Big Brother Casting ‘Official’ deadline March 19th but…..

According to the Casting information on CBS’s site, the deadline to apply for Big Brother 12 is March 19, 2010. That’s not long and I there aren’t any open casting calls listen on the CBS casting page here: http://bit.ly/9fRzuh.

Less than five months to go until Big Brother. Its closer than ya think.

I also think that they will have open calls in April like they did last year. When I see any dates I will be sure to post them!

Note: Until we get closer to showtime I will most likely be updating this site and BigBrotherGossip with the same info.

Big Brother 12 Coming In July 2010 – changing my layout.

Hi everyone,

First off, happy December to those of you that stumble by this month.

This site was created during Big Brother 4 many many moons ago and each season after I created another area for the next installment of Big Brother. Back then I edited all the html we bapges by hand and it was a very tedious process.

With the growth in ‘blogs’ I came to the conclusion that that was what my site had turned in to for the most part so I had my main pages re-formatted in such a way that they looked pretty much the same as they used to but were in fact, blog pages. The old pages are still there but I have stopped updating them as my own time doesn’t allow it and frankly, there is so much information out there I just don’t have time to keep up.

My personal Reality Television viewing habbits have boiled down to about three shows now and those all happen to reside on CBS. I watch Big Brother of course, Survivor, and Amazing Race (although I must admit I have slacked a bit on that show of late – bad me!).

With all that being said, I have decided that for Big Brother 12 I won’t create a ‘new’ blog directory, rather I will just create a Big Brother Catagory on this page and update the main site will all things Big Brother.

What does that mean to you? Very little. Just that, for Season 12 of Big Brother that will kick off in July of 2010, instead of http://ilovereality.com/Bigbrother/Bb12/ to get to information about the show and live feeds, you can go right to this page (http://ilovereality.com) – much easier yes?

Of course please don’t forget the other site I have, Big Brother Gossip.

I think, I will even turn on comments here…. what an interesting concept.

Reality TV Continues To Roll – Big Brother 11 Confirmed

There are those that said “Reality” Television had seen its best days years ago, yet the quality reality shows keep on coming back for another season. Big Brother was one of those very early shows – season one was on at the same tme as season one of Survivor.

This past year CBS gave us two seasons of Big Brother due to the writers strike and I feel it was a bit much. I am a HUGE fan of the CBS show so it was a good and a bad thing – my concern was that with 60+ episodes of Big Brother on the air in one year – people would grow tired of it.

It was just announced late last week that Big Brother will be back for an eleventh season – however not until next summer. So no spring replacement and those of us that watch both the shows and the live feeds will have lots of time to recover.

So mark your calendars for July 2009 – that is when you can expect to see this site hopping again with Big Brother news.

If you are new to this site – welcome – you can find lots of OLD information on reality shows from a few years ago, I began this site mainly because of my addiction to Big Brother and it is the one show I still watch very closely. I do still watch other shows (Survivor, Amazing Race, etc) but I don’t post about them much.

That being said, Big Brother 10 kicks off in two weeks, after Adam aka “Baller” won season 9. I will have my usual Big Brother information with tons of details and updates and my thoughts on my Big Brother 10 page. So click on over there – chances are there will be very few updates on this page.
