Its time to obtain the liberty from prison of cookies or biscuits recipe cravings now as I am sharing the method or key to break out of the prison of cookies or biscuits cravings.

Below are some great ways or techniques to try out that will help you in breaking out of the cookie cravings.

Agar Agar / China grass :

Agar Agar / china grass is a ingredient or a food that majorly contributes in suppressing the food cravings by keeping you full for a long period of time after you eat agar agar directly cooking it by boiling it in a water with some spices especially spices for preparing soups or you can directly add it to your recipes as an extra ingredient. It helps in fighting food or carbohydrates or cookies cravings or addiction by keeping you full that in turn reduces or avoids you from eating more frequently again and again which will also contribute for weight loss. Focus on what you do

This is the most commonly found issue that people face and some people fail to overcome this issue. That issue is they are so immersed or addicted to cookies that they are even unable to focus on what job they are doing and are always dreaming about the taste of cookies in their brain, that will ruin their work as well as their health. Think of what they made you

This is the most powerful strategy you can get to free yourself from the prison you are locked in to. The strategy is to remember yourself before and after effects of the cookies on your body health and fitness levels and the diseases it caused with the frustration and stress you experienced from cookies or biscuits whenever you think of biscuits in your mind and always prepare yourself to break out of the prison in which you are already there and try all of your best attempts in breaking from that prison.

Realize your true health friend

Now its time to re-evaluate yourself and think of the past where you started betraying your true friend, a true protector who always wanted to take you to a better step a friend who wanted to make you healthy and keep you fit at every moment of your life that friend is none other than your healthy foods which you betrayed and rejected a long time ago or a little time ago, but they still till today only aim at removing unwanted mass, keep you healthy, make you immune to diseases as much as possible and keep you fit forever. So, try to get back to your old friend who is still waiting for you to change and want to make your body healthy for you life, finally get you out of the prison where you are locked in for now. I have took my own time in finding those friends for you to encourage your will and thought on breaking out of the cookies or biscuits cravings prison.
