We’ll be performing routine system maintenance this weekend between 6:00 P.M. Friday, February 5th and 6:00 A.M. Monday, February 8th (Pacific Time). During the maintenance window, all services will still be available but Hushmail may be slower that normal for some people. We will make every effort to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible.

Incoming email delivery delays

This morning, between 2AM and 5AM PST, there have been some issues that slowed down delivery of email. The problems have now been resolved, but it may still take some time for emails sent during that time to be retried by the sending systems.

In addition, email sent to accounts sent to some new email accounts that were just created during that time will have been bounced.

We thought we had this issue resolved earlier today, but it is persisting, so we are performing further maintenance.

We have resolved a recent issue that was preventing some people from accessing their Hushmail accounts. If your account was one of those affected, you would have seen a blank page when signing in to Hushmail webmail (between approximately 11:00 AM Pacific Time until 11:20 AM Pacific Time, Thursday January 7th).
