Think Yourself Younger With Hypnosis

With hypnosis you can take a little time each day to think yourself younger, putting yourself in the mindset you had when you were in your youth.

HypnoBusters hypnotherapist Jon Rhodes DHyp has created a new hypnosis session the Think Yourself Younger Hypnosis MP3. This MP3 is twenty minutes long and full of hypnotic suggestions that will make you think younger, and remember, when you think younger you feel younger.

How To Achieve Your Goals

There has been a certain shift in the self improvement thanks to books such as “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne that positive thinking and visualization are all it takes to get whatever you want. While both these techniques do have merit, the fact of the matter is that thoughts without actions get nothing done. Think about it this way, if you were stuck in a burning building would you rather have a group of people outside visualizing the flames dying down, or would you rather have a team of firefighters working hard to put out the fire? I know which I’d rather have!

If there are goals in your life you wish to achieve you need to take action. You also need to set yourself real goals.

Scripts and Strategies in Hypnotherapy

I bought “Scripts And Strategies In Hypnotherapy” by Roger Allen many years ago while I was training to be a clinical hypnotherapist at the London College Of Clinical Hypnotherapy. It was recommended to our class by one of our teachers, Peter Mabbutt, who I noticed contributed a small testimonial/review on the back of the book. He basically said, and I agree, that this book is a useful addition for newly qualified hypnotherapists, and a source of inspiration for the more experienced.

This book contains almost everything you need to know about body language. Learning about body language is very useful for any budding hypnotherapist. In order to provide good hypnotherapy, the ability to quickly gain trust and rapport is essential, and a good understanding of body language can really facilitate this. Learning about body language is also a great help for people in sales and business, in fact it is good for people who ever deal with people, which let's face it is most of us.

Panic Attack Relief Hypnosis MP3 and Script

Panic Attacks are very much a condition of the mind, just as hypnosis is a form of treatment of the mind. Hypnosis works to provide relief from panic attack by reducing and eliminating the triggers and causes of panic attacks such as stress, anxiety, irregular breathing patterns and negativity whilst providing you with a coping mechanism.

Past Life Regression Hypnosis MP3 and Script

If there are indeed memories of past lives locked away in the mind then, without doubt, they would lie in the unconscious mind. Hypnosis acts as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious and with the careful guidance provided by our hypnotherapist Jon Rhodes (DHyp) you will find these memories coming forward into your conscious mind, providing a window into any past lives you may have lived. Whether reincarnation is real or not, just allowing your creative mind to wander can be incredibly freeing and therapeutic.

How To Use Hypnosis Scripts

Hypnosis scripts are a written transcription of what a hypnotherapist says for a certain therapy. They detail everything that needs to be said, just like a script for a play. Hypnosis scripts are very useful for showing hypnotherapists how to treat more ailments and deal with more problems. A hypnosis script also gives a therapist a valuable insight into how other therapists deal with certain issues.

Tinnitus Relief Hypnosis

Our Tinnitus Relief Hypnosis MP3 will help you in three ways:

 1. During the hypnosis session you will feel deeply relaxed, relieving you of any stress that may have built up because of your condition.
 2. Hypnotic suggestions will help you to turn down (and for some turn off entirely) the noise that has caused you suffering.
 3. Even if you are left with a quieter ringing sound you will become less focused on the noise.Listen to a short hypnosis sample

Due to the nature of both tinnitus we can’t promise that this hypnosis session will be a complete cure for everyone. However a recent study concluded that every patient who used hypnosis as a form of treatment for tinnitus recorded significant improvement in their symptoms.

Milton Erickson

Milton Erickson was a psychiatrist and clinical hypnotherapist, who was the founding president of the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis. He is noted for his unorthodox methods of therapy, and his influence in the field of psychiatry, psychology, NLP and hypnotherapy. He deserves special mention here not only for his influence in many fields, but also for the way he fought against his own adversities.

Sprint Faster Hypnosis

In terms of the body hypnosis can provide you with the drive and motivation to train at the highest intensity levels. This means squeezing out those last couple of reps, jogging that extra lap and pushing hard all the way to the finish line. But as I mentioned before, the best thing about hypnosis is how it trains the mind.

Using hypnosis, whether you sprint 60m, 400m or for a sport, you can run through your routine and get the most from your body thanks to the focus of your mind. From the blocks to the finish line you will be 100% focused on running your fastest. With all these improvements your sprinting is bound to improve thanks to hypnosis.

Take Action Hypnosis

This block therefore thinks that it’s doing you a favor by stopping you from taking action, however as you know this is no favor. Your unconscious mind has effectively been programmed to put off taking action. Fortunately though this damage can be undone. Hypnosis communicates directly with the unconscious mind, and with the hypnotic suggestions in our Take Action hypnosis MP3 not only will this negative programming be erased it will be replaced with mental programming that will actually motivate you and make you want to get things done.

Muhammad Ali The Hypnotist

When I was a teenager I began buying boxing videos and watching older fight footage. I stumbled upon Muhammad Ali, who I’d never seen before as he was just before my time. I enjoyed watching this brash young fighter who was as quick with his mouth as he was with his hands. A fighter who could talk a great fight, but importantly could back it up with his fists. I loved his style, both in and out of the ring, and became a fan, buying more and more archive videos of him.

I didn’t realise it at the time, but looking back I now realise that Muhammad Ali was great at self hypnosis. He would use so many positive affirmations towards himself all the way through his career. He particularly boasted about being ‘the greatest’, would often correctly predict what round he would win a fight in, and would always be looking to gain a psychological advantage over his opponents.
