<li>1 buah tomat merah, dipotong-potong</li>
<li>3 siung bawang merah diiris tipis-tipis</li>
<li>4 buah cabe rawit merah, dipotong cacah sepanjang 2 cm</li>
<li>2 1/2 sendok makan Kecap Manis</li>
<li>4 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis</li>
</ul>
<p>Bumbu Halus:</p>
<ul>
<li>3 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>4 butir bawang merah</li>
<li>4 butir lada</li>
<li>3 buah kemiri, disangrai</li>
<li>3 cm kunyit, dibakar</li>
<li>2 cm jahe</li>
<li>1 sendok teh ketumbar</li>
<li>1 1/2 sendok teh garam</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara Memasak:</p>
<ul>
<li>Rebus daging kambing dan daun salam dalam air mendidih, tunggu sampai daging matang. Angkat dan buang airnya, potong-potong dagingnya menjadi potongan kecil-kecil.</li>
<li>Rebus santan, bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas dan serai sambil diaduk, tunggu hingga mendidih. Setelah mendidih, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang merah, cabe rawit merah dan daging kambing sampai harum. Tambahkan kol ke dalam tumisan, tumis kol hingga layu.</li>
<li>Masukkan Kecap Manis, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang kuah santan, tunggu hingga mendidih.</li>
<li>Setelah kuah santan mendidih, tambahkan daun bawang dan potongan tomat, masak hingga matang, sajikan hangat.</li>

<p>Langkah-Langkah</p>
<ul>
<li>Aduk rata tepung terigu, backing powder, soda kue, vanili dan garam, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Cairkan margarine dan dinginkan, sisihkan bersamaan dengan susu cair.</li>
<li>Kocok telur dan gula kira2 selama 15 menit menggunakan mixer sampai adonan mengembang.</li>
<li>Campurkan adonan tepung menggunakan whisk (pengocok) agar tidak menggumpal, setelah rata, tambahkan margarine cair dan susu secara bergantian. aduk hingga rata dan diamkan selama 30 menit agar adonan berbuih.
</li>
<li>Adonan siap untuk dicetak menggunakan cetakan kue cubit, jangan lupa taburkan topping (misal : meses atau keju) diatas adonan saat adonan dituang ya.</li>
<li>TIPS : tutup cetakan saat kue dimasak agar kue dapat menggembang dan masaklah dengan api kecil agar kue matang dengan sempurna, selamat mencoba.</li>

<p>Bahan Sirop:<br />
300 ml air leci<br />
600 ml air matang<br />
200 ml sirop leci </p>
<p>Bahan Pelengkap:<br />
100 gram jeli bubble kecil<br />
375 gram es serut<br />
2 1/2 sendok makan susu kental manis putih </p>
<p>Cara membuat:<br />
Rebus agar-agar, jeli instan, air, sirop leci, susu kental manis, garam, dan pewarna merah muda sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.<br />
Tuang ke dalam loyang kotak kecil. Bekukan. Potong kotak 1 cm. Sisihkan.<br />
Sirop, aduk rata air leci, air, dan sirop leci.<br />
Tata dalam gelas potongan jeli, leci kalengan, dan jeli. Tambahkan es serut, susu kental manis, dan sirop.</p>

<p>Bahan – bahan :</p>
<p>&#8211; 500 ml Heavy Cream<br />
&#8211; 150 gram Gula Pasir<br />
&#8211; 3 lembar Gelatin<br />
&#8211; 1 batang Vanilli<br />
&#8211; 250 gram Strawberry, haluskan<br />
&#8211; 2 sdm Gula Pasir<br />
&#8211; 1 sdm Air Jeruk Lemon</p>
<p>Cara memasak :</p>
<p>1. Strawberry Sauce : Panaskan semua bahan hingga gula larut. Angkat. Dinginkan.<br />
2. PannaCotta :<br />
3. Rendam gelatin dalam air es.<br />
4. Sisihkan hingga melunak.<br />
5. Didihkan heavy cream, gula, dan batang vanili di atas api.<br />
6. Ambil gelatin lembaran, peras agar airnya terbuang.<br />
7. Masukkan ke dalam cream yang tengah dipanaskan ini.<br />
8. Aduk hingga gelatin larut.<br />
9. Tuang ke dalam cetakan.<br />
10. Dinginkan hingga padat (± 2 jam).<br />
11. Keluarkan panna cotta yang sudah padat dari cetakannya.<br />
12. Letakkan di piring saji.<br />

<p>Cara membuat :<br />
1. Kocok terlebih dahulu telur dan susu<br />
2. Lalu campur roti tawar yang sudah dicincang kasar tadi dengan gula, keju, dan juga kacang.<br />
3. Tuang susu dan telur yang sudah dikocok tadi, lalu kukus adonan tadi selama kurang lebih 20 menit atau hingga matang.<br />
4. Angkat lalu sajikan.</p>

&#8211; saus bulldog 100 ml, siap saji<br />
&#8211; mayonaise 50 ml<br />
&#8211; katsu busyi secukupnya<br />
&#8211; minyak goreng secukupnya<br />
&#8211; garam 1/2 sdt</p>
<p>Cara Membuat :<br />
1. kocok telur dan kuning telur hingga rata, tuangi kaldu cair sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata.<br />
2. campur terigu, baking powder, garam, aduk rata. masukkan dalam campuran kaldu. aduk hingga adonan kental dan campur rata.<br />
3. panaskan cetakan takoyaki, olesi dengan minyak. tuangkan adonan hingga 1/2 cetakan.<br />
4. masukkan potongan cumi dan daun bawang, tutup lagi dengan adonan terigu, tutup catakan.<br />
5. masak hingga adonan mengembang, balikkan takoyaki menggunakan lidi agar bentuknya tetap bulat.<br />
6. masak hingga takoyaki matang merata, angkat. taburi dengan katsu bushi, sajikan dengan mayonaise dan saus bulldog.</p>

<p>1. Masukkan blueberry,selai,susu cair,krim kental,gula pasir,es batu. Proses hingga halus.<br />
2. Masukkan cincau ke dalam gelas saji.  Tuang campuran blueberry ke dalam gelas.  Berry bubble milkshake siap disajikan segera.</p>
