It was delicious. Ok, so I kind of cheated, I used a box. But still I love red velvet cakes! I did actually find a wonderful recipe from <a href="http://foodnetwork.com">the Food Network</a>'s website, check it out <a href="http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_23379,00.html">here</a>!<br />A fun fact about red velvet cakes is that the red in them is often made from food coloring!
