Our aestheticians prioritize greeting everyone who enters our spa

We cannot emphasize enough the importance of effective communication, most importantly, listening to our spa guests. In fact, we
often ask: “What problems are you having with your skin today?” and do not interrupt the client until he or she has mentioned two or three problems. From there, we set the stage for results.

We do not assume our guest wants to sleep during the treatment – we perform the facial treatment, explaining the steps and how certain formulas used for those steps will address the concerns he or she
expressed during the consultation.

When the treatment is complete, our aestheticians present the client with the retail products that will help maintain the results of his or her professional facial until their next visit, again, with an explanation of how those selections will meet the needs of that individual’s particular skin type.”

Demonstration Tips:

4. Your client should be applying SPF as the last step in their skin care routine and before applying their make-up to help prevent photo aging.

8.
