'PageRank' a little word and the little "Green bar" is more little then the word. It looks like a little bar but plays a big role when we measure the value of our webpage.

It’s probably just the Google Dance "I mean the Google PageRank" update still going on. When you watch your website's pagerank you noticed this, doesn’t it seem that PageRank is dynamic now rather than static in-between updates?

I notice this many time, when I open the website in the morning, PageRank is lower across the board or sometime it's higher then previous day, if fluctuates. Could this mean that PageRank is changing based on live data rather than remaining static even though the underlying values it represents are constantly changing? Would this be a good thing?

PageRank plays a important role when we trying to exchange links with others. For the link sellers it would have an impact. Instead of stating you have a PageRank of 4 to potential link buyers you say your PageRank fluctuates between 4 and 6. It would also provide more meaningful statistics as you could tell when your site was rising in Google as the PageRank rises on a more current basis. In my previous blog-post I told about "shadow domain" and also said "This type of sites called 'cloaked' site" . Some aggressive marketers generate thousands of cloaked pages ("phantom pages") highly tuned for the search engines.
