The Cretenarians were proud of being Universal bastards of the first water - they made Nuremberg look like a Greatful Dead concert. For two thousand years they'd roamed the galaxy pretty much looking to knowck over another civilizations pint. The Cretanarians bred out all traces of mercy and pity - they lusted for absolute genuine anti social personality disorder - psychosis was a

When the encountered Humanica they spat in the spittoon skulls of their most recent still alive victims and congratulated themselves on having found fresh galactic bush meat to hunt and harvest

Of course the Cretenarians had made a slight oversight - for two thousand years the Humanicans had explored Omniquant based on acivilazation founded on wisdom and compassion - the race of what was once little more than a bunch of lucky domesticated primates had evolved well into a mature adult species worthy of its successes

The Cretarians took this for weakness and took no time in ordering the absolute total annihalation of Humanica

Alas what the vast and impressive Cretarian High command regretably failed to take into account was the prior history of Humanica - a species risen from a core of less than two thousand monkeys and the judicial (often compleltly non judicial) application of flint knew one or two (or fifty nine million million) things about violence.

For two thousand years - as it ploughed a furrow of total peace across the galaxy the Humanicans had never ever quite forgotten that speaking softly was the bestest policy - it was an even better policy if one never ever forgot to carry or at least stash a bloody huge stick

Operation Bloody Huge Stick was by Cretenarian Terms a relatively short conflict - though what it lacked in duration it certainly made up for in intensity and excitement.

The war was not strictly one of Cretarian V Humaica but more precisely Cretarian V the USH Humilitary. Again alas the Cretarian had made three simple misjudgements -

the first was the inability to understand that the Humilitary and Humanica were in fact one and the same: Early Humanica had seen the introduction of the Hip-Hoplite Doctrine which meant that not one single member of Humanica was unable to pretty muich act as an army of one. Humanicans - in return for a comfortable life span of food warmth shelter, access to to total health care, education etc agreed to spend a minimum of six months to one year in Humilitary service.

Humilitary did not neccessarily mean Combat - as many Humanicans opetd for pure defence: civil, medical, munition engineering roles but at least two months were ceeded to every humanican learning basicaly how to be a surviving monkey - fire making, hunting, fishing, fruitarian gathering, shelter building, weather evasion, lash up medicine - each and every Humanican was given the ability that if it all was suddenly taken away they would at least be able to try and cope

Across Earth there were 12 Automated facilities - each named after a particularly rugged (ie a bit mad) national hero - these Dragons Teeth Mountains had but one purpose to eternaly produce and stockpile offe-defe's - which in a fit of honesty meant weapons - continuously updated with reserves of everything from Spears to Soviet era AK 47's meant Humanica had one final final default position affectionately know as 'So Near, So Sparta 'come take them'

The Cretarians did manage an breathtaking audacious raid that saw one hundred and twenty two million troops slip past Tortoise One and land all over Earth

The second Cretarian tactical faux pas was what Humanistorians came to call the veneerial disease. Humanicans espoused wisdom and compassion at every turn - and they truely truely belived in it but they possessed 'residual disposition' which was commonly seen as ' I agree to love you number one long time - unless you like totally unlove me number ten' at which point the game is over. Humanicans knew the Wiscom thing was what made them brilliant, thye also knew it was a venner - a gloss that helped them get over the fact that they were just like the Cretarians but they needed each other to stop them being so. So when someone or something threatened thier 'other' (friend who makes me a friend' as Philix the wierd put it) then they had no option but to strike out

The third and final mis judgement of the Cretarians was their own self boasting of being happily pyschotic- HUmanicans had begun there proud evolutionary march to maturity by coming to terms with an unhappy thought - a small perecentage of their species was just plain bad - they could evaluate, monitor and diagnois to eternity but they had had to conceed that a small but significant percentage of them were just ' really wired wrong' - these recidivist or Anti Social Behaviourists appeard not to be capable of empathy - the very foundation of the WisCom doctrines - they could not through no fault of their own - understand that compassion - the unconditional care for others formed the bed rock of progress and mde Humanicans Humanican.

The politics of this formed the vast majority of Humanican controversy for a hundred years - the outcome was unhappy and the total care and attention given to unHumanicans in their isolated idylls remained a bone of contention for generations

Of the One hundred and twenty two million Cretarian troops who landed on Home Planet Earth, nine were killed - a devastating total for Humaica which led to the speedy erection of the Cretan memorial on top of K2 'dedicated to the known brave and unwitting warriors' which to this day a flame is lit at 13:27 and flared off into space to be seen as far as ERIS

In retrospect the tally was as follows;

Four Cretan warriors died in what was once known as 'blue on blue' or friendly fire - their pursuit ship was shot down by their own Command Vessel - seventeen year old Jessica Hunt-Smartley quickly came forward and admitted that she had tracked the in bound fighter and 'as a joke' puffed up a home made pico field which caused the Comman Vessel to identify its own ship as a possible hostile. One Cretan warrior was forced fed to death - the Cretan High Command excepting that warrior Jxplaxter had at least been mildly complicit in eating nine of Grammy Shanks sugar death rock cakes whilst in captivity. Subsequent reperations and meetings have proven that the indomitable Grammy Shanks and the equally indomitable Birth Mother of Jxplaxter may have been Doppell Ganger Zygots*

DGZ - the ever disputed claim that some cussed people are just the same cussed people regardless of where you go in Omniquant - Grammy Shanks and Jxplaxter Birth Mother were apparently both put into Omniquant to test us all.

Two Cretanian warriors did amazingly manage to 'kill' one hundred and forty Humanicans bfore succombing. The greatest argument being for most Humanicans why the New Geneva rules had not been relayed to all parties. All Humanicans involved in the battle had as per standard instructions downloaded their entire selves onto U-bee's - thus avoiding any actual physical death of the self. The 140 Humanicans were outraged to find that there rivals in combat had no similar proceedure

Overall the success of the Humilitary was seen to be assured. Taken as it was from the idealised form of combat practised (or supposedly to be) Native Amrican Appache's - the highest regard in combat one could have was to genuinely 'scalp' arival ; ie to hit him or her over the head thus leaving thme with the knowledge that firther damge 'could have been done but was not'

The one hundred and twenty two million Cretarian attack forced found itself embroiled in various ways

There may say some small thing to be said about the ridiculously inconsistent duality of humanity in that on the one hand a sign of genuine compassion is to wish for world peace and on the other a sign of wisdom is to be careful what one wishes for in case it may come true. Thus Humanichs, the story of how civilization grew up .

There is a general rule of thumb (quite who's remains a mystery) that any really good idea will take about one hundred years to truely become the norm. So we must start our story at a point approxiametly one hundred years after the last full stop in this tale.

Humanichs provided the solidity of science, math and engineering principles to the usually fluid tenats of ethics and morality. How this miraculous mundane event came about will be revealed but for the moment let us capitualte to our all to Human curiousity and take a peek into what a wonderful world it could be.

Elspeth Khan-Morriss the Third was currently experiencing major doubts that she was living in a any kind of Human created Utopia as she was pretty sure that any half decent paradise would not involve her struggling to lug a sixty pound rucksack along a sole and soul blistering track that would have an adrenalin addicted goat radioing for an Mountain rescue evac. Philix Rex the Last King and Jeni Med Pax the first Goddess

As befitted a Goddess of Fortune the family had maintained a certain awe despite the original Jen's clear demarcation between wen she was MPX and when she was Jeni

These fitted well with the Philixian approach - the sign of a good Humanichan being the ability to distinguish between reality tunnels without loosing awareness of the non simultaneous intercating processes.

The only space Dozenichs seeks to expend into is the one between your ears.

Dozenichs aims to romye Humanity up to the position it deserves to beat.

Without any non tangible goals. Humanichs relies not on common sense but THE common sense.

The one that tells you that though we as a civilization have a lot to be proud about and thankful for weare still falling short of our potential and that uless this is faced up to and then tackles we are still always going have a largely unacknowledged but permamnet awareness that we are not quite right.

You know that poverty, injustie and violence are unacceptable in a two thousand year old

Yet we remain as individuyals seemingly powerless

Well that then is where Humanichs comes along.

Humanichs knows that fine words butter no parsnips - that idealism and Utopias often fetaure lots of good ideas that do not really work in the real world

Humanichs has been created with one over riding principle , that you and I and everyone else are very very human with all trhhe faults and glories that this entails

But if as in so often the case that our greatest strengths are often are greatest weaknesses then the inverse mst be true - that our greatest weaknesses aso have the potential to be our greatest strengths.

We are a wierd bunch of upright hominids - each capable of so much and yet continuously capable of being so much less than what we could ve - so filled with potential yet so often filled with a sense of helpless inertia that stops us from achieving that which we were born to be.

Which is whay Humanichs takes as it motto - Neither Slaves Nor Tyrant,

I composed Humanichs because it was clear that I could not achive very much on my own - this kept me as a slave - unless of course I wanted to adopt the methods of a tyrant and succomb to the temptation of power

Humanichs sees no place for a system that encourages everyone to work harder, to continue to add to a system that appears to have its flaws inherent within it.

As a society we are a dissociative arsonist whose public appearance of a well adjusted personality has allowed them to become head of the fire service but who knows that they themselves are responsible for the fires that they are responsible for puttimg out.

What gives me the right to say these things-well I could and have made a long list of all the erasons why I am possible the last person ou should be listening to - but then I can only mount my defense by two points - the understanding of the best definition of Wisdom - acknowledging my ignorance

this continous self reinforcing positive feed back loop I am Humanichan Humanicha is me writ large lead to the emergent phenomenon of future generations Humanichans being able to refer to themselves and the USH with the same pronoun - though this would appear unnatural or even abhoorent to pre humanichan especialy libetarian - Humanichs stress on the funadamental rights of the individual being identical or synonymous with Humanichs in general - this pre humanichan attitude also fails to take into account the natural human intelligence in being able to code switch and decode code switching.

Humanics was always acutely aware that initial oppostion would rise from the all to human response of making judgement based on previosu precednt - so that those who had grown up within an anti communist reality tunnel would with almost weary predictability decalim Humanichs as being communist - those of a liberal disposition would do the opposite and declaim it as being authoritarian
