able to enjoy themselves. Make sure you choose an activity or a date that she will enjoy and will be comfortable with.

4- Show her she can trust you. Be predictable when you are dating, think before you speak and be honest and caring. If you build trust you are building the relationship. She isn't going to trust someone that she feels she is just there until he finds something better.

5- Show her patience and understanding. We've all had the date where we get there and the woman is not ready. This is the perfect time to relax, get comfortable and allow her to know that you are a patient man. Patience and understanding for women are two of the prime ingredients they look for in a relationship.

6- Show her she's appreciated. Let her know that you are glad that she chose to spend the time with her. Without being to "wimpy" express yourself let her know that you are enjoying yourself throughout the date with a simple comment such as "I really enjoy spending time with you" and close the evening with "I had a wonderful time".

7- Don't be cheap. Never be cheap on a date. If you don't have a lot of money then choose taking your date somewhere that doesn't cost a lot of money. There are many great things to do, museums, galleries, the park, a late caf or the simple bowling alley. It doesn't take a large bank roll but it definitely takes spending your money right.

8- Smile and make eye contact. Focus on your date. Constantly make eye contact and definitely smile, especially when she is saying something that there is to smile about.

If you have ever been "nice" to a woman that just wants to be "your friend or have trouble saying "no" to attractive women - especially the ones you like as you tend to become "nicer and nicer" to a girl over
a period of time, then read on.

If any woman ever stopped seeing you after a few dates or ever complimented a woman.. . only to have
her walk away and show no interest...or even look annoyed, you will find what i am going to tell you very interesting

Have you ever had an attractive woman coming to you to WHINE about the abuses she has to take from the JERK she is dating?

If you have answered "yes" to any of these presumptions or questions......I've got something to tell you:

       WOMEN DON'T RESPECT YOU...

I am sorry, but it's true. This is EXCATLY why you are not getting it right with women...because they do not respect you as a man. Painful as it might sounds but that is just the truth.

Here's the bottom line: Women are ONLY attracted to guys they RESPECT. Don't believe me? You know...it's the same for guys too:

We are only attracted to girls we respect. If a girl tries to seduce a man with her body because she thinks that is what guys want, she is going to be in a nasty surprise. Sure...men may after that "private act" with them or even fall for her in the short run...but over time, respect will fade away and because she will be taken as just "too easy".

The same applies to dating a woman. If you shower her with tons of love and care, buy expensive gifts and drive them to work everyday, take care of her when depressed and give a shoulder to cry on but guess what? she is not going to become any more attracted to you.

Just like men do not respect women that are too easy, women do not respect men that are too "nice".

So how do we come to respect a member of the opposite sex? How do we get hot women to respect us? Well, according to psychologists, our respect of other people is usually based on our perception of the person's independence and self-reliance. For example, we are drawn towards leaders and other "powerful" people because they are strong and independent.

The opposite is also true. The "clingier" a person is, the less respect we have for them. Would you want your girlfriend to call you 10 times a day...day after day... week after week...year after year?

So...in a nutshell...here's the lesson for this week

HAVE SOME BACKBONE SO WOMEN CAN START GIVING YOU THE
RESPECT YOU DESERVE!!!

Trust me, as soon as you stop letting women walk all over you, they're going to
respect you and like you more.

Here are some practical tips on how to GET A SPINE:

1) Learn To Say "No": Not in an angry way, but in a calm and almost "indifferent" manner. (Real men never get angry. Real men put women back into their places by saying "no" to them calmly. Example: "No, dear. We're not going to that restaurant tonight."

2) Don't Be Too Nice: If you're the type of guy that likes to "be nice" to women and buy them gifts and take them out to dinner, I want you to stop now. Stop letting them order you around. Stop volunteering to "do things for them". Every time you fetch her bottle for her or give her a ride home, she's going to see you MORE as a wussy FRIEND instead of a potential LOVER, get it?

3) Be Prepared To Walk: If you aren't getting what you want from a girl, there's no use hanging around. If you aren't happy in a relationship, break out of it. Having this attitude will give you A LOT of power. Once women know that you CAN and WILL walk out if necessary, they won't take you for granted anymore.

4) Plan Out Dates: This is actually the easiest way to demonstrate your leadership and independence. Have the whole date planned out before you go. Stay in control and just give her a good night out. Remember that people are drawn towards those that have a CLEAR sense of where they're going... so if you plan everything ahead...your date is going to respect you more.

5) Be Decisive: If a girl asks you whether you would like to go for dinner or a play, don't say, "Whatever you like."
Give a REAL answer. Every time you give the "let's do whatever you like, darling" kind of answer, you're handing your power over to HER. Sooner or later, she's going to stop respecting you as an equal partner.

6) Don't Care About What She Thinks Of You: Remember that your job is to ATTRACT her, not to PLEASE her. Don't let her know that you care what they think of you at all. The moment a girl knows you rely on her opinion of you, she's going to lose respect. Here's the bottom line: women are only attracted to guys they respect, and guys that try too hard to please women lose their respect over time!

7) Learn The Dating Game: Women respect guys that KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Think about it...if you were a woman, would you go for a guy that stuttered and sounded not very confident...or a guy that knew EXCATLY how to approach you, WHAT to say to you...and HOW to say it?

Remember that women are NATURALLY ATTRACTED to guys
they RESPECT. This means POWERFUL, CONFIDENT, and INDEPENDENT
guys that make them feel weak in their knees...
Take it or leave it, you shall discover how to compliment a woman the proper way after reading this post. Therefore take your time. you see girls love compliments. You see inside every woman is that little voice that longs for and wants to be loved. As a result, passing good compliment the right way will always make her very happy.
Let me add further that beautiful women are likes and are used to compliments. This is because she gets it everywhere she goes. If she really is beautiful, she already knows it. What's more, she was born with
her body, so if you're just complimenting on her perfect body, you're really complimenting the Creator, not her.

To be different from the rest of other guys, you need to remember that your compliments will have to be special in every way as follows.

1. Be Detailed: Since Girls love details, always be detailed and clear. Pass thoughtful comments on her colour combinations as such as never been a coincidence. Therefore, let her know you noticed.

2. Let her know what is REALLY Special About Her: You should always compliment on something unique like what she has done. Do not bother to compliment on her good looks because she was born with it. Compliment her on a funny joke she has made or a skirt she has made by herself or even compliment her positive attributes such as her personality or honesty.

3. Avoid false flattery: Really look into her eyes when you compliment her and mean what u say. If you say something, then mean it Or at least practice till you sound like you mean it. Trust me, after repeating something so many times, you will start to believe it.

4) Do not Overdo It: Your compliments will only be special if you compliment her every once in awhile. The less you compliment a woman, the more it will mean to her.

5) Only Compliment Her Because She Is Special : Most guys compliment a girl because they want a date. Don't be like them. Compliment her because she is special, and because you want to. I personally like to compliment a girl and then leave. This always makes a girl warmer to me the next time I see her again.

When you pass compliment on someone you do not know, she will be flattered and try to find out who you are as you walk away!

Is Romance Alive in Your Marriage? Time to Find Out

Take a couple of moments to think about why you married your partner. Was it because they made your heart skip a beat? Was it because you felt butterflies in your stomach when you saw them? Was it because they made you feel like you were the only one that mattered to them?

Probably all the above and more. Now that time has passed, your heart may no longer skip a beat when they are around you and your stomach stays perfectly still. Although you still feel you are the center of their world, you long for the days when dating them was a thrill.

When we marry, we fall into a comfort zone. Our partner gets to know all our bad habits and more. It is important not to live in this comfort zone though. Couples who live in a comfort zone, take each other for granted. They are more likely to stop communicating and being romantic with each other. Before long the marriage becomes stale and even worse, one of you becomes dissatisfied and cheats.

To keep this from happening to you, always be romantic. There is no need to stop being romantic just because you are now married.

Ask yourself the following questions to find out if there is romance in your marriage.

- Do you hold hands when in public or sitting watching television?
- Do you give each other a welcome home or good morning kiss?
- If one of you is leaving the house, does the other wave good-bye from the door?
- Do you have at least one night a week when you go out together?
- When did you last do something for your partner without them expecting it?
- As a couple, do you focus on what you have and not what you have not got?
- Do you spend at least ten minutes everyday talking about each others day?
- When was the last time you said to your partner "I love you? And How are you?"

All the above things are what a couple should do to keep romance alive in their marriage. If you are not doing any of the above things, start today...

- Grab your partner's hand when you are watching the news together.
- When you wake up in the morning, give them a little kiss on the check.
- Wave good-bye when they leave the house.
- Book tickets to a play or catch a movie together.
- Make them breakfast in bed.
- Appreciate all the things you have achieved together.
- Send them a naughty text message when you are apart from each other.
- Last but not least. Tell them how much you love them. Ask them how they feel.

The list is endless of ways to spark romance back into your marriage. It is important to start today. Don't put it off.You may never do it! Make it a life change. You will definitely see a happier marriage. Friends and family will notice the difference as well.

Further products, information and services on how to rekindle the fire in your marriage, is available from Mr Marriage Saver. If you begin to let the responsibilities of life overwhelm you, you will forget why it was that you fell in love with your spouse in the first place. This is when a spouse may begin to seek that spark from someone else, someone who sees what you used to see in them. Over time, a relationship can become stale as each trial and mundane responsibility begins to squeeze the passion from it.

Each person has a need for passion, a need for validation, acceptance and love. Although the level of need may be different, the need is always present. When those needs are intense and not being met in a persons current situation it can lead people to violate their personal values in order to meet that need. This again goes back to level of need. Those who do not experience an intense need will have challenges understanding why someone else does. We all have areas of life that we experience intense need, however they are not the same for each person. That is why it is often easier to judge the behavior of others. Because it would not be a problem for us, we judge others who struggle. When in reality there are areas we all struggle in, some are just more visible than others such as addictions, overeating or finance control. Many others are more hidden.

Do you know what your spouse considers an intense need? Do you know what you consider an intense need? Knowing these answers can help you to develop a stronger marriage. Most often when you give your spouse what they need, you are more likely to get what you need. Deny your spouse an intense need for long enough, and their will be a breakdown in the relationship. This is why you need to do some self-discovery and pay attention to what your partner considers important.

Consider an affair. Why do they happen? Most often, a basic intense need is not being met by the spouse, for a prolonged time, and this leads the other spouse to seek a way to fulfill it. This is where we can see otherwise upstanding people, violate their personal values in order to meet an unfulfilled need. I make no excuse for bad behavior, because there is always a point where an intervention could have taken place. It is one thing for a need to go unmet, but another to act on it outside the marriage. At the first sign of disharmony there needs to be a recommitment to understand each other and how, as a couple, you can better meet the needs of your spouse.

When this does not happen, we see very dire consequences. Of course, not all situations happen because of this, but a majority do. There is a percentage of people who, because of something that happened to them, are unable to function appropriately in a marriage relationship. That is an entirely different situation. What I am touching on is what I see happening to so many, once passionate, relationships.

Life enters and the fire goes out. Marriage is much like a fire, it takes constant tending or the flames can go out. You have to monitor the fire and if the coals start to burn down, you must throw another log on the fire. Without this attention, the fire will burn out. All fires need fuel to burn. Stop adding fuel to your marriage, and the same will happen to it. The typical situation happens when a young couple start to develop a life together. They go from a fun dating couple with tons of passion and heat, to homeowners with bills, jobs and responsibilities. This adds a whole new dimension to the carefree time they had before. Then to top it off, many start to have children. Children are a blessing, but they are also the biggest fire extinguishers you can create. Nothing saps romance more than a crying baby, fussy toddler or a disrespectful teenager.

Times like that call for an even stronger marriage to support the stress being put on each individual. Unfortunately what often happens is that this stress breaks the marriage. Couples stop trying to please each other and start complaining about their own needs not being met. This huge disruption can cause a major division in the marriage. "Poor Me Syndrome" leads to feelings of not being loved, valued, accepted, or wanted. When each person turns inward the couple will grow apart. To stop this from happening couples must be aware of the common stresses that will happen during marriage. Things like bills, money problems, family issues, children and mundane duties. You need to realize your breaking points and regroup before too much damage is done.

The solution is to reconnect with your partner and begin to find out what they really need. Then give it to them. You can't make them give you what you need, you can only control you own actions. But when these things are given lovingly and enthusiastically, most often the receiving spouse will feel compelled to meet the others needs out of sheer gratitude. Once again, please note I am talking about otherwise healthy loving relationships that have just lost their spark, not abusive or highly dysfunctional ones. That requires much more in depth counsel than I am touching on.

The reason that I called this article "How to Have an Affair with Your Husband," is because that is one great solution to keep passion alive. Keep in mind this works for husbands as well as wives, but in this example I am using men. Look at your relationship through the eyes of a "mistress." What would they do if they were trying to impress your husband? How would they get his attention and what would they do to keep it? When you figure that out, begin to do it. Your husband will be so amazed and thrilled that the results could be earth shattering. Part II will showcase the 35 Tips for Creating the Perfect "Affair" with Your Spouse.

Wellness Matters by Lisa Schilling RN, CPT

Wellness Coach and Fitness Director

Lisa is a freelance writer and the author of "The Get R.E.A.L. Just think about it for a second. When was the last time you and your spouse spent some quality time together outside of the bedroom? A lot of people will not be able to remember the last time! One of the biggest reasons that marriages start to fail, can be directly attributed to a lack of romance in the marriage. In order for any marriage to thrive and remain healthy, it is important that married couples work at keeping the romance spark alive in their relationship.

While it sounds nice to hear that keeping the romance in your marriage alive will help it to remain healthy, it is not always easy. So how do you go about keeping marriage and romance together in your marriage? For starters, it is important that you consider your spouse's needs, wants, or interests in mind. Romance is a two way street and you must be able to compromise with your spouse in order to maintain a happy and healthy relationship.

Marriage and romance doesn't have to be complicated. In fact probably the most important first step in rekindling your romance is through simple daily affection. Now this may sound trivial and not to exciting, but the fact is, that this should be the foundation for romance. We sometimes get too caught up in the daily grind of work, family, chores, etc. and forget to do the little things that allowed us to fall in love in the first place.

Affection doesn't cost anything and it is pleasurable to both give and receive. Remember a simple "I love you," goes a long way. So what are some easy ways to show your affection? Simple things such as holding hands, kissing, and embracing your spouse can really show your affection. Don't be afraid to show affection in public (don't get too crazy) it can really prove to your spouse that you want others to know just how much you care about them which is important.

I'd say the other important part to keeping romance alive is spending alone time with your partner. Just like showing affection, many married couples, stop going out on dates. Whether it's a special night alone in the house or a romantic night out on the town, it is vital that you spend time alone with your spouse. Going out on a date should not be a complicated process. Make it exciting, and something for the two of you to look forward to.

There are a couple of ways to set up a date that can be both exciting and memorable. You could plan a surprise weekend getaway for you and your spouse. This builds up excitement and can really ignite the romantic fire. Or, simply plan a night out together without the kids. It doesn't matter whether its dinner and a movie, or stopping by the local bar to have a couple of drinks, the important thing is that you and your spouse are spending time alone to reconnect.

To conclude, romance needs to be an essential part of any healthy marriage. Remember, keeping romance alive is not and should not be difficult. Simple things that we may take for granted such as showing daily affection are very powerful actions. Also, spending time alone together can really keep the marriage away from the mundane of the daily grind. Just remember, if you want to keep the chemistry between marriage and romance flowing, then you have to put forth the effort and show your spouse that they are still very much an important and necessary part of your life.

A lack of romance just might be one of the warning signs of a failing marriage. While this certainly isn't a new idea, it is something that couples tend to forget as they have children and get involved in their careers.

Relationships are certainly the responsibility of both people to keep them alive but we think there are certain things that a woman can do to keep the passion switch in the "On" position instead of "Off" or on "Standby."

So, if you are a woman, we're just talking to you right now. Here are 3 ways that you can keep the fire alive between you and your partner...

1. Make time for your loved one and to make love.

Couples lose their passion for each other because they allow their connection to get lost. They might be great friends but they are too busy, too tired or too whatever to make time for love. Arrange your life in such a way that love-making is part of your day or week. Make it important enough to schedule time to be together--just the two of you. Decide together what time works best in your lives and then go for it!

2. Open to trying some new things in the bedroom.

The two of you might explore your fantasies together and act on the ones that feel like they would be fun for both of you. If you like play-acting, adopt the attitude of a character that appeals to you. Dress up like that character. If this doesn't appeal to you, you might do something as simple as adding music, food (like fruit or chocolate), or massage oils to your love-making experience. Be open to trying some different ways to more deeply enjoy yourself.

3. Dress in such a way that ignites his passion.

This can take some investigating and an honest curiosity and desire to discover what he likes. He may say that you dress just fine but we invite you to pay attention and stay open to noticing what really turns him on. It certainly doesn't have to mean buying revealing lingerie--but it might. It can be something as simple as getting out of your sweats and changing to an attractive top, pants or skirt. No matter what your body shape or how you feel about your body, begin to look at it with love, as he most likely does. Begin treating it with love and respect by wearing clothes that reveal the radiance that you are. Hiding in a big, comfy bathrobe is fun and inviting and certainly fine--but give equal attention to clothing that allows the lovely person that you are to show.

These are just 3 ways that a woman can spice up her love relationship. It certainly is possible to keep the fire lit between two people who love each other. It just takes a willingness to try some new things and a desire and knowing that you can have it all.

Susie and Otto Collins are Relationship Coaches and authors who help people create lives that are filled with more passion, love and connection. According to family counselors, marriage is the only thing that improves by the age but unfortunately most couples facing unhappy long term marriages without even attempting to improve it. Many sexual experts believe that it is all because couples (mostly men) fail to balance their identities. Deep inside men, their prime desire is to stay dominant in relationships but their passionless lives put their wives in dominant positions most of the time.

Here are few quality suggestions to bring sexual harmony back in your life and make her feel like a queen.

1. Values Keep Sexual Harmony Alive In Marriages.

Your value is the single most important thing that can make your partner appreciates you for who you truly are. Value in relationship keeps the sexual harmony alive. If you are not getting the value or appreciation then it is the time to earn it. A valuable man always has a special grace that makes him a knight with shining armor. When a woman sees your values she does thoughtful things for you and continues to do so as long as you keep your values high.

If you want to be a valuable man then stay away from self assertion, conflict, bitchery and insecurities because these things creates deadly distance in relationships and makes you a vulnerable person. Do not misunderstand me here, conflicts are normal and definitely a part of life but never see those conflicts as a sign of an unhappy marriage. The best simple thing you can do, for keeping your value high, is to bring out her feminine identity by appreciating and motivating her. Motivation is one of the strongest things that put you in authority, keep your value high and maintain sexuality in marriage. Focus on those things which she does for you rather than quarreling on other crap. As experts said, "You can change you whole view by only changing the lenses." A wife is always a very special part of your life. The longer you are in relationship or married, the better you can make her feel like a queen.

2. Tremendous Impact Of Environment.

Your environment can create tremendous impact in your marriage. It is essential that your environment provides loving and harmonious feelings. When women, specially your wife, explore and experience the harmonious feelings around you, positive loving feelings escalate quite automatically. Unfortunately, even the most loving men fail to surround themselves with positivity. If you truly care about your marriage, you should begin to show eroticism, love, harmony and sexuality in your environment. This will make your woman open her heart for you with full range of loving feelings.

Your home can make a major difference in your living. The question you need to ask yourself is how do you feel in your own environment? Your woman will do thoughtful things for you if she feels lovable in home. Make sure that you use floral or black color pillows with matching bed sheets. Red curtains with soft yellow light bring eroticism in your room. Light is not only exclusive to yellow. You can also use blue light for soothing atmosphere. Put candles in your room for making your room warm and organized. Affection is a human emotion. Also, your wife needs special kind of affection from you. So it is the time to give her a beautiful painting as a surprise gift. As a rule, you can never expect to be the greatest lover by doing affectionate things only once. In addition, your affectionate contributions will break the boredom barriers of your relationship and make her see you as her hero. If you can not afford luxurious goods then let your partner get cherished with your artistic surroundings. Men who have artistic homes always attract women because artistic homes provide women a reflection of who you are.

3. Sexuality In Marriage.

Understanding the sexuality in marriage is, of course, very important. Women have got more sexual feelings under their hood than men. In fact, they always want to make love lusciously, wildly, all the day long and entire night. Unfortunately, almost every woman undergoes harsh examinations in her marriage. Harsh examinations in her marriage bring out more of her masculine than her feminine identity. After few years of marriage, she becomes emotionally vulnerable when she feels that you do not care about her anymore. Your unsupportive behavior makes her feel like those objects that are thrown out of home or given to some charity.

This is not only about sexuality in marriage. It is about fulfilling sexual fantasies, strengthening emotional connection and understanding her extreme sexual needs. Women love sex. Even as a woman, they have more erotic fantasies than man. If once you master the art of creating lust inside her, that she can not control herself, you will become her sexual god. If you typically make love at night, then it is time to bring back the eroticism at day. Change your patterns and treat her like your hot girl friend. Break the routine, be the aggressor in your relationship. In long term marriages, women have wild fantasies. Each one is hornier than the next. Understand her psyche about sexual fantasies. Dominate her like her master and put dangerous feelings inside her. Make her feel that you are going to fuck her whether she like it or not. Use your masculine groaning while treating her roughly. In sex sessions, women require a masculine man who can demonstrate his authority on them. Also, according to sexual experts, your sexual authority keeps the sexuality in marriage alive.

"Be Her Sexual God." If you want to know exactly that how to be her sexual GOD and create extreme sexual attraction then check this out... Hottest Seduction Guides.

For more sexual ideas, tricks, tips, and a sure-fire system to turn your woman into the sexy nymph you have dreamed about, go to Hottest Lovemaking Guides and create the MILF you deserve.

"MAKE WOMEN WORSHIP YOU AS A SEXUAL GOD."

Ways To Save A Marriage When If Feels Like All Hope Is Gone - You Don't Want To Miss This At All

Is your marriage going nowhere? Do you think you are at a stage where you can no longer continue with this charade? Do you believe that you can still save your marriage? I believe in the last question. You may want to believe that things are at a standstill in your marriage. But the truth is your marriage can still be saved. You can breathe new life into your marriage.

There are countless ways to save a marriage. You can choose the ways that you and your spouse are comfortable with. Follow them, but remember that it takes a bit of patience, love, and the will to make it work. Here are some ways to save a marriage:

-- Spend time together. Both of you may together be car pooling, cleaning, working, or helping the kids in their homework. If your marriage falls apart, would you still be able to do these things? I'm not talking about work. I'm talking about recreation. Do things that you both enjoy. Go to the movies or just commit to a date night once a week.

-- Have a life of your own. Just because you are already married does not mean that you have to let go of your single self. It is important to have an identity of your own. If you lose this identity, then resentment might surface and this might lead to a broken marriage.

-- Communication is a two-way street. Misunderstanding may cause marriages to fail and shouting matches, although they can be called communication, can have disastrous results. Stay calm and know that the right communication skills are essential to keep your marriage alive.

-- Take care of your physical well being and appearance. You will feel better about yourself and your spouse will never stop looking at you.

-- Having a child will change things. However, children can have problems and you may have problems dealing with them. This can also lead to marriage problems. If you think that you can't handle things, get outside help.

-- Admonishing your spouse is detrimental. Do not b judgmental. If you need to criticize, do it gently.

-- Keep the romance alive. It helps a lot if you do one romantic gesture for your spouse daily.

-- The courting process should not stop during the first months of the relationship. The courting process should last a lifetime. Send your spouse gifts. Give compliments and embrace your spouse. Just think that you are trying to win the love of your spouse again.

You can find other ways to save a marriage. Remember that these steps do not only help you, they also help you friends or family who are also dealing with relationship issues. You must do what you can to keep your love for your spouse alive.

Like you my marriage was taking a down turn in every aspect and I thought there was no hope on how to save a marriage.

Fast forward to now, I am still happily married to my husband and we are happier than ever! By writing your own unique personal wedding or commitment vows you create a vehicle that carries that passion, that fire, and gives you something you can read to remind yourself every day that you are creating your own life, on your own terms.

To stay passionate and close and intimate and have fun along the way you must keep those hopes and dreams in front of you. They give you reason to get up in the morning, reason to plan, and a vehicle to help you keep your relationships powerful and long lasting.

A dream is bottled energy. You uncork that bottle when you talk about and imagine living your dreams. Imagine the outcome of those dreams. What is it like to be 'living the dream?'

If you don't have any dreams you simply have no plan. A profound quote is: "If you fail to plan you plan to fail." Plan to succeed.

Writing your own personal wedding or commitment vows forces you to have a deep and meaningful conversation about your dreams, your goals, your wants, your desires and your requirements.

Writing your own vows in shared conversation where you outline the dreams you have for your lives is your plan.

You are going to start by sharing your dream for your own life with your partner. The dream you have for your marriage or partnership comes out of the dreams you have for yourself and the dreams that your partner has for him/herself.

You need both personal dreams and shared dreams.

What will you work together to accomplish?

Define your values and your goals.

"OK, Rev. Linda, just how do I define my goals?"

By asking yourself this question, which is one of the most important questions you could ever ask yourself:

'What makes me come alive."

What are the activities that make you come alive? A job just for the sake of dollars will not make you come alive.

What, when you are engaged in it, makes you feel so feel energetic and creative and just plain good? Then promise yourself and your partner that you will keep that passion side by side with you.

At this stage in your relationship just being with each other probably makes you feel alive. Define it. What is it about being together that takes on a life of its own? When you can name it, define it, write it down then you can take steps to keep it alive.

Your vows are about: A vehicle for you to write down what makes you come alive, what sets your dreams on fire, and what you have to do to keep that fire alive.

What if both of you made following your dreams, your passions, and what makes you come alive a priority?

What if your partner were living his/her life from a position of passion, joy and excitement every day?

Can you imagine the energy in your relationship?

Passion is a great creator. As you define and flesh out your dream and your goals and keep them alive you will be drawn to people and opportunities in magical and mystical ways.

I dare you to engage in a meaningful, purposeful and daring conversation where you both talk about the ideas and goals for your own lives, and then the goals and dreams for your marriage?

Then write something like this into your vows: "I love you not because you are the woman/man of my dreams, but because you are the one who gives me courage to dream."

How can you do that if there is no specific dream?

"I promise you the love that I am. I offer you all the happiness I can give; in the knowledge that together we can achieve a union greater than the sum of its parts."

Wow! That's what I'm talking about.

Have powerful dreams. For yourself and each other. Keep them in front of you. They will pull you along in their track.

I want you to have a fabulous and fantastic marriage.

I want you to be madly in love and passionate about and for each other forever!

Write your own powerful unique and personal wedding and commitment vows and infuse them with so much life that they stand up and take off on their own!

To help you keep your dreams alive I wrote the 10 Commandments of Marriage. You will have attended to things as they come up, settled your differences, and moved on.

One way to keep your marriage or partnership thriving and intimate is to keep the dream you have for your marriage alive and in front of you.

Ten ways to do that is by following the 10 Commandments of Marriage. I wrote those commandments about 2 1/2 years ago for a wedding ceremony I officiated at.

Honor yourself: When you hold yourself high with integrity and self respect and never compromise your values you can trust each other absolutely. It's the basis for everything else that defines your life and your marriage.

Honor each other: Do not hesitate to see more in each other than what is presented at face value. Look deep. People tend to live up to our expectations of them.

Have powerful dreams and goals-for yourself, each other, and the marriage: You need dreams to keep you truly alive and vital. They help you create passion; for life and for each other.

Read your vows every day: Sometimes you read your vows by yourself. At least once a week read them together. This keeps the dream alive and in front of you and gives you a wonderful opportunity for conversation.

Say "Thank you" and "I Love You" every day: Say 'I Love You' to each other every day; find a way to show appreciation to people you love and people who give you service. This also includes clerks, salespeople, wait staff, people who hold doors open, people who let you in traffic, etc. "Thank you,' is Universal currency that pays BIG dividends.

Do little things for each other: Do not wait to be asked. Anticipate opportunities to show your partner that you are thinking of their well-being. This is a fabulous intimacy building strategy.

Never go to bed angry with each other: Because talking it out will save you time, energy and mistakes the next day.

Listen to each other: What you give your attention to grows. It doesn't matter if it's a plant, a bank account, your marriage, or your children.

Focus the solution and not the problem: Look at the problem only long enough to understand it. Then focus on the solution. When you focus on the solution, ideas and opportunities will present themselves in unusual and magical ways.

Lighten up and laugh often-especially at yourself!

You can download a beautiful frameable copy of this with graphics at www.WeddingVowsandCeremonies.com This is totally free. It always seems as if there is no hope and our situation is impossible to fix. Know what I mean? And the truth is, every ones situation is different, but there are certain techniques that will work no matter what your situation is. To make things worse, most of our friends and family members will not be on our side. They will want us to just "move on" but they don't live our life and can't possibly understand just why we love them so much.

The first thing you want to do is ask yourself if you TRULY want to win him back. Sometimes it's better to move on and find someone new. At the same time, if you truly love them and just let them go, you could regret that situation for the rest of your life. If you decide that you want to learn how to win him back, then the first step is to do NOTHING,
Let me explain... right after the breakup the tension between the two of you is at a all time high, meaning anything you say or do, regardless of your intentions, might push them even further away from you. So, for a few weeks after the breakup, you want to have ZERO contact with your ex. This will give both of you time to cool down and make getting him back that much easier.

Finally, you want to find a proven plan to use to win him back. This will help you avoid making deadly mistakes and will also tell you exactly what to say and do to win him back.

Need A Plan? But it's also a post about keeping intimacy alive.

Because intimacy is the emotional 'glue' that keeps a relationship fresh, and sizzling.

Writing personal wedding or commitment vows is a way for a couple outline what they will do to keep and maintain the intimate life of their marriage and relationship.

A while ago I wrote a post about keeping a marriage or relationship alive by activating biochemicals through sex.

I still think sex is an important topic and what I have been trying to get across to couples is that through taking the time to sit down together and get very clear about the dream they have for their marriage by discussing aspects of their life like money, and sex, and children, and in-laws, careers, fun activities, houses, cars, philanthropy, etc. they are better equipped to keep intimacy and their sex life alive.

Intimacy is a big loaded word.

I did research a while ago about what women want and what men want and what I found is that men and women want the same things-intimacy. According to the sources I read, women want emotional intimacy and men want sexual intimacy.

However, after reading some of the commentary from a TV show that Oprah did with marriage counselor, M Gary Neuman, author of The Truth About Cheating, it became obvious to me that the reason men equate intimacy with sex is that they don't know how to go about establishing a truly emotional and intimate connection with their partner.

Here's a quote from the show: "It's not just about having sex; it's about emotional attachments.

"It's about showing your private self to others. It's about going to another person for what you should be holding personal for your wife, and continuing to put your energy somewhere else draws you that much more away and [makes it] harder to get back to your spouse."

Women don't really know how to go about creating intimacy either.

There seems to be some built-in genetic something or other-that mother thing-that is helpful but women are as hard pressed as men to 'know' what or how to do this thing called intimacy.

Writing wedding vows together, however, forces a couple to actually think about, talk about, write about and then pledge what they will do to keep the 'dream' alive. That dream has a lot of elements such as money and sex, careers, houses and cars, but it is even more about establishing a conscious intimate connection that they can then build on and keep nourishing.

Writing and pledging wedding or commitment vows is not the end all and be all, but it is a beginning, and by repeating and rereading those vows over and over and over again the couple locks in their dream and it becomes their life operating system.

Rereading their vows together also creates opportunities for conversation so that problems can be solved almost before they begin.

want you to have the best life possible and not to have to 'work' at it so hard, because working at putting a marriage or relationship back together after it has cracked is where the 'hard' work really is.

Create a dream for your life and the life of your marriage, infuse that dream with excitement and passion, getting clear about all the important aspects and elements of what makes up a successful life and relationship.

Tell your partner what you need from him or her to help you keep those dreams alive. That should be included in your vows.

Because your vows are all about what you are going to do to keep the dream alive.

Love, light and laughter,

Rev. Maybe you might be in the throes of divorce. When the going gets tough for both of you, saving your marriage might be the last thing on your mind.

What couples often lack in their marriage is good communication skills, and because many couples have not really learned how to communicate well with each other, their marriages go down the drain. Below are some important points in communication that couples should take to heart in order to save the marriage relationship.

Communicate respectfully.

Older married couples often testify that if the romance has gone, respect for each other will keep the marriage alive. That is true in a certain sense (yet it is unfortunate that romance and affection have gone out the window). It is important to communicate in a way that respects your spouse. Sarcasm, brashness, being condescending and accusatory should not be tolerated in your communication.

Communicate honestly.

Truth and trust form the basis for continued communication. When you continually lie, you slowly erode whatever trust your partner has have for you.

Communicate a lot.

This is logical. The more you engage in talk with your family members and especially with your spouse, the more there are opportunities for quality communication. It is constructive to multitask and talk at every opportunity.

Communicate intuitively.

A person's ideas, thoughts, and messages are not completely conveyed by verbal communication. It can also take the form of body language. In order to have good communication with your spouse, be sensitive to non-verbal cues given by your partner. Learning to watch for cues and listening to what's not being said will make communication more harmonious.

Let your partner communicate too.

Of course, how can there be good communication without good listening? It pays to listen more than to dominate a conversation.

Again, not only is communication the key to saving a marriage, but proper communication is what couples should be aiming at.

Is your marriage going down in flames? We make up our minds to seek the best for him or her so when emotional feelings come and go, this love remains because it is a mental decision.

When a husband practices Agape love he provides direction for his family - emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually. He continues to honor his wife in a loving way even when facing marital challenges by exercising patience, kindness, understanding and tenderness.

Wives also provide financially and emotionally for the family and in addition, she's the engine that supports the family arrangement showing appreciation and respect for her husband as the two works together as one.

Let's look at a couple principles:

"Quit before the quarrel breaks out".There are no perfect marriages. Disagreements will arise from time to time. How should they be handled? Ask yourself: "Do I exercise self-control to keep my tongue in restraint? Far better to discuss disagreements as they arise rather than letting them build up inside until they reach explosive proportions.

Brooding over a wrong almost always causes it to seem worse than it really is. Discuss it now or forget it. Is it only a passing remark? Let it pass. Does it need discussing? Has your mate done something to distress you?

Don't bluntly condemn; try raising the point in question form, or making a suggestion that will open it up for discussion. For example, you might say: 'Honey, there is something I don't understand. Could you help me?' Then listen. Try to understand the other person's viewpoint.

Do you see how practicing this principle can stop marriage fights for good?

"There exists the one speaking thoughtlessly as with the stabs of a sword, but the tongue of the wise ones is a healing." Before you speak, do you stop and think what effect your words will have on your mate?

"Where there is no wood the fire goes out". Can you stop arguing, or must you have the last word?

"Do not let the sun set with you in a provoked state." Do you dwell on differences and thereby prolong the misery for both yourself and your mate? Who is to blame when something goes wrong? That's not important. What is important is how things can be made right. Be flexible, air differences, talk them out, and don't take yourself too seriously. Communicate!

In the final analysis, a happy marriage is not achieved by relying on our own thinking nor by selfishly seeking our own desires. We find genuine family happiness only by acting on principles that are specifically designed for husband and wife.

Work within the arrangement and your marriage will thrive. This is the secret of how to stop marriage fights for good!

My name is Donna Patterson. We do have those you know. Most married couples or committed couples do have arguments. The thing that keeps those couples together forever is love and a certain set of skills. These skills can be called many different things depending on what stage of the argument, fight, or disagreement you have reached. This article will briefly discuss those skills.

The first skill that to learn is to express your love for your partner and your desire to work through any issues and get them resolved. The one thing that relationships tend to lose over time is the love and romance. Over time it just begins to seem like a business partnership if you are not careful. If you really care about someone you need to express your unwavering love for that person.

The second skill that you need to learn is to express your true feelings. I cannot tell you how angry I have gotten in the past just because I held my emotions in and tried to conceal them. Sure, it seems like the logical thing to do if you want to keep peace in a relationship. But over time it will lead to extreme frustration and anger. It can take you to the point of breaking up a relationship. I had to learn to start expressing my feelings to my wife or I was going to explode. Most of the time we can reach a compromise on our feelings.

The third skill, if you can call it a skill, is not to act irrational in dealing with issues. If you just totally lose your head and go off into a screaming raving fit that lasts for an hour, the rationale behind you madness is going to fall on deaf ears. Learn to control your temper when you are trying to make up. Anger leads to hate. And hate is not going to reconcile.

I hope the tips in this article will help you. Keep in mind that these things do not come easy. It takes work. And you may fail before you reach your goals of a healthier relationship. It took my wife and I a while before we learned these skills. There will still be times that rationale goes out the window, but if you work on these three things you will see improvement.

CLICK HERE! if you would like to understand the irrational behavior that will keep you from reconciling with your wife or getting back together with an ex! Any relationship can be rekindled if you use the correct set of tactics.

You Can Avoid a Divorce in Your Christian Marriage - Here's How!

I can't imagine how couples without faith in a higher power could ever hope to survive. My strong Christian faith has helped me get through the toughest times of my life. One of those times was when I was facing a divorce. I'd like to pass on what I learned to you and let you know that you can avoid a divorce in your Christian marriage. I'll tell you how!

My wife and I had been married for about 8 years when she informed me one day that she wanted a divorce. While I knew there had been some problems, I certainly didn't want a divorce and was shocked and devastated by this news. Being completely unprepared for this, I made a bunch of mistakes in a desperate attempt to keep the marriage alive. The result was to push her even further away.

The good news is that I was able to save my marriage but only after I completely changed my approach. Here is some of what I have learned:

1. You must recognize that your marriage has a problem and be willing to do something about it. I nearly learned the hard way that hoping it will eventually go away on its own won't work. It doesn't go away and it gets worse.

2. Pray every day for God to show you and your spouse the way. All things are possible to he who believes. God may very well work things out in His own time but you must stay the course and remain faithful and devoted.

3. Let your church be your rock. During difficult times you can get lots of support. Usually there are other couples in your church who are facing similar issues in their own marriages. Be willing to lean on others for support.

4. Realizing that you made a vow to God, you must be willing to commit 100% of yourself to saving your marriage, even if your spouse does not seem willing.

5. Professional help or counseling is available to Christian couples, using Christ centered principles based on the teachings of the Bible.

Christian marriages are being transformed every day through a step by step approach that practically guarantees success if you simply put it into practice. If you will just click here I'll tell you about it and show you how to see it for yourself.

2 Ways to Ensure That Your Marriage Stays Alive

If you want to keep your marriage alive and keep the sizzle in your marital life then you need to apply what this article is about to show you. Read on...

Number One - Surprise Them with Lunch

So it is lunch time and you are out with the boys or the girls. To show your husband or wife, as the case may be, that you care, pick up lunch for him / her.

Get something especially nice which you know your husband or wife likes pretty much; it could be a snack (meat pie, doughnuts, sausage rolls, or whatever) or it could be a take away meal (like rice with fish / meat, chips with a piece of chicken, etcetera).

All that is left for you to do now is to take the meal to your spouse. Make sure you avoid meeting with him / her (it is a surprise remember?). Simply drop a note and sign it thus; "Hey I got you lunch, Enjoy. Singed; "Your secret admirer.")

So how will your partner know that you are responsible for bringing him / her lunch? Well, add a tip at the end. Say something like this; "Tip: I live around you and I know you have a mole on your right thigh (i.e. if he or she does, that is)."

You want to make sure the tip is something your spouse can trace back to you without necessarily thinking too hard about it.

Number Two - Kiss Your Partner

Kissing has been a way that human beings through time have used to show affection. In some cultures they kiss on the forehead, some rub noses, some give pecks on the cheek, others place pecks on the lips. But ultimate affection is indicated by French kissing your spouse (now that is something!).

Kissing your husband / wife just before leaving the house on your way to work (you know, that "later hon'" kind) is not enough - it won't "cut it".

You need to do more if you aim to keep your marriage alive. So how can you do more? Well, you need to commit to kissing your partner at least 5 times daily! Yep, that is a minimum of five times in one day. Oh yes you can actually do it more times if you want.

Kiss him / her when you wake up, kiss him / her after breakfast, kiss him / her on your way to work (add that too, yes), kiss him / her on the phone from work, kiss him / her when you get back from work, kiss your spouse before and after dinner, after showering and before bed - oh you could also do so in bed before sleeping. Finally you could kiss him / her in your dreams while sleeping too. Enjoy!

Fixing A Marriage: Discover how you too can REALLY mend your marriage, no matter what you're struggling with and make it better than it's ever been! Compromise - When you're married to someone, you'll discover your partner has a few irritating habits. (I.e. men leave the toilet seat up, women "borrow" their husband's razors to shave their legs). Whatever your gripes may be, try to civilly talk to your spouse about their habits and if they aren't that important, let it go..... in other words, compromise!! Also, be open to change if your spouse approaches you about your habits.

2). Be Considerate - Always be considerate of your spouse! Never talk down to them or humiliate them in public. Don't throw your day's frustrations on to them.

3). Be Compassionate- Ask about their day, be available to offer support. Be interested in what is going on in their lives. Offer a shoulder to cry on, be the first one to congratulate them if they have achieved a personal or professional goal. Compassion goes a long way in marriage.

4). Compliment - Try to offer small compliments to your spouse on a daily basis. Do not wait until your spouse asks you for a compliment, surprise them!! It doesn't take a lot of effort. Also, when they have achieved something truly wonderful, state how proud you are of them - mentioning this goes a long way! It has been proven that couples that verbally state how proud they are of one another increases the love between them.

5). Be Creative - Buy an occasional gift; just a spontaneous little something such as flowers, a card, a decadent dessert, a fabulous bottle of wine. You don't have to wait for Valentine's Day, a birthday or holiday to show your love. Also, make time for a "date night." Like when you were first dating; call him/her up and ask for a date. It could be for a movie, or dinner, or a drive to watch the sunset with cocktails.

6). Celebrate - Try and remember why you fell in love in the first place and try and keep those feelings alive! One of the best ways I keep my marriage alive is to celebrate our time together by booking little mini vacations. It could be a two night stay at an inn two hours away from home, or something more extravagant. We all get caught up in the daily stresses of life and take our spouses for granted. By getting away more than once a year, we can celebrate our lives together by simply slowing down, relaxing and spending quality time with one another.

7). Canoodle - A surprise afternoon tryst or a romantic evening at a hotel; a spontaneous "public display of affection." All these things are wonderful and keep your marriage healthy.

Matchmaker and Principal of Premier Match, LLC Christie Nightingale offers great marriage advice! As surprising as it may seem, there are basic things you can do, starting today. One of the first things that you should be aware of is to focus on your marriage. Fail to do this and before you know it, you'll become live in roommates. Take this piece of marriage relationship advice, before you are looking back wondering where things went wrong.

In most situations, there is no turning point where "things went wrong". It's life getting in the way. You can't take your marriage, or your spouse, for granted. There are simple things you can do to get just the right amount of help for marriage you need.

1. Keep The Lines Of Communication Open

For example, keep each other informed! Communication is the most valuable piece of free marriage advice you'll ever get. We have email, cell phones, notes on the fridge, an endless number of ways to communicate with each other. Just taking time to communicate can keep a marriage strong. Find the time, no matter what. My husband and I always make the conscious effort to find time for each other.

2. Set Aside Time Each Day For Each Other

We strive to set time up each day just for the two of us. Whether we talk, do chores, pay bills, play games, get out the laptops, no matter what it is, we do it together. That makes all the difference. Even if we just watch some TV in bed and fall asleep, it's quiet time alone just for us. It also gives us the time we need to be intimate. If one of us is working a particularly hectic schedule one week, we'll try to have lunch or breakfast together.

3. It's All About Me (Solo Time)

Maintaining a strong marriage also means taking some time for yourself. You can't dedicate time to your spouse, job, and family without taking a little "you" time. This is a piece of marriage relationship advice that is often neglected. My husband and I hate to do things separately, but sometimes it's the only way to get a little quiet time. For example, he may need to go get a haircut, or I may want to go for a nice walk. We allow each other that time. In fact, we help each other find that time. It's something that both men and women need!

Bottom line is you can take all the marriage relationship advice in the world, but it won't help a bit if you can't use it in your marriage. The best advice I can give is to find simple ways to include each other, find time for each other, and help each other. It doesn't have to be complicated. It doesn't have to be psychological and challenging. Just remember all those things you love about your spouse, and you'll want to spend time with them!

Who Says Marriage Can't Be Full of Excitement, Passion and Love? Many think about a wonderful holiday at some island bungalow or a visit to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, no everyone is able to afford such a luxury even if their love is ever so great. Fortunately, there really is no need to burn a hole in your pocket just to show your love.

For starters, why not get yourselves some items that display your affection for each other? Custom-made tee-shirts with each other's pictures are popular amongst couples who are photogenic, and looking at your spouse wearing a shirt with your smiling face on it tells others the kind of relation you two have. You could also obtain a matching set of clothing like a heart shirt and jeans with an arrow shirt and skirt. Stand next to each other and it suggest Cupid's arrow has shot. It does not have to be restricted to clothing, use your imagination or anything you two like. Ideas that are as cheesy as a pendant with a lock and a pendant with a key can also be used.

Spice up your life. Turn everyday mundane things into something pleasant or something surprising. Sweeping or vacuuming the floor could be a dance session for the both of you, and after that, dinner in bed often has that nice ring to it. find ways to make everyday things more interesting and go out of your way to do it if you want. When things get boring again, go ahead and let your creativity flow again.

Bring out the passion and burning desire in your relationship again. Remember how you and your spouse entered moods or had intimate moments? Was it the candlelit dinner that sparked the romantic moment which eventually led to the bed? Or did it require something hotter than the candles, like sexy lingerie, that arouses you two? Or was the environment easily heated up without the candles? Do not worry if you find it difficult to bring back that old passion; there are plenty of ways to help you generate ideas. Go for a romantic movie and hope you can get double seats, or pick up a romance novel and remember to forget your clothes. Exposing yourself, pun intended, to these romantic elements also add some creativity to your love life as you two try out what you see or hear.

If spending money is not what you want at all, these are still ways to go about having a good time. The parks at night are usually quiet and peaceful, and your main company would be other couples who might also be looking for a romantic time together. Or you two could climb up to the rooftop and just lie down. Staring up at the starry sky at night give a certain peace and tranquillity rarely found in the hustle and bustle of city life.

It is said that a wife needs to win the heart of her husband through his stomach, but it is also quite true that a man can also win a woman's heart through her stomach. Indulge your spouse with treats like chocolate that you rarely buy or your special blend of coffee that none of those drink cans can ever have. The wife might have some concerns against such fattening consumptions, but that would lead to a tiny guilt trip by the husband, all the way to the gym for a couple's workout. Let your taste buds enjoy themselves, and with sweetness on your lips, your words would come out just as sweet.

There are plenty of other ways to go about having a romantic time without using up all of your savings at once. Go ahead and let your imagination and creativity flow, or for once, give in to temptations and remove some of your restrictions. For your love, anything is worthwhile.

Next, learn more about The Woman Men Adore Review and see how you can keep your romance alive. This closeness is true intimacy. It it a place where there is truth, trust, and the ability to be who you are. The problem is that this leaves you feeling vulnerable. Don't worry about that. Your truth and your perspective about life is just that - your truth and your perspective.

Here are 5 Simple Steps To Keeping Intimacy Alive In Your Marriage:

Step 1: Talk about your vision for the future... where do you want to be and what do you want to be doing in a year, 5 years from now. What does it look like? What steps do you both need to put in place to make it happen?

Step 2: Leave the past behind. Forgive, Let go, Move on. Start anew. Read a book about forgiving. Ask me about the forgiveness tool that I use with couples, go to a retreat together to start from here, instead of where you have been.

Step 3: Start a new ritual as you first walk in the door at the end of the day. A long loving gaze, a tender embrace, a time to connect at the end of a long day.

Step 4: Seek ways to understand your spouses perspective. Encourage openness and honesty. Talk about ideas, desires, wants and really listen giving each of you the space to say what is in your hearts and minds.

Step 5: Create fun and joy with the time you spend together. Laugh, be silly, let each other know your fun side. Be a kid again together. Share an ice cream. Tell each other your silliest moment. Even if you think you know everything about each other, share the story again about your carefree, silly side.

Just start today with one of the steps until it becomes second nature to do it. Then move on to the next one. Feel free to add your own. Always find ways to discover new things about your spouse. Encourage each other to share even if you have to be silent until your spouse opens up. It will get easier.

Be intimate and connected to each other. Intimacy is the key to keeping love alive.

Visit http://www.facesoftheheart.com for more leading edge useful tips and tools for passionately living and loving within your relationships, articles that bring you more intimacy, understanding and happiness.

Rev.
