Rights, Responsibilities & Respect towards ladies by guys

It was always been a challenge to me on how to compare a woman. I start with fragile, flower, crystal, cross many pages and finally end up with 'respect'.

Maybe it’s my experience (I'm damn good people watcher) or it is something which I took for granted. But I'm happy the way I'm towards them.

Most of the ladies I met showed less common sense. Please wait for a moment before you take decision on me.

It is just that their acts look nonsense sometimes, which aren't. Wondered why she asks you again and again the same question of whether you ate? It's because she cares for you.

May be the saying, 'To err is human' correspond more to women. But it is not that they have less IQ. While sometimes I see their ignorance or innocence, most of the time they act out of care and love.

Or maybe my world is so small that I saw only such ladies and concluded so. A close friend of mine once said to me that, one can write a book about a man but will surely fail even if they think that writing about a woman is possible. And so my writings would be just excerpts.

RRR Formula

While it is Right of a young guy to flatter, impress and even flirt a lady, it is his prime Responsibility to not hurt her feelings. He should always Respect her for what she is.

This is where I'll end this abruptly as the reasons come with fury because of those who usually don't follow above rule.

World in the mist of 'LIKE'

Someone might already brought this into light, but I just realized it.

It all started with me thinking for the reasons why people write poems.

One can list out Love, hate, compassion, dream, happiness, sorrow and go on till he is out of all emotions.

On thinking, I narrowed the list down to one, which is like.

Let me just list out all above reasons one by one and then show how they indeed are like

Love - Synonym of like !

Hate - You hate something because you like something else.

Compassion - You care for others. Isn't that kind of like?

Dream - You like to achieve something.

Happiness - Its because you like it

Sorrow - Its because you miss something you like

You might strike this out as my perspective, but like in every human got its own perspective.

Selfishness, corruption, war, crime and what not. Just name it and see that we are covered by like.

One can only create like as destroying it would be an act because he likes something else.

One of the reasons why the blog got named hunter4u is that, I search the content for you in WWW. It was such a great success with mails flooding my inbox daily. I had to shut that service as I couldn't process as the request queue increased daily. Being only hunter in this process is the major factor in calling off the service. But I was never happy. I'm unable to fulfill the necessity, this blog came up. I'm ready to search for you again. I'll post the searched content along with the name of the person who requested it. So, what do you say? Shall I give another try?

As you might have observed, I'm rarely posting these days. Well, reason is that I'm busy with my new job. But searching and posting will bring back me into the web world.

All those RSS readers, kindly spare time and give me your opinion on this.

Save Tada 2 : Cleanup trek to restore nature

TADA - Mysterious location, with beautiful scenery, pristine waters, crystal clear pools, fresh flowing streams, breathtaking views and the gorgeous Tada waterfalls - this is how Tada was described a few years ago, all this is already becoming history now.

A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, THIS WAS TADA:

Today Tada is described as a place filled with garbage, liquor bottles, broken glass pieces, plastic covers, plates, plastic water bottles, rappers of biscuits, assorted snacks, aluminium foils, metal caps, clothes, footwear..... and what not? - It is also home to those anti-social elements who drink there and cause harm not only to the general public but also to the peaceful trekkers either directly or indirectly.

THIS IS HOW THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE NOW:

Its high time we acted upon this; We as trekkers and nature enthusiasts share a common goal of protecting nature. Yet we have not managed to do much about the anti-social activities happening out there in the name of the so called "Eco-Tourism". Absolutely no rules are being followed in this place, no one ever bothers to check if the rules are being obeyed, plastic wastes are scattered everywhere - yet not a sign of dust bins

The pictures above open the doors to reality, it appears as if mother nature is desperately crying for help. If left unnoticed, the whole place would die out eventually. Friends, lets come together on this date, to help save mother nature before it reaches a point of no return; lets take up the responsibility and clean up this place apart from our usual fun filled trek; lets measure the waste extracted and let the officers know what has happened to a beautiful place in just a few years and document it. This would at least help reduce by a great extent, if not prevent, the use of plastics and littering around; this will make the authorities enforce basic rules that will preserve the beauty for ages to come. So that we can continue our passion and create a safe green home for mother nature.

To show its concern for Tada, CTC along with the help of media dhas decided to take up the clean-up operation under its flag. Friends, and to all those who love nature, come, be a part of this wonderful and responsible trek. Its time to show your part in conserving nature and exposing the corrupt.

LOGISTICS
Similar to Save Tada/1, we are planning to form 20 garbage buster teams, each lead by a CTC organizer and assigned to 20 different garbage buster zones, demarcated with zone flags.

SUMMARY
Objective - Trek/walk to the Tada waterfalls and CLEAN-UP on the way back
Terrain – rocks, some bushes, waterfalls
Difficulty – easy, participants need to be healthy

Duration – 1 day in forest/hills, including clean-up
Distance - 2 hours North of Chennai, around 4km trek

A glowing face not which everyone have daily. From past two months I’m so happy that I have forgot that there is a word called “sad” ;) A good job, happy family, lots of friends and well wishers are what I own now. Bunch of habits, movies and adventurous treks are adding the thrill to my life. There were moments in my life where I thought I was one of the happiest persons in the world. But this one is different :D this is a marathon, more than that too :P

I was placed in an MNC during my graduation(2009). But due to recession they decided to call me in 2010. So the gap of one year bugged me a lot. And then my miraculous enrollment into IIIT-Bangalore for post graduation, changed everything. Well I will get into those details in my later posts ;) But for now understand that I came from dilemma to a place where I saw success.

I just can’t think of a better conclusion to this post or what to add too :P

The Letter “Z” Will Be Removed from the English Alphabet - by Daniel Scocco

Surprising as it sounds, it looks like the English alphabet will be losing one of its letters on June 1st. The announcement came from the English Language Central Commission (ELCC).
Here is a quote from the press release:

After carefully considering and debating the matter for over two years, the ELCC came to the conclusion that the letter “Z” should be removed from the English alphabet. The main objective of this change is to simplify the phonetic aspect of the language, and to unify the American and British spellings.

What will happen to the words that have the letter “z” in them? It depends on the word. According to the ELCC, words that started with a “z” will now start with an “x”. Examples include:

· zero becomes xero
· zoo becomes xoo
· zone becomes xone
· zodiac becomes xodiac
·
Words that featured a “z” with the “s” sound, on the other hand, will now be officially written with the “s” (i.e., unifying the American and British spelling). Examples include:

Hidden Information contained in Famous Logos

This logo doesn’t seem to hide much at first sight, but it gives you a little insight in the philosophy behind the brand. First of all, the yellow swoosh looks like a smile: Amazon.com want to have the best customer satisfaction. The swoosh also connects the letters a and z, meaning that this store has everything from a to z.

FedEx

This is probably one of the best known logos with a hidden meaning. If you look closely, you’ll see an arrow that’s formed by the letters E and x. This arrow symbolizes speed and precision, two major selling points of this company.

Continental

Continental is a manufacturer of tyres. You could actually see this in their logo, because the first two letters create a 3-dimensional tyre.

Toblerone

Toblerone is a chocolate-company from Bern, Switzerland. Bern is sometimes called ‘The City Of Bears’. They have incorporated this idea in the Toblerone logo, because if you look closely, you’ll see the silhouette of a bear.

Carrefour is one of the biggest European retailers, and it’s also French for “crossroads”. The logo symbolizes this word via two opposite arrows. They also added the first letter of the name, because if you look closely you’ll see the letter C in the negative space between the two arrows.

Unilever is one of the biggest producers of food, beverages, cleaning agents and personal care products. They produce a huge amount of different products and they wanted to reflect this in their logo. Each part of the logo has a meaning. At first, this logo might not make much sense. But if you look closely, you’ll see the number 1 in the negative space between the F and the red stripes. I also love how this logo communicates a feeling of speed.

10. The door to hell : Turkmenistan

The Door to Hell, as local residents at the nearby town of Darvaza have dubbed it, is a 70 meter wide crater in Turkmenistan that has been burning continuously for 35 years. In 1971, geologists drilling for gas deposits uncovered a huge underground cavern, which caused the ground over it to collapse, taking down all their equipment and their camp with it. Since the cavern was filled poisonous gas, they dared not go down to retrieve their equipment, and to prevent the gas escaping they ignited it, hoping it would burn itself out in a couple of days. Unfortunately, there was a slight miscalculation as to the amount of gas that was trapped, and the crater continues to burn to this day.

9. Mount Roraima : Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana

Mount Roraima is a pretty remarkable place. It is a tabletop mountain with sheer 400-metre high cliffs on all sides. There is only one ‘easy’ way up, on a natural staircase-like ramp on the Venezuelan side – to get up any other way takes and experienced rock climber. On the top of the mountain it rains almost every day, washing away most of the nutrients for plants to grow and creating a unique landscape on the bare sandstone surface. This also creates some of the highest waterfalls in the world over the sides (Angel falls is located on a similar tabletop mountain some 130 miles away). Though there are only a few marshes on the mountain where vegetation can grow properly, these contain many species unique to the mountain, including a species of carnivorous pitcher plant.

8. Meteor Crater : USA

Meteor Crater is a meteorite impact crater located approximately 43 miles (69 km) east of Flagstaff, near Winslow in the northern Arizona desert of the United States. Because the US Department of the Interior Division of Names commonly recognizes names of natural features derived from the nearest post office, the feature acquired the name of “Meteor Crater” from the nearby post office named Meteor. The crater was created about 50,000 years ago during the Pleistocene epoch when the local climate on the Colorado Plateau was much cooler and damper. At the time, the area was an open grassland dotted with woodlands inhabited by woolly mammoths, giant ground sloths, and camels. It was probably not inhabited by humans; the earliest confirmed record of human habitation in the Americas dates from long after this impact. The object that excavated the crater was a nickel-iron meteorite about 50 meters (54 yards) across, which impacted the plain at a speed of several kilometers per second.

7. The Great Dune of Pyla : France

Since Europe has no deserts, you’d think the title of “Europe’s largest sand dune” would go to something that wasn’t particularly impressive. But you’d be wrong. The Great Dune of Pyla is 3km long, 500m wide and 100m high, and for reasons I will probably never understand, it seems to have formed in a forest. The dune is very steep on the side facing the forest and is famous for being a paragliding site. At the top it also provides spectacular views out to sea and over the forest (since the dune is far higher than any of the trees surrounding it).

6. Socotra : Republic of Yemen

Socotra has been described as one of the most alien-looking place on Earth, and it’s not hard to see why. It is very isolated with a harsh, dry climate and as a result a third of its plant-life is found nowhere else, including the famous Dragon’s Blood Tree, a very-unnatural looking umbrella-shaped tree which produces red sap. There are also a large number of birds, spiders and other animals native to the island, and coral reefs around it which similarly have a large number of endemic (i.e. only found there) species. Socotra is considered the most biodiverse place in the Arabian sea, and is a World Heritage Site.

5. 83-42 : Greenland

This is more of a curiosity and not visually impressive, but 83-42 is believed to be the northernmost permanent point of land on earth. It is tiny, only 35m by 15m and 4m high, but is about 400 miles from the north pole. It beat the previous record holder, ATOW1996, when it was discovered in 1998, and lichens were found growing on it, suggesting it was not just one of the temporary gravel bars that are found in that region, which are regularly pushed around by the rough seas. The picture above features what is currently the northernmost point on land, one of the temporary gravel bars, photographed in 2007.

4. Rotorua : New Zealand

Rotorua is a city on the southern shores of the lake of the same name, in the Bay of Plenty region of the North Island of New Zealand. The city is known for its geothermal activity, with a number of geysers, notably the Pohutu Geyser at Whakarewarewa, and boiling mud pools (pictured above) located in the city. This thermal activity owes itself to the Rotorua caldera on which the city lies. Rotorua is also a top adventure destination and is New Zealand’s Maori cultural heartland. Rotorua city is renowned for its unique “rotten eggs” aroma, which is caused by the geothermal activity releasing sulphur compounds into the atmosphere. If you are ever visiting New Zealand – this is a city you must see. It was once home to the famed Pink and White Terraces and you can visit thermal wonderlands with sights that are truly astounding.

3. Don Juan Pond : Antarctica

With a salinity of over 40%, Don Juan Pond is the saltiest body of water in the world. It is named after the two pilots who first investigated the pond in 1961, Lt Don Roe and Lt John Hickey. It is a small lake, only 100m by 300m, and on average 0.1m deep, but it is so salty that even in the Antarctic, where the temperature at the pond regularly drops to as low as -30 degrees Celsius, it never freezes. It is 18 times saltier than sea water, compared to the Dead Sea which is only 8 times saltier than sea water.

2. Iceberg B-15 : Antarctica

Iceberg B-15 was the largest ever recorded iceberg. It had an area of 3,100 km², making it larger than the island of Jamaica, and was created when part of the Ross Ice shelf broke off in March 2000. In 2003, it broke apart, and one of the larger pieces (called B-15a) drifted north, eventually smashing into a glacier in 2005, breaking off an 8-km² section and forcing many Antarctic maps to be rewritten. It drifted along the coast and eventually ran aground, breaking up once again. In 2006, a storm in Alaska (that’s right, Alaska) caused an ocean swell that travelled 13,500km, over 6 days, to Antarctica and broke up the largest remaining part even more. Almost a decade on, parts of the iceberg have still not melted, with the largest remaining part, still called B-15a, having an area of 1,700 km². The picture above shows B-15a (top left) in 2005, after drifting west into the Drygalski Glacier (bottom), breaking the end off into several pieces.

1. Guaíra Falls : Brazil-Paraguay border

Located on the Parana river the Guaíra Falls were, in terms of total volume, the largest waterfall on earth. 1,750,000 cubic feet of water fell over this waterfall each second on average, compared to just 70,000 cubic feet per second for Niagra Falls. However, the falls were flooded in 1982 when a dam was created to take advantage of this massive flow rate. The Itaipu Dam is now the second most powerful hydroelectric dam in the world, after the Three Gorges Dam. The Itaipu Dam supplies 90% of the power consumed by Paraguay, and 19% of the power consumed by Brazil, including Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

One wonderful minute between Sotware engineer and project manager

One smart Software engineer and his Project Manager were traveling in a train.

Just Opposite to their seat, a beautiful girl was sitting along with her grand ma.

With in some time, Eye-Eye interactions started between our software engineer and that girl.

After some minutes, train started moving in to a tunnel and it was very dark.

Suddenly, every body heard a Kiss sound followed by a sound of slapping.

Every body remained silent, when the train came out of the tunnel.

Grand ma thought that," The Guy is a rogue; how dare he is? He has kissed my grand daughter! But my Grand daughter is genuine; she immediately slapped that guy."

PM thought that," I can't believe that this guy has kissed that girl!But it is unfair that she slapped me by mistake"

That girl thought that," I feel happy, when that guy kissed me, but I feel sorry that my grand ma has slapped him".

Finally, the software engineer thought?

"This one minute in my life is wonderful, it hardly comes...because, at a time I have kissed a girl and also I have slapped my PM."

Shell has a new oil that is formulated to clean the inside of your engine – so what better way to prove that then to build a functional glass car to prove it? Shell decided there was no better way, so they built exactly that – and filmed it for your enjoyment.

Shell has a new oil, known as Helix, which they tout for its “active cleansing technology,” and a tagline that claims “performance you can see.”

In order to back up their bold claims, Shell outsourced the building of a completely see-through car, made out of clear Perplex (plexiglass). The car of choice is a Nissan 370Z, recreated with immense detail and at least some functionality.
The engine itself was made double the size of the original – purely to allow for the video to capture the oil as it worked it way through the engine. The end result is an interesting perspective not often – if ever – enjoyed by the human eye.
