Women usually excited even they only lost 10gram.&lt;br /&gt;
ahahahhahaha..&lt;br /&gt;
it's typically human nature.&lt;br /&gt;
when we do something,we assume we can get the result as soon as possible.&lt;br /&gt;
we just ignore the law of human factor,human behaviour..&lt;br /&gt;
we assume that our body is like any other chemical substance...&lt;br /&gt;
seem that we used to put in our mind set that,if some substance can transform to another types of subject...so it's same to our body.&lt;br /&gt;
but somehow again,we forget that human body has been create with their own essence..&lt;br /&gt;

since 11th march 2011,I have already lost 6kg.&lt;br /&gt;
in fact,if&amp;nbsp; I am not suffering bloating condition,the situation might be change as well.&lt;br /&gt;

today,I've start early...&lt;br /&gt;
not to think too much.&lt;br /&gt;
I just do what I suppose to do.&lt;br /&gt;
this battle ain't finish yet and i never ever give up yet.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
as usual:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;27.5 minutes on low impact aerobic&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;10 minutes on pilates..&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;both exercise make me sweat &amp;nbsp;a lot.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;but pilates is most challenging because I can endure too much on hold some weight on my left elbow.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;it's once injured before and the pain is killing me..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;sigh...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

yesterday,14th April 2011..&lt;br /&gt;
I put myself again on track!&lt;br /&gt;
yup,after think over and over again what actually the cause and effect.&lt;br /&gt;
what solution that I must take to&amp;nbsp;counter back&amp;nbsp;the problems.&lt;br /&gt;
I start again my workout without&amp;nbsp;hesitate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
at 5:30pm,I change my cloth and start to do the exercise.&lt;br /&gt;
this time I took more time and spend it withot any take 5.&lt;br /&gt;
just pause about 10 - 15 second every session.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;42.7 minutes spend on Brisk walk + marching + lifting 1.5kg load at my hand&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;27.6 minutes on Zumba (low impact aerobic)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Due to &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;bloated&amp;nbsp;condition&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;,my motivation is very low that day.&lt;br /&gt;
so,I just doing simple exercise without put more effort on its.&lt;br /&gt;
just to&amp;nbsp;occupied the required time.&lt;br /&gt;
demotivated!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;15 min Low Impact Aerobic&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;15 min also on weightlifting with light or moderate effort..&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
the rest?!&lt;br /&gt;

yesterday I took more than my calorie need per day!!&lt;br /&gt;

and today,after weighting,my weight turn back to the same weight as I started before!&lt;br /&gt;
94kg again!&lt;br /&gt;

my head keep thinking..&lt;br /&gt;
what exactly I have eat without controlling?!&lt;br /&gt;
yup!&lt;br /&gt;
snap in my memory..&lt;br /&gt;
it's was a breakfast set at McDonald!&lt;br /&gt;
and also 2 plate of rice with grill fish for lunch..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
aiyoh!!!!&lt;br /&gt;
what happen to me?!&lt;br /&gt;
in 4 days,I've gain back my weight!&lt;br /&gt;
I feel lost already in my own battle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
but,I am not a&amp;nbsp;quitter&amp;nbsp;yet!&lt;br /&gt;
still, I had another 10 weeks more to go.&lt;br /&gt;

due to that,I also had a&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;vigorously pain at my womb area.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;since that,my pain keep on off and on off.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;again and again..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;after several meet with doctor..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;I have been refer to specialist at hospital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;as a result,I have been ask to reduce weight.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;the previous weight on 28th march 2011 was 94kg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;the latest weight that has been scale is on 8th april 2011 = 92kg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;I've already lost 2kg since start my diet and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;exercises&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;routine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;it's define as&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;Obesity&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;my target ideal weight is 55kg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
