Peacocks visiting for breakfast at Danang Vietnam

A group of about twenty beautiful Peacocks visit the Furama Danang Resort every morning. What a joyful experience to have with these gorgeous creatures around. Whenever they came around during my breakfast at the Cafe Indochine I was flabbergasted. They are the cutest things to watch as they too had their breakfast infront of the restaurant. These Peacocks are the friendliest animals I have seen. Serene to be around them and I felt surely blessed. Guests of all ages loved to film this special celebrities. During the days of the week they came out shortly after 7 am breakfast began at 6:30 am. I filmed the Peacocks many times on various days during my stay at the Furama Danang Resort. On Saturday, the Peacocks arrived a little past 7:30 am which is why I went on my search for them.

Both videos below are the same only the shorter version includes just the peacocks. The longer version is where I go live looking for the Peacocks. The man in charge of the Peacocks had told me that they live in the Lagoon area. So I take a walk to the Lagoon that morning. Although I did not find them there to my surprise I had missed them walk to the courtyard. When I arrive back to the resort courtyard a beautiful peacock was fanning her feathers or was it referred to as a train. Apparently, it is not the tail feathers, but rather the elongated upper tail covert feathers that grow from the bird's back that make up the train. The male Peacock was also making the call while it did the train.

Watching them relax on the courtyard made me feel like a guest and that I was in their home. They are peaceful creatures to be around. Sometimes a little too curious wondering around the resort lobby. One man usually often moved had to heard them out.

This leaves many with future uncertainty that has left some ranchers forcing to sell. American Cattle heads has hit the worst in 75 years from January 1 2026 to 86.2 million and 27.2 million reproduction. The smallest since 1941. The American State of Virginia is also going through a historical drought. It is late June and crops are not yielding enough. Farmers blame the low rain from the last Fall season suffering second dryest on record looking back from 1940-1941's. In the other state, Idaho farmers will be able to receive federal farm relief for Idaho specialty crop growers such as potatoes.

On July 6, 2026 President of the United States Donald Trump approved relief fund for the States of Nebraska historic fires. The total funding covered under the declaration will be almost $9.7 million. On July 3, 2026, the states of Idaho, will receive 1.6 billion dollars of relief fund for those whom apply.

A 10 km depth powerful magnitude 7.5 earthquake hit 30 km (19 miles) away from Moron, Carabobo, Venezuela, in the late afternoon of Wednesday, Jun 24, 2026 at 6.05 pm local time (America/Caracas GMT -4). The epicenter latitude and longitude are 10.4351°N / 68.4716°W. A minute earlier a 6.4 magnitude and 20 km depth 3 km SE of Yumare, Venezuela. While the death toll number is not exact so far it is estimated nearly 1,943 and about 69,000 remain missing. After many days without electricity it has been restored. Some media reports have claimed that entire neighbourhoods vanished. La Guaira, Venezuela has been the most affected area. Some 800 buildings have been reported totally destroyed due to poor construction a widespread engineering failure. Enjoying My Danang Breakfast at Furama Resort

Life in Danang Vietnam is very busy in the mornings. I went during the time there was a heatwave worldwide at the end of the Month of May 2026. On my first day I noticed that people were walking along the seashore at around 5:30 am. So on my second day I made sure I got up earlier than the day before. After traveling from Vancouver airport to South Korea Incheon Airport then to Vietnam. It took over 24 hours just to arrive at the Furama Resort. We arrived at midnight. I was still a little jet-lagged . Regardless, I learned quickly to get up early. So after going for early walks just like the locals. I recommend it just like the locals to have a routine. You will know how long your walks will be and how long your eating schedules will take. Leaving enough time for extra things to do in between. The locals exercised along the seashore before sunrise. Watch my video where I go on my walks along the seashore of Danang Beach on the East Vietnam Sea. By the time the sun rose it was 5 am and over 35 celsius. But the sand was cool to walk barefoot this early.

Have an Exercise Routine Have a Breakfast Routine

We began our breakfast routine at around 6:00 am. The time the Cafe Indochine restaurant opened. One of my favorite times of the day was early in the Morning and going to the Café Indochine breakfast buffet. Café Indochine restaurant is located at the Furama Resort at 105 Võ Nguyên Giáp, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam. I will not get into the details of how much food was available for the guests but it was more than enough. I recommend watching the youtube video below, you will get what I mean. So not only did I learn that I had an early routine. Other locals did too. And if you watch the next video you will see who I meant. These breakfast guests loved to surprise everyone. I shared it on the next video. They too had a 7 am routine when they showed up everyone loved them. They would always come around the corner one by one. All 20 in a line one following the other. Straight out of a movie. Several Tourists got the surprise of a lifetime when they were visiting Guatemala's Volcan del Fuego as it erupts nearby. The fireballs that the volcano spewed out left a hole on one of the tourists' jackets. Fearing for their lives, they ran. One of them is heard saying " there are rocks" not knowing that they were molten rocks. Here we learn where there is smoke rather than its best to stay away. Safety first! These explorers must have been without a tourist volcano guide because they are aware of the dangers. The irony is that the Volcano lived up to its name where fuego means fire. Today there are two volcanoes active in Guatemala, the Santiaguito Volcano and Fuego. There have been nineteen earthquakes under 4 magnitude since the Fuego Volcano erupted in 2026.

There was a permanent shift in the coastal area in the Philippines that affected human and ocean life. On June 8, 2026 26 km SW of Kablalan. The megaquake caused the Cotabato Trench to lift the seabed in Sarangani and Davao Occidental by up to 2 metres.It was reported that the seafloor became the shoreline several times during the earthquake. This is known as a coastal uplift. The seafloor rose 200 meters or 650 feet. It no longer is ocean waters, just dry land. Exposed coral has killed surrounding sea life.

According to Volcano Discovery, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake will produce an estimated combined seismic energy of 3.7 x 1016 joules (10233 gigawatt hours, equivalent to 8.8 x 106 tons of TNT or 550.3 atomic bombs!). In the past 30 days, there have been 45,237 quakes of magnitudes up to 7.8. Below shows most recent quakes and quakes magnitude 6 or higher (19 out of 45,218 quakes)

I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful sounds the Tibetan bowls resonated to my ears. Since I had never been to one before I really had no expectations. I did not even know that I had to lie on my back. As I lay there listening to the heavenly sounds that came from my head where the bowls were placed over the floor close. The sound healing session lasted for 15 minutes with a 334 megahertz frequency. The frequency of 334 Hz, “can have a positive influence on the aging process, which is influenced by external influences such as light pollution.” As I lay there with my eyes closed I allowed time not to take up space in my mind. When it was over I was ready to continue with my day full of energy. I was ready for tomorrow's session.

At a distance you see a sailing boat, a fishing boat, a few people getting off the warm ocean waters and walking towards you into the sandy warm coastline. You feel the wind of the waves coming at you.

Wide at this moment. We have forgotten how important to breathing can be to our health. So take your time now and relax take a big breath by inhaling strongly through your nostrils keeping it in for a few seconds then exhale through your mouth. Slowly. This will lower your heart rate and pressure.

Sun

Sun is made out of fire. So it part of the fire element without the Sun the Earth would freeze and everything living would die with it. Appreciating the Sun as something God put there for humanity to understand that he created it to create the signs and seasons.

Feel

You begin to feel the warmth of the Sun in front of you. Your emotional state changes to happy.Your body temperature rises from head to toe you are covered with the sun rays in front of you. All the sudden feeling as if someone put a warm towel over you. Covering all over you a gentle touch.

Appreciation

Here you can appreciate life that we have this opportunity to be part of everything living. We thank God for everything He created for us to be alive. Aren't we Lucky! To be blessed with so much abundance around us. We are not lacking anything. We have water and fire and we are alive and blessed.

Air

Inhale deeply and exhale quietly releasing air out of our lungs. I can hear myself I am fully alive. Wind. Jesus Christ said you do not know where the wind is coming or going. This mystery makes us feel vulnerable and yet we welcoming the wind to be there.The wind passes through us. It does not ask permission can I be there. It is just lasts temporarily. Perhaps 1 second or 10 minutes. You begin to hear and see the waves of the large body of water that it is in front of you. The water runs through your toes gently.

You want to touch and feel the water as it approaches you. Perhaps you are not on the sea shore but sitting on a balcony watching the sun rise at 6. Watch and hear the wildlife. Birds flying around you. Relax and enjoy the sound of crickets. Roosters crowing in the distance. Each bird having each their distinct sounds.

Hearing

What do we are around us? The breeze of the Ocean waves coming into the shoreline and releasing back into the ocean. Siting in front of the Sun and Ocean feels powerful. The sun so large and yet it is far away from you and the ocean looks immense in front of you. It makes you feel small. So mysterious. What is out there.

Meditating in Other Places

Use the basic elements earth, air, water and fire. Incorporate these elements into your meditation. First study your location so your experience can be fulfilling and unique. Ask yourself may questions. Incorporate Taste, sound , touch and sent.

See Using your eyes for sight. What do I see? Where am I? Are you alone? Do you see wildlife around you?

Hear Using your ears for sound. What do I hear?

Smell Using your nose for scents. What do I smell?

Taste Using your tongue for flavors. W?

Look The active, voluntary action of directing your eyes.

Feel Using your skin/touch to perceive texture, temperature, or emotion. Can I touch something?

Sit and relax.
