    <description><![CDATA[<p>IMRE continues its rapid expansion, as the full-service marketing agency recently opened a 3,000 square foot New York City office. The New York office, which currently houses seven employees, is IMRE’s fourth, joining Baltimore, Raleigh, N.C., and Los Angeles (which opened in 2011). The office will serve as headquarters for 5Loom, IMRE’s social marketing arm.</p>
<p>“The New York City office is a critical piece for IMRE to service existing clients and as a way to access new customers,” said IMRE Partner and Chief Executive Officer Dave Imre. “Our social media group, 5Loom, and our Financial Services division will be especially enhanced with the location in lower Manhattan.     &#8211; The<strong> </strong><a href="http://www.tropicalforestfoundation.org">Tropical Forest Foundation (TFF)</a> today announced the election of Shawn Draper,<br />
    partner and president of the Home &amp; Building division at <a href="http://www.imre.com">IMRE</a>, as its new Chair of the Board of Directors. Draper<br />
    joined the TFF Board in 2010 and the Executive Committee in 2011. He replaces John Carpenter, who joined the Executive Committee in 2008 and became Chair<br />
    in 2010.

    &#8220;Shawn has been active with TFF for many years. He has been an integral part of creating the foundation&#8217;s strategy and the continuing accomplishment of our<br />

    inform the world about the importance of sustainable forestry management.&#8221;

The revisions are designed to curtail deceptive behavior with specific rules about what brands can and cannot do. While it is unknown how strictly the new guides will be enforced, anyone can file a complaint against a brand, and the FTC will look into it. IMRE’s Director of Sustainability, Christine Costa, is a featured panelist on this very topic at IBS on Friday, January 14, 10:00am  – 11:30am, West 303.  The session is called Legal Compliance for Green Building. She will keep good company with a senior attorney from the FTC’s Division of Enforcement, legal representation from NAHB and others.     <description><![CDATA[<p>BALTIMORE, July 14, 2010 &#8211; IMRE, a full-service marketing agency, continues to thrive with the addition of three new clients to its Home &amp; Building division. New client wins include industry leaders Fiberon, LLC., Liberty Hardware Manufacturing Corporation and the Irrigation Association Education Foundation (IAEF).</p>
<p>IMRE will handle public relations and marketing efforts for Liberty Hardware, as they go to market with their Liberty Outdoor line of Vortex Ground Anchors. As part of the MASCO Corporation family, Liberty Hardware is a leading consumer products company offering decorative hardware, bath hardware, bath safety and outdoor products.</p>

    <description><![CDATA[<p>BALTIMORE, February 3, 2010 – IMRE, a full-service marketing agency, announced today that Mark Eber has been named president of the agency. Eber, who joined IMRE 13 years ago, succeeds Dave Imre, who now takes on the role of chief executive officer of the growing agency.</p>
<p>As president, Eber will assume an outward facing role for the agency and continue to oversee the daily operations. He will also keep the agency focused on its core business of serving national clients in the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Home &amp; Building industries. Formerly, Eber served as chief operating officer of IMRE.</p>
<p>“Mark has been a driving force in IMRE’s growth, and we are excited about his expanded leadership role,” said Imre. “Forecasting change, including the latest trends in social and digital marketing, has always been one of Mark’s strengths. <p>Eber joined IMRE in 1997 as an account supervisor and has been an integral part of the management team with client service responsibilities since his tenure began. He quickly rose to partner and chief operating officer and has been overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency for almost a decade. During his time at IMRE, Eber has led numerous client campaigns, including the largest power tool launch in history. Eber is a former president of the Maryland Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, a frequent national speaker on agency finance and operations, and has served as an adjunct professor at Towson University.</p>
