Last year around this time Janet Jackson was around 185 pounds. She had gained the weight for a movie role in a film called Tennessee, but due to the production being pushed back to when she was to promote her new album, she had to let go of the role. Janet kicked it into gear ,as her first single was going to drop soon, and she had to be in tip top shape to promote her album. In 4 months, janet dropped 60 pounds! IN 4 MONTHS! I can't help but admire her DETERMINATION, her DISCIPLINE, her WILLPOWER. This is why I decided to create a blog for women who feel the same way about her amazing transformation and who find Janet's weight loss as a great motivation in setting your own personal fitness goals. Tomorrow will be the beginning of a new year, and I welcome all who are inspired to join me as I continue my weight loss journey to having a Body Like Beyonce's, which started in March of 2006. I had lost 30 pounds, but after the holidays, gained 9 pounds back. I'm in the process of working it off and hope to reach my ultimate goal of 140 pounds. Anyway, I hope all you Janet Jackson fans enjoy my new blog, and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
