Hyderabad Marathon is being organized by Hyderabad Runners Society (HR), a non profit organization which was founded in 2007 to encourage running among all age groups in the cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad in Andhra Pradesh, India. Hyderabad Marathon takes place at Necklace Road which skirts the picturesque and historic Hussain Sagar Lake. At the starting time of 5:00am, People’s Plaza should present a pretty picture of the Lake ringed by the Lights along the Tank Bund Road. The serenely illuminated Buddha would be seemingly blessing the runners from the middle of the lake. Grassy parks and a smooth road surface will be the runner’s delight.

The entry fees is INR 750 for the marathon and half marathon. For relay marathon, one team of 4 participants should pay INR 3,500. You can pay online by any one of the following way

Online Encumbrance Certificate needed in buying a new property

You can get an encumbrance certificate online in AP now. In order to get it you have to perform the following steps.

Go to the website http://igrs.ap.gov.in/
Click on Citizen Services -> Encumbrance -> Search
Click on Yes I agree in the screen that appears
Fill in the entries that appear in the search screen. You will have to get quite a few details in so it will help to have a copy of the registration document available with you.

Once you finish entering all the details click on Submit. It will then go to a new page with the list of items that matched the search displayed. Click on the check box of the list of encumbrance certificates that are needed and click on submit. This will open a new popup window with the encumbrance certificate. You can then print this certificate.

Why is Encumbrance Certificate needed in buying a new property?

EC is the best certificate of a land issued by Govt. Of India for verification of the land where your property is standing.
EC of a property lists out all the previous and current buyers/sellers of the land you are purchasing. Anyone buying new property can go and verify the current owners of the property that is shown on this certificate in the column Name of PartiesExecutant(EX)&Claimants(CL) with the copy of the registration documents given for verification. This way you can satisfy yourself that you are buying a genuine property with no other claimants.
EC is required by bank as a verification document to process your loan when you are buying a new or resale property.
For those who already own the property you verify that your name is appearing in the column Name of PartiesExecutant(EX)&Claimants(CL) as the current claimant of the property.

Tips to find EC online when buying a new property in Andhra Pradesh

Open the website http://igrs.ap.gov.in/ in Internet Explorer rather than Google chrome or any other browser.
The website is very slow and does not respond many times. You need to show some patience and keep on refreshing the page.
Give as few details as possible and click on search. It will then display a whole set of certiticates. Select all and submit and it will open all the certificates. Once you get all of them search for the one you want and then in the column "Vol/Pg NoCD No Doct No/Year[ScheduleNo]" search for the Doct No/Year. Go back to your original list of encumbrance certificates where you selected all earlier and only select this one doct No/Year and you will get the certificate you want. Its just you need a print out.

I found this small counter beside the cake shop in Kondapur and ordered Samosa Chat. Dahi Papdi and Pani Poori as I am a crazy chat lover. Dahi Papdi was one of the best between the all and Samosa's were exactly same taste as we get in Delhi or UP.. Pani Poori was not good at all. However the Dahi I mean curd that they used was full of aroma of Handi which made me remembere my old days in Delhi in Kamla Nagar and Canuaght Place.

Oh God! I was really missing these samosas and chaats from last 3 years and finally I found this chaat corner in Hyderabad after staying in Mysore and Pune. I had to always customize my chaat from last 3 years but nobody was able to make it so tasty as delicious this SardarJi sell it without customization.

The menu included almost all the chaats like :-

My Experience

Unfortunately one day my one year kid right eye started discharging water and we thought it will recover in a day or two. However, it started discharging more and getting little red too. We visited our child doctor and he said it might be some infection and prescribed Tobramycin. On the third day, he got high fever 105 and we were hopeless, when visited again Dr. Manish in Pranaam Hospital Miyapur Hyderabad, he informed it may be viral and gave a 5 day course. So we got involved in the fever and correlated the eye discharge to viral. He advised us to visit Shankar Netralaya, Miyapur Branch Hyderabad for the red eye and believe me we were all hopeless that time as our child was suffering from 104-105 fever.
Fever was shooting and coming down by hard doses of Meftal. Doctor at Shankar Netralaya prescribed two eyes drops costing around Rs800 + they took Rs. 500 for registration and Doctor consultation. But it was Okay as the redness in the eye was staring in the left eye too and the fever was not coming down so we never thought of second doctor. Nothing recovered by those drops and thr right eye was completely swollen. My child got weaker and weaker. 5days went off and the fever never came down. Finally he was admitted to Pranam Hospital on glucose drips for two days and fever didn't came down. We went mad and discahrged our kid from Pranam Hospital. Took him to Rainbow Hospital Madhapur. there Dr. Farhan Sheik handled the case and admitted my child in Bajara Hills urgently. He was on drips again as his intake was stopped and bad loose motions were getting him weak. When the fever came down after 3 days. Dr. Farhan advised us to discharge and meet Dr. Bhupesh urgently for the redness and swollen eye in LV Prasad Madhapur. My child was all pale yellow, was not active at all. He was just rubbing his eyes and crying.

When we met Dr. Bhupesh, just by looking at my child he told that he got Viral Conjunctivitis that is why he has went through a tough time. It starts with throat infection, eye infection, stomach infection which causes loose motions and high fever. But as we already have losted 10-11 days, it turned into a severe conjunctivitis. Usually it recovers within a week but in my child case it became severe and the right eye cornea got involved which would have lead to scars in cornea affecting the vision in long term. BUT THANKS TO GOD, Dr. Farhan pushed us quickly to LV Prasad and Dr. Bhupesh provided an immediate treatment and my child eyes got recovered after that in two weeks, however the treatment was followed for a month.

It was a miracle for us that God saved my child eyes, otherwise me and my husband would have cried forever. I don't want to remember that worse phase in my child life again that is why I thought to help everyone and post my experience regarding the best eye institute in Hyderabad, India.

We had our worse experience at Shankar Netralaya , Miyapur. They costed us around Rs. 1500 and still the Doctor was not able to diagnose that my child is suffering from Conjunctivitis. If he could have done that, it would have never turned into a severe case affecting the eye cornea and physical health of my 1 year baby. He losted almost 2kgs in that phase.

I was really happy that LV Prasad provided the best treatment to my child from a very reputed Sr. Eye Specialist Dr. Bhupesh in just Rs. 200. I was not happy for the money for myself but for the people who cannot afford good doctors due to money. Atleast LVPEI Hyderabad made it possible wonderful eye treatments, surgeries, complete eye check ups at just Rs. 200. Eyes are the most important and delicate and if they don't get good treatment we may loose the power to see this world where we are living, playing and growing. Please take care of your eyes friends and reach to your doctor whenever needed. Do not put eye drops without consultation. Off course for the first time I attended this festival..That night was amazing for me. It was wow, excellent and magnificent moments of Rejoice...Was one of my best experiences in life. I can never forget the moment when slowly thousands of colorful lanterns started flying up into the sky as if there is a competition going on between them to reach the extreme. It was a golden night. For a moment, I never wanted to have my camera, I never wanted to be a writer, I just wanted to look high and enjoy the free flowing bright colors in the dark sky enjoying AR Rehman music " VANDE MATRAM" in the backround.
