Ten Days, Hunters and Patch 5.3

So yesterday May 21st Patch 5.3 has launched and as I’ve said on twitter and on my blog here I was going to come back for the patch. Sadly I wasn’t fully ready for it so I haven’t pick up Mist yet nor do I have the money to turn on my main account. So sadly what I’ve decided to do was do a small test.. a challenge you will to myself and as a gold maker and leveler. Ten Days I’ve turned on one of my old accounts that I had going. This account had no characters other than some Death Knights, nothing crazy or anything gold anywhere. I’m not going to transfer any characters from my accounts to get gold or a high level character. I’ve decided one way to keep Hunter Mastery fresh, up to date and new is to allow guest posting. I’ve put out a few tweets about it and have had a few people respond. So I’m looking to get the ball rolling with this in the coming week. What do you need? You don’t need your own blog to submit a post. However its recommend because you’ll get some traffic and a back link from Hunter Mastery. Here is what I’m looking for: A gold maker in world of warcraft with a Hunter main and a will to share your experience. As a guest poster there are a few guidelines to follow. Each post must be no less than 400 words but no more than 525. You must submit your own screenshots and a header image (560×150). Flowing well spoken and use proper grammar and punctuation. I know the gold making community has change a whole lot in the last year since I was in the game itself. I haven’t really played World of Warcraft in months now and chances are I might never come back simply because it’s becoming more and more of my past life. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to forget this blog, not ever. The last few months I’ve been going back and forth between what I should do with the blog, should I come back to playing the game? Hello everyone, holy crap it’s been pretty much a month now since I even posted anything. I’ve had a number of post in draft that I’ve been working on for a while now, but just nothing has been finished to make it to public viewing. I’m sure you can all understand that. I’ve got some good news for everyone however. First I want to take the time to say Happy Easter, I know it’s pretty late, almost April first now! Well here are some things I want to put out there. It’s been a while and I feel that in some ways I haven’t really reconnected with the community as much as I would have hope too. To be honest with everyone I’m not shocked simply because I know everyone out there is searching for the latest “gold making” tip and tricks. They want to know about the shuffle or the best and quickly way to make gold. Today is another entry into the 20 Days of Gold Making. The idea came from Auction House Addict, a blog written by Nev. She had a very good idea and other than write a long post answering every one of the 20 questions. I thought I would keep today’s post short, as I don’t have much to report to you about what my future plans are. I think I’ll save that for something later this week. Do you use a banker alt/guild? I’m sure you’re going to be asking yourself, what happen? Well a number of things happen to be honest with you. I’ve read before the whole, I’m leaving the game.. I don’t have time or the money. Many times it’s just.. people being picky or in most cases greedy and things never turned out as they where hopping for. And what I mean by that is simply not making real life money as some wow players do. Monday is always one of those days that I’m just blah, I get up normally at 6am to get ready for work and head in from 8 to 5. Which is pretty normal work day if I worked that all the time. But I don’t so I was thinking of something fun, now this is a parody of the Pokemon Rap song. Some of you may be rubbing the back of your head going huh? What? Well… you’ll see. Growing up Pokemon was one of those games I played hardcore for years. A little history, I played the first red and blue then yellow. Awesome Hunters

Are hunter’s as awesome as you would think? Well some people these days would say they are too awesome. Now I haven’t really played the new patches.. I haven’t played the game since the Mist Patch and one of my worries was that Beast Mastery would become way too strong and they would nerf it to the ground. Most of this fear, I don’t know if it came true, I haven’t keep up with news in ages. As it is, Patch 5.2 is coming, meaning I missed the first two patches. I can tell you that I’ve likely missed some cool stuff and behind in the gear, that’s to say I’ll never get my main account turn on. Hunter Project?
