The full set of slides from my panel talk “It Seemed Like the Thing To Do At The Time: State of Mind and Failure” is available from slideshare. This new and improved version includes a considerable amount of material we had to trim to meet our original time limit. Hope it makes you laugh, while simultaneously offering useful insights into the connections between small teams and failing societies.
