Hi guys!!! What's the story? Did I miss something?...hahahahaha! Whoa!!! It's almost 2 months since the last time I posted here. I know you really missed Ellen, don't you? hehehe... Well, I was out of the limelight simply because I was too busy in my new job. Seeking for a greener pasture as you may call it. Luckily, I got a new job which for me is a start of my new career. But don't you worry guys, even how busy my work schedule is I will still find time posting new articles for Ellen. Thank you guys for always visiting Ellen, I really appreciate your blogwalking. My friend on Google+ posted this video and I find this interesting most specially for those who have an online shop. We all know that testimonials or feedback of buyers to online sellers are important. This video uploaded few weeks ago and I want to share this to you guys.

I feel better now than last week. But its been a week now and I still have colds. I hate it! And feels like I will having a sore throat. So I bought Valda Pastilles menthol to soothes my throat. I used to buy Strepsils menthol before but I have to swallow it and let it stays in your throat until it melts. Though its very effective, there was one time that I almost can't breathe and my chest was so tight, maybe because the strepsils was inside. So there. Hoping that my colds will be gone (NOW.)

Closet Collection Cebu Mini Fashion Show

Closet Collection opened their third branch at SM City Cebu, they launched their store and held a mini fashion show last July 2 to show shoppers what they have inside their closet.

It was a good timing because I was in SM City last Saturday. I always bring my camera (just in case) but the thing is that I was on the right side of the stage taking photos. Still not bad. :)

They started the mini fashion with a guest dancer, she dressed up herself while dancing which was entertaining to all of us.

Before the mini fashion show ends they introduced the two models of Closet Collection: Erica Tudtud and Karina Gajudo.

Cebu Street Fashion

Hello everyone! :)

It's been two months since my last log-in to my favorite forum website here in Cebu. When I stumble on the category of Fashion, I found this thread about Cebu Street Fashion.

When it comes to fashion, one of my favorite fashion blogger is Kryz Uy and yes, she's from Cebu but now living in Manila and the new editorial assistant of Preview Magazine (fashion magazine.)

Cebu Street Fashion Blog started to post last May 8, 2011 and I love all the Cebuano/Cebuana outfit they features.

I just stumble upon this tumblr page. I found this photo which is I can totally say "true" but I don't know with you girls. :)

How was your weekend? Summer starts at your place but here classes starts today (Monday!) The weather makes me go loco because at morning: it's raining then it will become sunny! Which makes me confuse if I will bring my cardigan or jackets or not. In the end, I always have my umbrella inside my bag (it's a must-have) and I always bring cardigan/jacket in case it will rain. Must be ready all the time!

Colours to Block: Orange and Purple

Colour blocking is the trend this season however we would like to know which colours to block?

According to the Gucci fashion powers and Diane von Furstenberg, the only combination that looks this summer is orange and purple.

The dress:

The dress was seen first time on the catwalk in Milan in September.

It was also used by Monaco Charlotte Casiraghi real, pictured with Salma Hayek, earlier this month.

The combined impact has done a lot of magazine covers as well.

The most recent Kim Kardashian,wore this dress at the launch of her latest perfume in London.

This is how orange and purple became the colours of the season. :)

Big21 Fashion Fever - I Heart Dara

Ooh! She's on my page again. Check my previous post when I featured her here on my page: Sandara Park: Etude House, Miss Tangerine Collection and Sandara Park on It Hurts MV these are on my popular posts. (*see trending posts)

She's one of my inspirations when it comes to fashion. What I like about her is that she's always wearing colorful clothes, layering, prints on prints and do mix and match even when she's getting started with her career here in the Philippines.

When she joined the reality show Star Circle Quest, she gained fans and garnered the highest text votes from the audience than the Grand winner (though she won the second place). She has lots of fans because of her sweet, pretty face and charm. Filipino fans tagged her as "Pambansang Krung-Krung" because of her being cute.

When Sandara Park went back to Korea to pursue her career in her country where she came from, she's now known as Dara of 2ne1and her fashion change way better than before from being sweet and charm into more matured drop dead gorgeous style.

Speaking of 2ne1, they were here last June 4, 2011 in Manila, Philippines and they had their concert in Araneta Coliseum, I found out that they just sung 7 songs that made Pinoy fans hoping for another show here in Philippines.

SM Department Store Fashion Show

SM Department Store had their Fashion Show last Saturday these were all seen in Philippine Fashion Week in SMX Convention, Mall of Asia. This was held in SM City Cebu Northwing. The only Department Store in the Philippines who joined the Philippine Fashion Week.

The show started late (yeah... as expected 6PM is 6:30PM or 7PM). I was on the fifth row and didn't get a chance to take good photos. But still these shots are not bad. :)

They gave gift certificates for fashionable ladies on crowd.

My favorite: color blocking

Before the show starts the host told us that there will be a mysterious models and tadaaah it was Governor Gwen Garcia and her daughter Atty. Christina Frasco.

Finally, had a photo of them clearly. So pretty and sexy.

The best part was I had a chance to take photos of the models wearing color blocking clothes. Yaay! they're all beautiful and I want their height! Geeezzz give me some height. hahaha!

The host showed that all the clothes are available inside the SM Department Store.

After the fashion show, me and the rest of the gang went out for dinner in Neo-Neo, Mabolo, Cebu City. They really have good food. What I love to order and eat are Tuna belly, Pancit Canton, Pork Belly and Pork Sinigang... Oh! hungry and I wanna eat. We always eat there every Saturday. I had a great weekend!

How was your weekend? How did you start your summer? Feels like summer here in our country because of the sunny weather. :) And besides, I am working and no school, so I can always go out of town if I am not busy and take a break from work. :)

Yay! I won a giveaway! Will post about it soon as I received the package :)

I'm talking about Belles and Rebelles giveaway posted last April 18 and ended April 23, Saturday morning. I won 6 colorful (I choose) sateen headwraps from France Luxe.

I received the parcel bill/notice the other day about the package. Which I tweeted.

I went to Cebu Central Post Office to get the package. :) Trust me I googled the location of the post office here in Cebu before I went there. Big thanks Google Map! ;)

Penshoppe New Endorser: Chuck Bass

OMG! I thought this is just for fun but yeah Chuck Bass is the new endorser of Penshoppe. The Filipino clothing line and one of my favorite clothing line. I love their jeans :) ♥

One of the stars of the American hit TV series "Gossip Girl" is set to endorse a Filipino clothing line.
Ed Westwick, who plays the devilish yet charming Chuck Bass on the TV show, was tapped as the newest endorser for brand apparel Penshoppe.
Penshoppe confirmed the news in a statement, saying the Britain-born Westwick will headline the brand’s 2011-2012 campaign in the Philippines.
“(Westwick) will represent Penshoppe’s new and revitalized image,” brand director Alex Mendoza said. “His presence and charisma will definitely wake the Philippines to the fact that what is originally Philippine made can also be worn proudly by a worldwide icon as well as people around the world.”
Mendoza said Westwick's personality will go together with the brand's attempt to reach the international market.
“We believe it is time to appoint someone on an international scale… Someone like Ed fits the mindset and is admired by our market.”
Westwick is set to fly to Manila on the first week of June to start the shoot for the line.
