However, since most internet that we have a pay pal acct

Before getting paid, going through the back door to opening pay pal is what so many people follows.

While I have used this method to verify pay pal acct, i can not guarantee you that this method will continue to work forever, also it is important to know that pay pal can track down any backdoor method at any time without warning.

Also, pay pal can freeze an acct when ever they deem it fit and there is no jurisdiction that can stop them neither the author or the author’s company will be liable for any acct closure by pay pal. so be aware of this.

There are some few things you will need in other to open and verify your pay pal acct here in Nigeria and am quite sure that this is applicable to other pay pal forbidden countries too.

It is as follows:

A. liberty reserve acct. ..you can open if you don’t have at libertyreserve.com

B.A Visa card…I will show you how to get one.

C. Access to the internet.

D. The will power to succeed.

NOW LETS BEGIN…….

A: Go to libertyreserve.com and open an acct with them using your Nigerian address and detailed information of yourself.

B. Fund your liberty reserve acct with a minimum of $10 you can do this at www.epaynigeria.com,www.epaymonster.com,www.naira4dollar.com.

Note: I have only use the above site to make my purchase of liberty reserve dollar, I am not the owner and neither do I have any interest with them but given them because I have use their services before and the are ok. i will not be held responsible for any misbehavior of their services caused by them.

C. Now go to Google and get an address from any European or Asian country that is supported by pay pal. for example you type Chinese address or Malaysian address and it will bring out their address out and also get a phone number of them too.

D. Now you can go to PAYPAL.COM, ensure that you sign up using the address you got from your search in Google, mind you, this address might not be the exact address you get fro Google but you can just change it a little doing some simple calculations like if a particular address says no 456 you can use no 457,and the same applies with the telephone number too. you only need it to sign up with your pay pal acct.

While opening your pay pal acct ensure you use premier acct so that you can receive credit card payment this is very important. also when signing up don’t change your ip address without any fear whatsoever use your normal ip pls this is very important also use only one ip address to access your pay pal acct at anytime, but, if you think you are scared with using a Nigerian ip address ,you you can edit your mozilla fire fox and enter your desire ip address you can get a list of ip address at ip-adress.com/proxy_list

You can use any ip address you want there.

Now after opening the your pay pal acct with address you find during your search in Google as I have earlier stated above, make sure you also use the country in which the address you use is found.

Now your pay pal is opened remaining to get it verified.

(E.)Go to www.shopvcc.com to purchase a virtual pay pal debit card for $7.50.

To make payment for this card, this is where your liberty reserve acct comes in you will use your liberty reserve acct that you have funded with about $8 and above to buy this card from them after this you will be sent a card details. this card details is what you will use to verify your pay pal premier acct .

After ordering your card, shopvcc.com will send you an email containing the 16 digit number of the card and expiry date also with the cvv number.

You will now go back to your pay pal acct and use this card information to verify your pay pal premier acct, pay pal will deduct some amount in your credit card and also the expulse code attached to the transaction.

Pay pal will also send you a request that you should enter the small amount deducted from your paypal acct to confirm that you are the true owner of the card. since you can can’t check your card statement you then contact shopvcc to give you the expulse code and the exact amount deducted from your card. As soon as you get this information from shopvcc.com, entre in to your paypal acct in the field where they ask you to fill it. and then your pay pal acct is verified. after this, the card can not be used again., it can not be used to make payment online as well.

Remember to always access your pay pal acct with the only ip address you use to sign up your acct. all transaction hence fort must be carried out on the ip you use to open your pay pal acct .if you access it from another computer without changing it to the same ip that you use while signing up you stand the risk of your acct been frozen.
