Could it be the END of the world? I didn’t think about that while watching the movie 2012 because the gigantic earthquake and tsunami in the movie were impressive with the aid of computer effects, and the escapes of the main people in the movie with their plane were interesting and funny.. you will never get boring, although you might not able to understand completely the science (geology) behind, since the large part of the movie does make the audiences laugh, about the humor of some actors or excited with their adventures, instead of feeling sad or pity or anxious about.

Well, not until the final scene of the movie.. really has the meaning.. did feel like the end of the world, did get emotional with the familiar selfishness (win-lose), and ‘quick-fix’ (just take my way, easy…) behavior existed in mankind, BUT as you can see in the movie, there is GOOD part in the 6.8 billions human beings around us too and that's what we should always believe in - those who see no advantage or disadvantage and respect the differences of every living beings; those who would stand out and make time and put in effort (definitely difficult) to seek 3^rd alternative to achieve mutual understanding and respect (win-win)! Just which side you are up to..

Okay, back to this, 2012.. after googling, found a lengthy story (and reference list) in Wikipedia related to the Mayan calendar and 2012 phenomenon.. haven't had read about any first-hand data that predicted the phenomenon which I couldn’t interpret, by the way. So, I don’t know, but we do more often hear about massive natural disasters everywhere in recent years, earthquake, flood, fire, tsunami, typhoon.. and more aware of the climate change and the 'green' movement. Anyway, not about the date, take a look at what happen around us..

The fate of cells determines my fate in exam!

..have been struggling with a series of question that is going to come out on an exam paper! It is about what determines the FATE of cells in our body.. how the embryo cells later become our brain, our body, our limbs, our skeletons, our organs.. I mean how they (the cells) know what to get into?

Well, just look at the brain (my interest), what makes the young cells to gain the FATE of becoming various type brain cells? This can take many complicated yet flexible processes or changes, depending on the location of cells in the embryo, time period, exposure to biological factors from the surrounding, guidance from other supporting cells, outside introduction of chemicals into the embryo, and many, sometimes just randomly..

It sounds something like what determines the FATE of young people like you (or when you were young) who later will become what a person.. a specialist or in other careers or nothing or anything, at least something, if we think broader. Here, we have like the geographical factor, time, other environment factors, guidance and help from other people, or mere lucky.. Does look identical in many ways.

By the way, just hope to understand better what determines the FATE of cells in the weekend, so I could determine my FATE in the Monday exam!

The spirit of a battle...

The photo.. a familiar background in many Asian kung fu or battle movies. For some reasons, I like those kind of stories, and do learning some kung fu.. and have been thinking of, one day, I would see, even to try wearing the armors of ancient (probably unique) warrior such as samurai, knight (Europe), gladiator (Roman Empire).. Perhaps it was the SPIRIT that is more attractive, instead of the understandable problem-solving method in the past - the bloody massive battles in the history, which shall not reoccur, of course (but occasionally does..)..

Last week, an opportunity for a trip, where I can take some kung fu photos.. it was ‘The Great Battle of MyeongRyang Festival 2009’, took place in Haenam.. a celebration for a decisive battle led by a HERO, with his 13 ships against 333 ships of another side.. and his big victory that saved his nation in late 16^th century! Again, the spirit is to be appreciated. Hey, then what are we fighting for?

A Mooncake Festival without mooncake…

Lunar calendar August 15^th.. a full moon day.. the Mid-Auturm festival, a Harvest festival celebrated by Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese (on the same day, but in different ways, and stories). ‘Zhong Qiu Jie’ 中秋节 is also called lantern festival or mooncake festival in certain places (in my hometown) since we eat mooncake 月餅 with family, and many lanterns we can see.. This happens to be similar to Vietnamese way of celebration, but they have another story about the festival and is mainly for children, like a children day. The Mid-Autumn festival was also borrowed by Japan in custom, called 'Tsukimi' 月見, they display Japanese pampas grass (susuki) and eat rice dumplings, 'Dango' 団子. There are many versions in everywhere..

In Korea here, it is ‘Chuseok’ 추석, a Thanksgiving day, one of the big holiday that people return home (massively), for ancestor worship, family reunion, and eat ‘songpyeon’ 송편, a kind of rice cake with nice taste. Yeaa, I also need to go ‘home’ ~ hehe, go back to dormitory for my holiday.. no mooncake but instant noodle.. no lantern but light of my computer.. you know what is same? The only one thing is SAME about this mid-autumn festival, apart from, yes, in Autumn, the date.. Well, it is the same festive full moon that everyone in everywhere can still see, while celebrating the day in various styles! Generally, Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

There are many rules created by and followed by every individual in a small team, an organization, social community in a country, even the world, for various good purposes, which usually depend on individual perceptions on fairness. Therefore, if one broke one rule consciously or not, instantly will think that's fine because of reasons one may provide. Yes, I did, just break one rule lately (2 days ago)! Considering myself a principle-centered person (but not blind rules-follower) with occasional exception, particularly in recent days I found out.. nonetheless, do very strict on critical rules like in the road traffic, which is like life-death circumstances and because it would definitely waste of time, energy, mood, health, and money (of both sides) even if in a non-serious car accident happens to encounter. Careful..

Anyway, coming back to the topic, which is unnecessary to know the superficial story of basket-ball playing, but instead, the rational behind (maybe because I'm a scientist). Breaking one rule but under another rule, it was acceptable! Thus, it was FINE.. It happened against me too in another case, and I felt like, not fair.. but then, hey, it was quite reasonable. So, I accepted and hence a new rule was "born". Guess this is how a rule is generated, and others are expected to accept. In recent new case, perhaps, I became the rule-maker.. And, what is more complicated and sometimes confusing is that people define about fairness differently while expecting everybody have the same on a similar set of rules. Well.. Do obey the rules (rationally).. So, what the law says?

..3, 2, 1~ Merdeka~ today 31^st August Malaysia INDEPENDENCE day.. Recalling few years recently, looks like there have been many happenings.. looks like everybody have been extremely busy.. Many comments, voices, feedback, suggestions, critics can be listened as people speaking up (nicely or not so nicely) and in the meantime, people from many sides (big people and small people) explaining in dramatic stories, widespread rumors, understandable histories, and equal amount of personal dislike or like since people do has own thoughts (for self benefit or for nation) formed early in many years before.. undeniably also many with supportive evidences. Thus eventually, who-ever heard about might not instantly able to differentiate accurately true or not, right or not, believable or not.. Apparently there are endless stuffs of these kinds to be busy with by Malaysians and we don’t know how long it takes. Sooo, who will do, to fix, to correct, to solve it then? Everybody should do something right..

1Malaysia concept is a right concept introduced! Honestly, a common sense principle of a nation of Multi-cultural, which supposes every responsible Malaysians should have known, and have been practicing, nonetheless, the reminder by Prime Minister is at a right time I think. However, for many reasons, which closely related to what have been busy with, as well as unknown explanations that some people may give.. so people doubt about the common sense concept. Individuals don’t believe in the application part of the common sense concept.. why? (just because you don't..).

Regardless of people believe or not, will work or not, it is supposed to be like this anyway in the place we born, we live, we retire.. There will be time we find some people (out of ~25 millions Malaysia population perhaps) do not (do you?), but we do at least, so do it anyway~ You might think nobody starts it, but at least you do, and it starts from you. Because we simply don’t want the other way around in Malaysia.. never was.. never will..

Post-vacation effects to overcome.. Reload

We would always think back about a good holiday we had.. the most recent usually while it is fresh still. A short vacation does reset one’s tiredness or stresses accumulated throughout the year, even though one might love their job. In fact, when we enjoy the work we are doing, we tend to work extremely hard with passion, without feeling fatigue (doesn’t mean not existing)! An enough short break is necessary, although plenty of works need to be done..

Well, now after vacation, I noticed my outstanding works were not well-organized (I should have, hehe), and have to restart the working mood as my motion got slower I guess.. haha, perhaps, a good new beginning! Sometimes, like the above photo, we will have to reload a NEW arrow, using a NEW strength, under a NEW condition or environment we might encounter, with a NEW improved posture, relaunch a NEW better shot, as we heading toward a NEW target! Okay, NEW semester is coming.. got to overcome this post-vacation effects quickly, and activate FOCUS and EXECUTION! (like in the above photo.. hey, "射雕英雄傳 3! by 金庸後代?")

A moment as king of Joseon Dynasty..

This was the number one interesting experience during the 3 days in Seoul.. After a cultural backpack tour to historical palaces, national museum and traditional market street, on the last day, our last destination was Namsan Hanok Village, a must-visit traditional village of the last dynasty (1392 – 1910) here! A memorable photo was taken..

Apparently, from the photo, the guy wearing king hanbok 한복 (traditional clothing), has no fate as king, because where on earth the king smile this much! Handsome, by the way... Okay, temporary king only.. Well, have to say the girl in Queen hanbok has a traditional face.. very please to meet her (just coincidence) and have her temporary as our Queen, to make a complete Royal picture. Not forgetting my friend in blue hanbok, looked like a Warrior, cool huh.. at least better than the temporary king. Yea! Okay, time to return, back to work. And, this marked a happy ending for our trip, also for our hot summer vacation.. Nonetheless, this is the start of August, YoosS!

Lost my way back, new language applied…

Have ever lost wallet, cellphone here, and got it back. This time lost myself.. which actually lost my way back, though I reached my destination. First time taking bus to nearby town in a country I’m still new to after 6 months here. Have been learning the language here which is totally new to me and the opportunity was there for me to show what I got.. managed to have a conversation with bus drivers, used unexpected amount of word of new language 한국어 I just learned.. to say ‘I’m LOST’ eventually. Well, after a quite good conversation it seemed to be, they sent me back.

Did plan everything and a map with me, well.. perhaps, just I thought everything well-prepared.. an ILLUSION of control that people might have, huh.. The real situation appeared to be more than what can be predicted or set everything in place. Therefore a plan only means an outline, and do have considerable impact on a result, but the strange thing about planning is if a plan looks incomplete or not 'handsome', it give raise to FEAR (stunted by trillion of ‘what if’ questions in your brain) and you never going to do it, nor take the risk. Of course, nothing going to happen..

After all, the more critical would be, do something anyway, the ability to adjust to situations and whatever circumstances to come, leading even the worse case into good.. the EXECUTION~ okay, I just finished an incomplete and full of worries PLAN to go Seoul, don't think much, tomorrow just GO!

Ooo, serious-looking handsome guys in the photo (good shot).. Looks like a smoky barbecue (BBQ) party! From the photo, Perseverance was there, as no matter how irritating the smoke was to the eyes, or how hot sensation from the burning fire was in the skin, the guys still stayed absolutely COOL! Teamwork was clear here, as we can see, one guy transferring to and another collecting on a plate the well-cooked meats, ready to EAT; also, includes the guy wiping away his running tears and sweats while cutting the meats into pieces for more balanced heating; not forgetting the man doing quality-control to make sure 0% of the overcooked, but unfortunately the hot-dog with a black-color patch on it.. Hey, this can easily confirmed a 100% cooked hot-dog what.. hehe

Therefore, qualities like these always work, in order to make it much sooner to enjoy the delicious, sizzling BBQ meats, along with some drinks (not too much), in a relaxing evening at a small park. Arhhh.. ..have been quite busy, setting most of the time for and putting more intense thoughts into works and hence, my mind was a 'blank' (again) when I was trying to write something here last weekend.. feeling like, just not the right time to write, until I saw this photo of a piece of memory that happened recently.. not that I never tried before, however, it's new..

Losing a cellphone and a wallet with cards! How serious this could be? What if you do.. OMG! Again, forgot to take my cellphone, and wallet after playing basket ball yesterday.. can’t believe it took few hours before I was shocked and jumped up from the chair I was sitting.. and asked, ‘where is cellphone and wallet’?!

Wait a minute, so.. how do we call a cellphone, how do we call a wallet, how do we say I lost these things, how do we express the time and where I left these things.. NOT in English, mandarin or languages I familiar with.. This was the challenges, while my small chock was showing 1am midnight! Perhaps, the best way was to go to sleep.. and yes, I did (what the..). May tomorrow a better day..

Early this morning, waiting at the dormitory office.. and be the first person to greet (Annyonghaseyo.. 안녕하세요..) the warm security guard who can understand English better.. It seems like someone found it and submitted to dorm office and in turn, returned to me! what a great relief, hehe..

Two times were by a local (the same lady), and this was by an unknown foreigner.. whom I highly appreciate! Ooo.. never try my luck again (I said it twice and plus this)! ..really don't ever want more the exciting trials of this kind, even though looks safe here.. Okay, today is a good day!

Learning and Memory, the inspiring exam!

…was preparing for an interesting EXAM about learning and memory this week, and had used my learning and memory ability at max! ..also was thinking and curious too, about how our learning and memory work? Perhaps, should ask how our brain does? Our brain simply never stop learning and memory.. unless we do (another issue). That’s how we know the how-to, the what-to, and the why.. in study and work, playing sports, making friends, traveling around, clubbing, car drifting, blogging and many routine or extraordinary activities; as well as even for understanding of the nature and universe (this is too much). Furthermore, this is how we store tonne of information about anything we came across with, in books, movies, music lyrics, history, news, and even the feeling when we meeting girlfriend(s), or enjoying time with friends and family in a holiday; as well as in cultivating our habits like alcohol drinking, smoking, and also the healthier one such as reading, sleep and wake up early..

When something goes wrong with this, learning disability or memory loss, we may not know who we met, LOVE or what we knew about before, or we may not even able to remember what we just did 5 minutes ago every time.. Although, can delete the old unpleasant memories, however, we need learning and memory. Yes, this is learning and memory.. but how it happens? Neuroscientists believe, it is the trillion of little cells, of different types, at different region of the brain, with ‘their’ tiny molecules, in ‘their’ dynamic activities, that makes this complex, flexible yet sometimes rigid learning and memory ability of our brain.. can ‘they’? ..also in monkey, in dog, in mice, in fly, in snail (the quite recent important break-through!), in fish(?).. How ‘they’ do then? These are the scopes of question that really tested me out, in the recent inspiring EXAM about learning and memory. Don’t ask me..

Took a walk in the Silla Kingdom

Love the feeling of historical places.. Perhaps, I’m getting old nowadays (slightly), or maybe having intention to go back to the past to fix something up (if I could go back, I would just say let it be).. or probably due to the one critical decision that I ever made, which withdrew myself from my comfort zone at that time and took up a short term hard time and then now here I’m! If not the decision, where will I be? Anyway, work on today before it becomes the past..

Last weekend, visited Gyeongju city, the capital of Silla Kingdom during 57BC-953AD, which for the first time united another 2 kingdoms of Korea as one nation; Just like Qin Shi Huang did, the Qin Dynasty (221 BC - 206 BC), the first to unify China from previous 7 kingdoms, and zzzZZZzzZZ… Okay, sleepy if too detail history and I might have slept first.. I'm just a scientist. However, the historical highlights should be appreciatable! In the classic Gyeongju city, despites the must-see, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage, Bulguksa (very old temple), I was very much attracted to the restored Silla Kingdom.. and can feel like during the life of imperial or dynasty period, which is different from today metropolitan city life.. the former could be livelier! ..if without wars.. Oh, I was attacked by Silla warrior?! (in the photo below). I can handle this...

‘Take home message’ of a movie.. questionable..

Just watched Terminator Salvation... well, when getting older, felt myself do not prefer this killing or war-type of action movie.. full of actions only or too many, including that throwing around of John Connor action, instead of quick execution, by the Terminator perhaps.. After the movie, I was wondering, besides actions, what was it about? However, a ‘take home message’ that I was able to remember was.. a question that actually many might curious about.. quite interesting yet difficult to deal with somehow.. What makes us human?

Are we (or some of us) living like a machine? What makes machine a machine? We are talking about functionally I guess.. We do quite depending on machines (computer, vehicle..) most of the time or sometimes.. Who knows, one day a human-like machine will be built, just like in Terminator movie. Anyway, when reading daily news, it seems that some places on earth might already having war-like situation as in Terminator movie, but instead of between machine-human, they are human-human. Does this mean some human (really unknown number of) might not live like a human? ..of unknown or some reasons, maybe. So, what makes us human?

The feeling of early..

As usual a bright sunny day.. as usual wake up from a good sleep.. as usual eat a hearty breakfast.. as usual prepare well and go to work place.. the wind in the outside was a little cold.. and looked at my watch, Ooops, it was 5.30am! Even though I didn’t know the position of the sun but that day (at that time) was really sunny.. but, okay, a misjudgment of a tropical country student in a 4 seasons country here.. Haha! Now should be in early Summer, after only month of Spring I think.. strange climax..

Apparently I was the earliest person arrived at the work place.. Hey, the feeling of early morning.. was wonderful and energetic! It is definitely better to be early than to be late.. whereas the feeling of LATE is somehow uncomfortable or just not the motivating type I feel.. if starting EARLY in a day, there will be usually a 'relay time' spared (perhaps a little picnic at Ssangam Park with lovely 'kimbap' 김밥 sometimes worthwhile) for ensuring optimum condition to deal with everyday big and small tasks, and tend to be more progressive.. On the other hand, starting late in a day, it could be a rush and in a hurry as if times up..

Walking in a long journey of life and could be unpredictable most of the time.. and in order to last that long.. NO HASTY. When was the last time go for picnic? Oh ya, I need to get back to work.. do work hard.

2 months passed swiftly (while swine flu is spreading everywhere huh lately).. an informative, eye-opening, stimulating, and unique 2 months.. ya, I think almost finish 'warm up' here (Ooo, Spring is pretty warm..), and quite ready to accept NEXT challenges!

It was 3 years ago.. the last exam before university graduation, and I have forgotten the ‘taste’ or the feeling of exam when grew older.. However, I had to go through this week graduate school first exams with unknown feeling. Perhaps, the perception on exam has changed since already old.. perhaps, deviated from a young boy 3 years ago, in seeing an exam (collecting ‘A’s). Today, as an old student who would like to or is doing experimental research, might want to ask, ‘A’ for what? Get the ‘A’, anyway..

So, what exam for? Well, maybe the better question should be what are we studying for? I do have some reasons to (be a scientist and..), but never the exam per se. That’s made a difference between this old student here and the young boy 3 years ago..

Slow Walk festival.. how slow is slow? Don’t rush..

In the photo above, looks like a familiar posture of an old student slowly making out ‘something’ in a toilet. Haha.. But NOT this time, ok. This is impressive as I never seen such big ‘sea’ of flowers! You probably run in a crowded, busy, big and wonderful modern city, while I too might be currently in.. So, the name, ‘Slow Walk’ that they are promoting, is somewhat strange. However, for a healthy life (physical and mental), the organizer believes slow walk works! Well, did some slow-walking along ‘some’ flowers last week in Wando island, a slow-walk city.

SLOW doesn’t always mean do nothing, or procrastination or laziness.. Perhaps, no rushing, not too hurry! Especially when don’t know what is so important to haste for.. I quite agree with the word, slow, though I might not that slow.. Even if in a slow pace, it is still necessary and should able to get things done (quality and quantity) on time. More essential would be knowing what we are doing.. On the other hand, FAST might look good usually.. but I found that (from experiences up to today), it is ineffective and even do as if no do.. because most of the time, get surprised by big and small mistakes that seem unexplainable (actually careless) and hence do again! One wanted quick, ends up slow.. Therefore, I’m starting to see the meaning and realized the importance of ‘SLOW is FAST’. Go slow, guys..

err.. mid-term exam is right in front me, can I?

A meaningless lost game… even if win..

Losing or winning the game wasn’t a problem but.. what meaning? If had put in the best of individual member’s strength as well as of the whole team spirit and potential in a sports game, then what ever the result is! And, I even more excited to meet good players! However.. If within a team, member’s potential was underestimated by members of team; If a star or two existed in a team who do not really better relatively but try to be; If each member of team overestimated themselves when reality was there; Yes, that was what happened..

A recent meaningless sports match, was embarrassing (I have to say) as an audience, while the most regret thing was, I was in the team.. Not because of the lost game per se, but the lack of something, the most crucial in sports! Apparently, that was the reason for the lost.. Therefore, how skillful an individual is or how great looking a team is.. does not really matter much, though also important (to be independent), I found myself realized deeper (hit by the clear evident) about a very old fact (perhaps, the bigger problem lies in how to define this word) – TEAMWORK!

Well... there are many to appreciate, apart from the disappointed one.. Haha! A chance to see roadside Sakura 櫻花 along the street, while thinking of someone.. was far more worthy than the victory and the prizes (if happen to)! So, was waiting for someone? err...

More than a month ago, was first time here, right after the main gate, saw this stone, which I don’t know what special it is, and have no idea what are the words on it! Now everyday passing by, rising desire to figure it out .. should be important message? Finally know how to read, but what's the meaning, still? A little time more..

What I was thinking in front of the lovely, colorful flowers and peaceful stone (with unknown words, for me), was.. actually, I was wondering, which I have been doubting, even trying to analyze about, however, can’t explain any.. The world news I read these few weeks on CNN online and just wish to ask, can I have a little good news?Roughly recall what news lately (if you simply screen through the headlines)… the deadly fire in Victoria, Australia; cruel gun-shooting by a guy at a school in Germany (hey, were many similar cases); hottest one, a rocket launched by North Korea, perhaps nothing bad seen still, yet don’t see any good I think.. ; then, a huge earthquake, a tragedy, in Italy; latest, bloody pirates hijacking and killing in Somalia; while another suicide bomber in Iraq; just today, another fire with increasing death toll, in India; And now, ASEAN, also doesn’t look quiet!

Well, don't know…I'm still asking, why?

Warming up! ..in Spring

..already one month passed here (Spring), and guess it was just nice to warming up my long FREEZED motor skills and sensory feelings of my 'Scientific' hands (working sense in laboratory research) I cultivated before, reminding me back my long SLEEPING memory of the experimental techniques I used to apply, refining my mistaken or misled understanding about some methodology and principles I may be having, and… even just in time before too late, further exponentially boosted my long AWAKENED passion in science! Luckily, my interest-based drive and consistent feeding my brain with scientific news update after an incident, have been holding me up all these while, until now, met a good NEW start!

Looking at own shadow on the road during a recent seafood and island trip (as in the photo).. the harmony feeling was like, finally found myself from great mist! Perhaps... haha..

Earth Hour 2009, 8:30pm! Many countries, many cities, many buildings were lights off! Last night, here, only my room was lights off and computer off, so didn’t write something (no noodle, no writing). Not all countries participated, even if the country did, not all cities involved, even if the city did, not all individuals aware, sadly. Well, perhaps no the matter of people around is concern about, the nation or the state is joining, but individuals like every one of us, who aware of the message of the Earth Hour, have to first do. That particular hour might not all, but the rising concern about our earth we live in, the unpredictable climate changes that never stop surprising us, the increasing number of deadly natural disasters that never give notification in advance, the finishing natural resources that we used to think as unlimited, and… Even if without the warnings, if we can use less for more, why use more? It is always good news when additional one individual realizes and acts, even if many might not..

..lights off for earth hour, and I went to sleep early. Recalling about recent TRIP to an island (Odong-do, Yeosu) ...standing on a ferry, looking at great sea and back to the coast, feeling the cold wind, while trying to lure the white seagulls to me with potato chips in my hand but never succeeded no matter how long I put my hand up and how high I tried to extend out! ..quite a big group of people were attempting to, like me.. and that was cheerful scene, which lighted up my night.

When was the last time do sports? Long time…

Sports.. When was the last time do sports? The most active period was in high school day, at routine basis and was declined drastically in working life.. Martial arts, instead. Well, for the moment, no my favorite martial arts here.. but found my favorite sports of school time, which had been hardly to find players to

BASKET BALL! Yea, 3 on 3, 4 on 4 and even 5 on 5 full court matches are available! Badminton and ping pong also was school time games I familiar with, be it double or single. Haha, not only recall losing pieces of school time memory in the brain but also release long buried, hidden talent in sports! Many good players (graduate students) here.. Talking about Badminton, people mention about Malaysia too (no surprise, though best player, Lee Chong Wei lost again recently to Lin Dan, yet won in Swiss open). Luckily, my badminton skills also reached enough competitive level (villages..) before challenging people during a small sports day here..

..quite good at sports (need to be justified), but very weak at drinking.. My little liver is exceptionally intolerant to, especially drinking culture. However, I drank beer ('mek ju' 맥주) and 'soju' 소주, 燒酒! ..also drank exceptionally high amount of (broke 26 years record). Occasionally (as rare as possible)... I guess my liver will be able to understand. "Take good care..."

Today is White Day (14 Mar) here, guy has to give some present to girl.. really? Didn’t know about. I already did (did I?), in valentine day.. again? ..has to participate anyway.

A PHOTO of the old student enjoying a cup of some type of brown color soy bean hot tea (not sure in English name, but taste is really good!), while looking at sunset outside of laboratory building, after finished his today's work. Ho.. Some doubts about the term, ‘old student’, I always use against myself.. thinking that my delayed 2 years (nearly 3 years actually) before enter graduate school, could be considered as a mandatory national military service (2 years too). For guys here, all are about my age to start postgraduate studies after their national service. In Malaysia, at my time, there was no military service, but now is starting.. Therefore, previously I had been going through sort of 'military service'-like experience (blurry working) and, guess of similar objectives.. not bad, indeed (still the fact that, lagged..).

YooOS! Back to present here, okay.. Now work out on what need to or has to or suppose to be done.. Everybody will get old, anyway.. and my bowl of instant noodle here (usual Saturday dinner) has to be finished too since I started. haha..
