Meditate to Sunrise and Ocean Waves Private Beach in Vietnam 4:30 am

This is part of the Vietnam Travel Series read further. Meditating to the Sunrise along the seashore of the East Vietnam Sea is a lovely experience. In Vietnam in the city of Danang, people wake up early to be part of the sunrise experience. Locals love to excercise do Tai Chi or simply stretch an hour before sunrise. The space is quiet and everyone loves to be as close to the seashore. In the video footage below it was taken at the Furama Resort Danag Private Beach. Because it is a private beach it is not as loud to where the locals go, which is several km away. Although it belongs to the the Resort people everyday tourists including locals walk along the East Vietnam Sea coastline shortly before sunrise. If you decide to do the walk it is a clean and safe place. Furama Resort is in the middle of the coastline as shown on map below. The video was taken at the Furama Resort private beach by this time the beach is full of locals and tourist an hour before sun rises.

In about 10 minutes the Sun has risen fast over the horizon. Its spectaculars color's reflects on the sparkly water making it look like a combination of red, purple and orange tint. Some of the local fisher men are seen in the far background. They have been fishing since around midnight. They later sell their catch on the beach. On the day of the videos, we were experiencing the worldwide heatwave. It was around + 33 celcius that early! The sand was cool enough to walk barefoot. In the afternoon, the heat got to + 44 celcius which made it impossible to walk barefoot.

Did the Sea floor lift after the Venezuela 7 magnitude twin earthquakes on June 24, 2026? According to Nasa, "Radar data from the NISAR satellite show that La Guaira and nearby areas experienced significant ground displacement from the June 2026 temblors." The Twin 7 magnitude earthquakes triggered a shocking coastal uplift in Trinidad and Tobago. On the same month on another Continent Philippines experienced a drastic coast uplift and seafloor uplift. Nature is accelerating its usual term. Many locations around the World have been displaced. The North Pole is shifting every year. Continents move so it is nothing new. What is happening in Canada? Canada's First Nations people live up in Northern Canada. Six thousand seven hundred and thirty nine Canadian fires are active as of July 18 2026. Today, I saw what looked like a small fox or coyote desperately walking in the middle of a two lane drive at 3:45 am. I wonder could this animal have come all the way from Ontario's land where the fires are taking place. I do not live in Ontario but it makes me feel sad for those that are being displaced. Northwestern Ontario Canada majority First Nations communites have been burning for several days. So what happens to the people and animals dead that are displaced? Canadian Forest Fires now is ranking #2 Worldwide. And what about nature? Around my property Trees are growing like weeds. The trees also provide a cool environment to my home and to the nature living around it. Coolness is needed for the Heatwave 2026. Its human survival. Yesterday Toronto canceled outdoor events due to poor air quality. Nineteen States in United States reporting poor air quality and orange skies. Currently, Chicago is one of the worst States with poorest air quality around the world. As the Ontario 100 some fires not being contained pushes the smoke down south to the United States and neigbouring provinces more needs to be done. Not enough fire equipement, fire men was used to get to #2. Last year it was Northern Manitoba, British Columbia (BC), this year Northwestern Ontario and BC.We are living in unprecedent times, its time to be aware. In the below video people look lost as they stare to the inferno infront of them. Should they have been evacuated a long time before? A fireman talks to a baby fawn, saying, " Come on let's get you out of here". A herd of bucks are seen running desperately surrounded by fire not knowing where to go. Further reporting:

A powerful presentation as the models walked fiercely down the catwalk considering it as one of my most favorite. It was the not only the music that brought motivation but the passion for the designs behind it all. One could tell it was driven to excel. Perhaps it was the designers one more presentation for the collection called Etro Flux. With trends that are alive today such as fringe, sheer, with lots of leather, ruffles and cuffed hemmed pants. Not to forget the Gitana and Spanish flamenco vibes. The Etro flux collection is defined as being metamorphic or as a story shaping itself. The Italian designer named Marco De Vincenzo is presently the Head of Leather Goods Design at Givenchy and creative designer at Etro from 2022-2026. Wildfire trend is on a rise as the World heat's up creating an ultimate high human crisis. Today in Ontario, Canada, rating the air pollution from 1 to 10 is no longer existing where 100 could be the real number. Canada is currently second after sub sahara desert with 10, 935 active fires. Europe suffered an immense heatwave for the month of June 2026. Around the world an average of roughly 489,000 people every year. According to the WHO Europe's heatwave linked to 1,300 deaths as Germany hits record 41.7C for the month of June 2026. In England and Wales about 2,700 people died in the months of May and June of this year. Europe recorded over 10,000 deaths during late-June heat wave. Nearly 20,000 wildfires were recorded in Brazil between January and June 2026 as of today there are 2,770 active fires see recent wildfires.

Other factors that make wildfire worst are Earthquakes and Volcano eruptions. Peacocks visiting for breakfast at Danang Vietnam

A group of about twenty beautiful Peacocks visit the Furama Danang Resort every morning. What a joyful experience to have with these gorgeous creatures around. Whenever they came around during my breakfast at the Cafe Indochine I was flabbergasted. They are the cutest things to watch as they too had their breakfast infront of the restaurant. These Peacocks are the friendliest animals I have seen. Serene to be around them and I felt surely blessed. Guests of all ages loved to film this special celebrities. During the days of the week they came out shortly after 7 am breakfast began at 6:30 am. I filmed the Peacocks many times on various days during my stay at the Furama Danang Resort. On Saturday, the Peacocks arrived a little past 7:30 am which is why I went on my search for them.

Both videos below are the same only the shorter version includes just the peacocks. The longer version is where I go live looking for the Peacocks. The man in charge of the Peacocks had told me that they live in the Lagoon area. So I take a walk to the Lagoon that morning. Although I did not find them there to my surprise I had missed them walk to the courtyard. When I arrive back to the resort courtyard a beautiful peacock was fanning her feathers or was it referred to as a train. Apparently, it is not the tail feathers, but rather the elongated upper tail covert feathers that grow from the bird's back that make up the train. The male Peacock was also making the call while it did the train.

Watching them relax on the courtyard made me feel like a guest and that I was in their home. They are peaceful creatures to be around. Sometimes a little too curious wondering around the resort lobby. One man usually often moved had to heard them out.

On May 15th farmer wells started pulling air during planting season. With a combination of the data centers and AI contraversial shifting water rights the United States is feeling the crisis.

In Canada, one Premier said no to data centers. Last month, June 4, "Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew announced the provincial government will block a massive artificial intelligence (AI) data center proposed for farmland near Île-des-Chênes, south of Winnipeg. " In American state of Colorado, herds are disappering forcing multi generational ranchers to sell. Right now, ninety seven percent of the state of Colorado is in severe drought. Inflation and other factors have caused Rib eye prices to rise to $22 from $11. Ground beef is rising every single week. This leaves many with future uncertainty that has left some ranchers forcing to sell. American Cattle heads has hit the worst in 75 years from January 1 2026 to 86.2 million and 27.2 million reproduction. The smallest since 1941. The American State of Virginia is also going through a historical drought. It is late June and crops are not yielding enough. Farmers blame the low rain from the last Fall season suffering second dryest on record looking back from 1940-1941's. In the other state, Idaho farmers will be able to receive federal farm relief for Idaho specialty crop growers such as potatoes.

On July 6, 2026 President of the United States Donald Trump approved relief fund for the States of Nebraska historic fires. The total funding covered under the declaration will be almost $9.7 million. On July 3, 2026, the states of Idaho, will receive 1.6 billion dollars of relief fund for those whom apply.

Life in Danang Vietnam is very busy in the mornings. I went during the time there was a heatwave worldwide at the end of the Month of May 2026. On my first day I noticed that people were walking along the seashore at around 5:30 am. So on my second day I made sure I got up earlier than the day before. After traveling from Vancouver airport to South Korea Incheon Airport then to Vietnam. It took over 24 hours just to arrive at the Furama Resort. We arrived at midnight. I was still a little jet-lagged . Regardless, I learned quickly to get up early. So after going for early walks just like the locals. I recommend it just like the locals to have a routine. You will know how long your walks will be and how long your eating schedules will take. Leaving enough time for extra things to do in between. The locals exercised along the seashore before sunrise. Watch my video where I go on my walks along the seashore of Danang Beach on the East Vietnam Sea. By the time the sun rose it was 5 am and over 35 celsius. But the sand was cool to walk barefoot this early.

Have an Exercise Routine Have a Breakfast Routine

We began our breakfast routine at around 6:00 am. The time the Cafe Indochine restaurant opened. One of my favorite times of the day was early in the Morning and going to the Café Indochine breakfast buffet. Café Indochine restaurant is located at the Furama Resort at 105 Võ Nguyên Giáp, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam. I will not get into the details of how much food was available for the guests but it was more than enough. I recommend watching the youtube video below, you will get what I mean. So not only did I learn that I had an early routine. Other locals did too. And if you watch the next video you will see who I meant. These breakfast guests loved to surprise everyone. I shared it on the next video. They too had a 7 am routine when they showed up everyone loved them. They would always come around the corner one by one. All 20 in a line one following the other. Straight out of a movie. Several Tourists got the surprise of a lifetime when they were visiting Guatemala's Volcan del Fuego as it erupts nearby. The fireballs that the volcano spewed out left a hole on one of the tourists' jackets. Fearing for their lives, they ran. One of them is heard saying " there are rocks" not knowing that they were molten rocks. Here we learn where there is smoke rather than its best to stay away. Safety first! These explorers must have been without a tourist volcano guide because they are aware of the dangers. The irony is that the Volcano lived up to its name where fuego means fire. Today there are two volcanoes active in Guatemala, the Santiaguito Volcano and Fuego. There have been nineteen earthquakes under 4 magnitude since the Fuego Volcano erupted in 2026.

There was a permanent shift in the coastal area in the Philippines that affected human and ocean life. On June 8, 2026 26 km SW of Kablalan. The megaquake caused the Cotabato Trench to lift the seabed in Sarangani and Davao Occidental by up to 2 metres.It was reported that the seafloor became the shoreline several times during the earthquake. This is known as a coastal uplift. The seafloor rose 200 meters or 650 feet. It no longer is ocean waters, just dry land. Exposed coral has killed surrounding sea life.

According to Volcano Discovery, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake will produce an estimated combined seismic energy of 3.7 x 1016 joules (10233 gigawatt hours, equivalent to 8.8 x 106 tons of TNT or 550.3 atomic bombs!).
