The truth remains that there is a major problem between PayPal and some countries. As soon as you try to open a PayPal account from such PayPal prohibited countries, their system will automatically flag on their internet protocol (IP) that there is a tendency to those guys to cheat using its platform, hence they are denied. However, be that as it may, anybody from PayPal prohibited countries can still own a PayPal account.

I use PayPal as Nigerian who stay in Nigeria and those who live in Nigeria and those who have transferred money for their account to mine to buy my product can readily testify to this.
