I Park Art is an urban creative guerrilla project that promotes the re-appropriation of the public space through artistic actions. The idea is based on the temporary offer of an exposition area in a circumscribed part of the city, and it‘s realized through the temporary occupation of a public parking, not used to park a car but to expose Art. Inorder to put the idea into practice, the basis is to use a paying car park: the toll in fact is a contract that enable the temporary occupation of a portion of public space formally used for vehicles,but for which the norm does not declare explicitly which must be“the object” to place there. This operation legalizes the temporary occupation of an area normally assigned to cars and I Park Art use sit as a creative space.The need comes from the analysis of the contemporary city where the massive occupation of the ground by automobiles grows up everyday more: the use of part of this space for temporary artistic expositions, amplifies the possibility to provoke and develop amazement in front of something that is unexpected, phenomenon that urban sociology defines serendipity. So it creates an urban gallery that can be freely interpreted and freely moved from aplace to the other in different dates: the Art shows itself to the public and invades the city with its mass and its colors, moves without brake creating amazement and declaring with force its own existence. The artists create the installations on site, realizing performances that involve the citizens and become precious educational instruments to communicate the artistic phenomenon.

The idea can be replied infinite times for non profit making, under permission and according to the simple rules available on the webspace.

I Park Art estun projet de guérilla créative urbaine visant laré-appropriation de l’espace public par l’ actionartistique. L’idée est basée sur l’offre de l’espaced’exposition temporaire dans une partie limitée de la ville, et sereflète dans l’occupation temporaire d’un parkingpublic, utilisé non pour stationner une voiture mais pourexposer une oeuvre d’art.L’élément de base est l’utilisation d’unparking payant de stationnement: en effet à travers le paiement onstipule un contrat de logement qui prévoit un accord d’occupationtemporaire d’une partie précise du lieu public, autrefois utilisécomme un parking auto, mais pour lequel la règle ne déclare pasprécisément ce que doit être “l’object” garé. L’opération donclégalise l’occupation temporaire d’une zone véhiculaire et I ParkArt la fait devenir un espace créatif. Ce besoin provient d’uneanalyse de la ville contemporaine qui voit de plusen plus, à partir des voitures, l’occupation massive du sol public:à travers l’utilisation partiale de cet espace, pour desexpositions temporaires d’art, on amplifie la possibilité dedévelopper le phénomène que la sociologie urbaine définit par laserendipity , c’est à dire la capacité de provoquer l’étonnementpar quelque chose d’inattendu. On va créer de cette façon unegalerie urbaine de libre utilisation etinterprétation à laquelle on ajoute la variable aléatoirede changer les lieux et les dates: l’Art est déplacé, il se montreau public et envahit la ville avec sa masse et sa couleur, il sedéplaçe sans retenue, en créant la surprise et en déclarant avecvigueur son existence. Les installations sont créées in situ parles artistes, en amenant ainsi à des performances qui impliquentles citoyens et les passants, et en devenant un précieux outilpédagogique autour du phénomène artistique.

L’idée peut êtrereproduite de nombreuses fois à des fins non-commercialles,avec permission et suivant lesquelques règles qui sont sur le webspace.

Alla sbarra per danneggiamento aggravato

TREVISO – (gp) Era finito alla sbarra per danneggiamento aggravato e imbrattamento di cose altrui e il tribunale di Treviso lo ha riconosciuto colpevole e condannato a un anno e tre mesi di reclusione. L’imputato si chiama Francesco Bertocchi, ha 29 anni e abita a Gorgo al Monticano. Un nome comune, di un ragazzo come tanti altri, ma che però è molto conosciuto e apprezzato nel mondo dell’hip hop e della street art se viene riconosciuto come Secse: Francesco è infatti uno dei migliori e noti writer trevigiani. Personaggio che ha fatto volare la propria tag e i propri pezzi in tutta Italia e in mezza Europa, considerando che anche in Austria, Romania, Repubblica Ceca e Slovenia il suo nome impresso sui vagoni dei treni è tuttora leggibile. E le indagini su questo artista, come lo ha definito la stessa Procura trevigiana che lo stava perseguendo, erano partite proprio dalle decine di denunce presentate da Trenitalia, stanca di ritrovarsi quasi quotidianamente i convogli coperti di vernice spray. Identificato nel settembre dello scorso anno e denunciato dalla polfer assieme a un altro writer, il 29enne trentino Paolo Pinter, che ha stimato i danni dei loro passaggi notturni attorno ai 240 mila euro, Secse avrebbe imbrattato nel giro di un anno e mezzo centinaia di vagoni, stando alle contestazioni degli inquirenti. Ora le sue gesta, prontamente riprese e fotografate dallo stesso autore che poi le caricava anche in internet, sono state giudicate anche in un’aula di tribunale, con Trenitalia come parte offesa.

Ecco la nostra cara Italia.

Un paese dove un uomo che porta sul lastrico centinaia di famiglie , mandando in bancarotta fraudolenta una azienda rischia “forse” qualche mese oppure di diventare sottosegratario distocazzo e invece dove un ragazzo di 29 anni viene condannato a 1 anno e 3 mesi per avere “danneggiato” con vernice dei vagoni ferroviari.
NON POSSIAMO ANDARE AVANTI COSI’.

I Park Art è unprogetto di guerriglia creativa urbana chepromuove la ri-appropriazione dello spazio pubblico attraverso l’azione artistica. L‘idea si basa sull’offertatemporanea di uno spazio espositivo in una parte circoscritta della città, e si traduce nell‘ occupazione temporanea di unparcheggio pubblico, utilizzato non al fine di far sostareun auto bensì per esporre un’ opera. Elemento base è l‘utilizzo a tale scopo di un parcheggio a pagamento: tramite il pedaggio sistipula difatto un contratto che prevede l’occupazione temporaneadi una data porzione di suolo, formalmente adibita a parcheggioauto, ma per la quale la norma non dichiara esplicitamente qualedebba essere “l‘oggetto” da parcheggiare.L’operazione quindilegalizza l‘occupazione temporanea di un’area veicolare e I ParkArt la adibisce a spazio creativo.L’ esigenza nasce dall‘analisi della città contemporanea che vede semprepiù, da parte delle automobili, l’occupazione massiva del suolo:attraverso l’utilizzo di parte di questo spazio, per esposizioniartistiche temporanee, si amplifica la possibilità di svilupparequel fenomeno che la sociologia urbana definisce serendipity, lacapacità cioè di suscitare stupore davanti a qualcosa diinaspettato. Si crea così una galleria urbana di liberafruizione e interpretazione a cui si aggiunge la variabilealeatoria di variare luoghi e date: l’Arte si sposta , si mostra alpubblico e invade la città con la sua massa e il suo colore, simuove senza freno creando stupore e dichiarando con forza lapropria esistenza. Le installazioni vengono create in situ dagliartisti, trasformandosi così in performances che coinvolgono icittadini e i passanti, e diventando prezioso strumento educativoattorno al fenomeno artistico

Le prochain I Park Art aura lieu dans la ville de Paris le 02 Octobre 2010.

…I Park Art est un projet de guérilla créative urbaine visant la ré-appropriation de l’espace public par l’ action artistique.

L’idée de base c’est l’occupation légale temporaire d’un parking public, utilisé non pour stationner une voiture mais pour exposer une oeuvre d’art.

L’inscription est gratuite. Vous devrez seulement payer votre emplacement de parking et exposer vos œuvres.

TU ACHETES TON TICKET, TU EXPOSES TON ART.

Chaque artiste organise son espace. Toutes les formes d’art sont les bienvenues.

L’art se montre au public et envahit la ville avec sa masse et sa couleur, il se pose et se déplaçe sans retenue, en créant la surprise et en déclarant avec vigueur son existence.

Un I Park Art est souvent pretexte à des performances qui impliquent les citoyens et les passants.

Si vous êtes un artiste et vous souhaitez rejoindre l’initiative, communiquez avec nous et nous vous donnons les indications sur où et quand.
