The Indian Council of Medical Research has announced plans to initiate a Phase I clinical trial testing a combination of two AIDS vaccine candidates in a prime-boost regimen. The trial will examine if combining two different vaccine candidates elicits a better response from the body's immune system than giving either vaccine candidate alone.
