im 14, and im a little skinny, and i eat a lot of junkfood, and drink coke alot. im doing 20 crunches, and 20 sit ups per day. i know that is really suckish, lol. i could probably do more, but i get bored. does anyone have an exercise routein i could do to get a six pack?

I just got a gym pass and I started working out for the past 5 days. I jog everyday for about 10 minutes and walk for 20. I do the elyptial machine for 30. When will I start to see weight loss. I’ve been dieting too. I’m getting frustrated because I haven’t noticed a difference. Thank YOu.

Okayy so i want flat abs The rest of my body is toned because I play sport and all that but my stomach wont go down its flabby, I do crunches and ab workouts all the time but they don’t work I heard that you can do all the crunches in the world and get a six pack but you won’t see it unless you get rid of the flad on top of it.
I head about this belts like the flex pro belt and the vibro belt and the ab transformer belt!
I want one of these but i dont know which one is right for me, I want my stomach to slim down so I can have a six pack so which one should i get?

We recently bought the Wii Fit game. I jogged in place with the wii fit yesterday for 16 minutes and this morning for 20. How many calories did i burn and i can i lose weight with this method?

I went to a local weight loss center and the Dr there prescribed these pills for me. I’m taking 50 mg topamax per day and a water pill. I’ve lost 14 lbs in 6 weeks (YEAH!!) but starting to worry about side effects and getting off the medication. Also concerned about what my “real” Dr will say. Comments?? Suggestions??
