Ciao a tutti, oggi sono qui a parlarvi di Amicizia, quella vera, quella sincera e pulita.. e proprio all'amicizia, dedico questo gratin, tra poco vi spiegherò il perchè...








Nelle ultime settimane ho avuto modo di riflettere parecchio sul significato delle amicizie cibernetiche, quelle che sembrano vere e grandi amicizie e che a volte però ti lasciano l'amaro in

 Ciao a tutti, oggi niente ricetta vado di corsa perchè in questi giorni accudisco mia madre in ospedale, ma tornerò presto.

Sono sempre stata sensibile al 
problema dell'inquinamento, da quando il primo tema della mia vita, 
nella scuola primaria, era stato il tema sul buco dell'ozono.  
L'ecologia come argomento mi ha sempre interessata, ma la mia 
sensibilità sull'argomento è aumentata esponenzialmente con la nascita 
di mio figlio, infatti la mia priorità è diventata quella di

vi siete affacciati oggi dalla finestra? Avete sentito quell'aria calda di Primavera avanzata, avete visto finalmente le foglie sugli alberi, i fiori nei vasi, i prati verdi, i papaveri qui e lì, gli alveari in attività... insomma il brutto tempo è finalmente finito e quindi possiamo uscire di casa a passeggiare, lasciando gli ingombranti giubbini e indossando solamente una maglietta!

In realtà ad onor di cronaca si tratta di una pseudo-ricotta: la vera ricotta si ricava dalla seconda cottura del siero dal quale prima si è ricavato il formaggio e poi viene "ri-cotto" per poi ricavarne appunto la ricotta dalla sua coagulazione.

Finalmente nell'aria si respira la Primavera! Si sente il profumo dei fiori, si vedono le farfalle svolazzare di qua e di lè, le api in attività nelle arnie e che passano di fiore in fiore... ieri poi è stata una giornata bellissima, calda, soleggiata, stupenda! Ciao a tutti, 

avevo dimenticato di mostrarvi il mio primo esperimento di torta in pasta di zucchero con oggettini in 3d. Ovviamente quest'esperimento risale a dicembre 2011, ovvero prima della torta dei dinosauri, la torta di laurea e la torta con le rose. 







Non che adesso sia più brava, però essendo molto autocritica, nonostante l'effetto visivo di questa torta sia stato lì per lì

Buondì! Eccomi reduce dal mio compleanno... sì, sì, reduce è la parola giusta! Niente festeggiamenti nè torta, bensì preparativi perchè oggi festeggeremo l'anniversario di matrimonio di una coppia per me molto speciale, i miei genitori, che oggi festeggiano 40 anni insieme! 

La torta è ancora da decidere e considerando il fatto che sono già le nove del mattino, direi che devo darmi una mossa!!!

Per la serie "meglio tardi che mai" posto una ricettina che è stata realizzata l'anno scorso in questo periodo, durante una mia dimostrazione di come si decora una torta in pasta di zucchero a lei  che non l'aveva mai fatto.

Sapete una cosa? non mi piace cucinare "sotto ordinazione", vi ho già detto altre volte  che io ho un pò l'animo dell'artista anche se artista non lo sono, ma il fatto è che mi riesce difficile eseguire qualcosa se mi viene richiesta, perchè la mia fantasia... beh non è a comando, infatti le torte più belle mi riescono quando non se le aspetta nessuno,

Eccomi qui a farvi conoscere un'altro piatto antico e della carestia che sicuramente i nostri nonni hanno conosciuto ed apprezzato e invece noi un pò meno, non per la complessità del piatto, bensì perchè il consumismo ci porta a pensare ai piatti sempre più originali e particolari, facendoci dimenticare che ogni tanto potrebbe essere originale anche un piatto antico come questo.

Vi avevo lasciati qui, vi ricordate quando vi ho mostrato il segreto del mio albero in pasta di zucchero?

Ebbene oggi vi mostrerò la torta che ha stupito tutti, grandi e piccini, ma soprattutto me stessa.  Sì perchè mai e poi mai avrei pensato di essere in grado di realizzare una torta per me tanto complessa.

In occasione del compleanno di mio figlio, il monellaccio ha pensato bene di mettermi in difficoltà chiedendomi addirittura la torta dei dinosauri! In occasione del prossimo matrimonio della mia amica Alice, in questi giorni l'ho accompagnata per scegliere con cura il posto dove festeggeranno con amici e parenti il loro giorno più bello. Vi è mai capitato di realizzare una ricetta per partecipare ad un contest? A me mai, anche perchè purttroppo non sono il tipo da contest, infatti non riesco mai a rispettare le scadenze e soprattutto ho l'animo dell'artista, infatti non mi piace eseguore le ricette "a comando", a me piace essere libera di esprimermi, di creare. Ad esempio accade circa 6 volte su 7 che chiami ogni mattina mio
