Singer subs 'black anthem' for 'Star Spangled Banner'

... the obviously "Black Nationalist" singer must have mistakenly believed she was at an NAACP convention (or she's another Michelle Obama - type).

Some of the strongest reaction, however, came from Denver area residents who were participating in the forum page on the controversy at the Rocky Mountain News.

"Can you imagine what it would be like for whites if we had a 'white national anthem'?" speculated "Jan8." "I heard someone saying this had nothing to do with race? What?"

"Was she asked to sing the Black National Anthem? Obviously her color is more important to her than this country. Is it a 'black pride thing'? Is she trying to tell us she wished the U.S. were a black country?"

The newspaper reports said the singer explained she had decided months ago not to sing the "Star Spangled Banner" anymore.

The Post reported she was being interviewed by a Russian broadcaster who asked her what it was like to be American.

"And I realized I didn't feel like an American, and that bothered me a great deal," the singer said.

She said she feels like a foreigner sometimes.

The anthem was written by James Johnson and first performed more than a century ago. It marked nearly four decades of freedom for blacks in America. It now still appears in some church hymnals.

And these people think we should elect a Barack Hussein Obama to be president of the United States of America ?????

Here's an interesting video about Barack Obama's friendship with Chicago radicals Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn.

And note what B. Hussein Obama says in his own words about standing with Muslims against America (this is, of course, before he decided to act and look like a centrist for the general election - his new facade). They are from his books entitled "Dreams of My Father" and "Audacity of Hope."

In "Audacity of Hope" he writes: "I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." The quote comes from page 261 of the paperback edition of "The Audacity of Hope."

The detained were Algerian-born and were linked to terrorists in United Kingdom. British agents have been cooperating with Spanish counterterrorist services in the development of this operation, named "Emir". Since 2005, the Spanish Civil Guard was following the steps of this cell who was sending funds for terrorist organizations linked to Al Qaeda since 2005 in Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan or Algeria. The arrested (in Huelva, Lepe, Azcoitia and Isla Antilla) obtained the funding by selling different falsified products, among all documents and wearing outfits. They used to send it in small amounts, always under 2,400€ to avoid investigations from banking authorities.

Once again the reality needs to be considered plainly. Even if Zapatero ordered the troops to leave Iraq in 2004, there are people operating inside Spain committed to Islamist terrorist activities. Arresting and condemning them is important and necessary but it's not the only task for them to do: I know Zapatero's Government is not going to do it, but they should fight the Islamist ideology relentlessly. If not these episodes will lead to more terrorist attacks even in Spanish soil, whatever these fundraisers specially were planning to do.

June 24, 2008 - All over the United States, radical Muslims are pushing companies to bow to Islamic law known as Sharia. They are doing this under the guise of religious freedom, but the political and cultural ideology of Islam recognizes only Allah as the supreme ruler over the world.

Efforts are already underway here in America to introduce Sharia enclaves in some communities. In these enclaves, Constitutional concepts like one person/one vote would be replaced by Sharia concepts which values a woman's vote at half that of a man. In many instances, Sharia law allocates rights based on gender and religion (Islam is the only legal religion) rather than individual rights. In the United Kingdom and France, such enclaves exist and have caused conflict between Islamists and the country's civil law.

What Muslims are doing has been referred to as "creeping Sharia" - that is, getting companies, communities and states to change policies in order to force everyone to obey Sharia law, a totalitarian system of regulations that govern Islamic theocracies. Caribou coffee shops and Church's Fried Chicken are Saudi-owned companies which operate and manage their employees based on Sharia principles.

In America, creeping Sharia is to be imposed by lawsuits and claims of ethnic or religious discrimination. Examples of creeping Sharia are becoming more and more frequent as radical Muslim groups such as the CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) and Muslim Brotherhood either create conflicts between Muslim employees and their employers or exploit such conflicts.
