Varanad in alappuzha district is in the east north of cherthala town which is a highly blessed place. it has a unique goddess temple which attracts a large number of devotees every friday.it is very near macdowell distilleries a company which removed unemployment of many natives.sri. Mallayya deserves thanks from poor families of this locality. the temple is with a unique goddess who give results if she pleases.4 years before i had a vazhipadu ottathookkam to that temple from vayalar krishna kurup mandiram.. after 4 years i assesss the result of that offering which is highly satisfactory.while i conducted the offering many persons ridiculed it as foolishness as it was too costly. but i suffered that expenditure.the thanthri of that temple is from kadiyakkol illam kottayam... origin of this temple is in keraladithyapuram locality... vayalar village .....some relatives of a varma family shifted this temple to varanad to satisfy their ownselfish convenience using their influence in the travancore royal family...poor people opposed this. but there was no value for voice for poor...even now the place at vayalar is kept as sreemoola sthanamand being worshipped .....those who worship at this sreemoola sthanam is found to get immediate results as felt by devotees. those who really worship at varanad comes here also to complete their worship.this place is keraladithapuram a nearby place of late poet vayalar ramavarma.people find the trip to visit late pet poet house also by visiting here...ombudsman for cochin and travancore devaswom boards visited this place.on 22.5..2010.he gave a report to the hon. high court of kerala on this small temple...this small temple is opposite to sree krishna temple keraladithyapuram...he use these words..problem is more serious...the sree kovil itself is not in the proper place .it should be reconstructed in the proper place as per the representation of local people.there is no santhi or thidappally for the temple and keezhsanthi of sree krishna temple crosses the pwd road withnivedyam and does the pooja ..which is not found proper......there is also complaint that rent collection in the auditorium is not properly accounted...only if vigilance wing conducts inspection , it can be detected...direct the travancore devaswom board to take a decision with regard to relocation of the sree kovil of devi temple...report no 79 of 2010....in dbp no...15 of 2010...it is known that high court has accepted the report and directed the travancore devaswom board to implement the suggestions...why the board does not implement this? all varanad devotees can question this to travancore devaswom board in his nanthancode head office or vaikom office if they are really interested....come here also while you come for the festival at VARANADU.....

IS MIRACLE RESEMBLES TRUTH ?it was in...sorry i cannot remember the exact date month or year...but it was in i985 or 1986......it was related with a muslim youth known to me as khalam....i dont know the initials or full name.....but i remember he was the only son of his parents...he had many sisters the number i doesnot remember now...at that time they were also students....he was eccentrically an addict in drawing. a former student of fine arts college trivandrum....the drawing on mysterious subjects were his usual practice...his mind was also mysterious as he selected his optional name as KHALAM BHARATH. instead of adding pattanakad or ponnamvely places to his name..ridiculing regionalists as he believed..he was a too good at heart person...he was also too secular person.....his father had hope in him....but was anxious about his character of spending too much time for art......with extreme concentration.....miracle makes headache to me always...i was returning to my house in alappuzha district from my work place at kochi.....then i was working in a kerala govt office as a staff intended to compensate the loss of owners of trees being cut while high kv lines of electricity were flown.....it was a revenue office near then jayalakshmi textiles..it was near ksrtc bus stand while he identified me....why are you here i asked...he detailed that an exhibition of his drawings are being conducted in a hall related to chavara accademy hall..... i dont know where was it>but he showed much satisfaction in his face...it was known to me earlier that he was eager to conduct such an exhibition...but miserab;y failed to get permission from his father....ok i will come i promised . cherthala bus came. i proceeded to cherthala.....i forget this for 2 days..one day i happened to see a friend of him...now he is a famous person in kerala as the artist behind sree krishna serial etc...VAYALAR MADHAVAN KUTTY.. who was an ardent admirer of khalam then...as i tried to narrate the art exhibition news heard he opposed it...he said khalam is no more ...he died even before a day on which i saw him.....i did not believe it....but it was a truth....i have no justification or proof to argue that i really met khalam ....but it occured.....i am in an astonishment and in a dialemmma... if i express this to any every body will call it as an illusion....but it is a proof for me to believe in mysterious things....kgk vayalar

recent issue of kesari weekly filled its pages with a story mayatha mukhom.....it is the story of a man who became a judge constructed a house... invited guests to housewarm function.....before retirement he died due to illness.....where is a story in it? story teller gives conduct certificates without any foolproof evidences....judge belonged to a north kerala village...he got job in south kerala...what is extraordinary speciality in it?he was a recognised person in his native village ..who tells...the story teller and not a villager....in the housewarming function he behave not as a judge but as a good host to invited guests.. there is nothing to exaggerate this.....no speciality there in this behaviour...his wife is working in a nearest court and they have a daughter...their name?only god knows.....after all there is nothing done to compare the character of new judge and this judge....i have read this story 10 times to find out a story in it. as i am a purchaser of this weekly.but miserably failed.like our jayarajan writer says...advocates try to influence judges to get profit by illegal means..the writer had a liability to prove this by apt detailed incidents.......kgk vayalar..pin..688536

What to do when a cheque bounces ?

The bearer of cheque is liable to present the cheque in the bank within a reasonable time limit. Not exceeding 6 months.If cheque is bounced, a notice should be sent by the bearer to the person who issued the cheque within 30 days asking him to clear the encumbrance within 15 days. The period of 15 days start from the day the person receives the notice.

If he does not clear within the 15 days, the bearer of the cheque has only 30 days to file a case in the concerned magistrate court.Magistrate gives penalty and punishment according to section 138 .
