As you can see the ingredient list is short and to the point (and everything is natural). The macros are great as well (high in good fats, high protein, pretty low carb, and only 280 calories for this huge brownie!).

Without ever really eating anything espresso or cappuccino tasting I wasn’t sure what I was going to taste. It certainly smells and looks amazing. The brownie itself is really moist and what every brownie should be texture-wise. The taste was absolutely mouthgasmy (only word I could think of). It’s a cross between chocolate/caramel/coffee (what I wasted in every bite) and as you bite into the cappuccino chips there’s a stronger chocolate/coffee taste. I loved it and I don’t drink much coffee!

I still can’t believe this was only 280 calories. Really filling and delicious!

The ingredients speak for themselves. High in good fats while including some green tea extract (huge green tea fan).

The awesome thing about this company is that they offer a variety of different bottles. For example, one of the bottles caters to Children and another one caters to those who need a little extra Vitamin D, and so on. Each different bottle offers a different flavor as well.

The hp version that I am reviewing was created for those with more active and stressful lifestyles. It is said to help:

• General wellbeing
• Focus and concentration
• Healthy mood
• Joint health
• Inflammation
• Allergy/asthma
• Skin health
• Muscle repair, recovery and increased metabolism

I can’t quite comment on everything above but I will say that I felt a bit more focused in the gym, my recovery time did seem to speed up, and my skin has actually felt A LOT smoother. Like anything – you do need a good diet/exercise and adding this into that combination will help improve everything listed – it’s a small piece of the puzzle.

As far as the taste goes I do have to say it’s nothing like any other liquid fish oil I’ve ever had – it’s actually enjoyable. There is no fishy taste or smell. One thing I’ve been doing is putting it on my food which gives it a nice lemon taste.

So if you’re sick of taking a bunch of fish oil capsules, want something healthy to add some flavor your food, just like what this offers, etc – this product is definitely for you!

This thing looks like a piece of artwork, it’s beautiful (or maybe I just love food too much). I don’t think you could ask for a more delicious looking dessert with only 290 calories in it.

The blondie is of perfect texture (moist/chewy). You have the moist/chewy blondie and then white and black chocolate chips all over it. These combined give you the most amazing thing I have ever tasted in my entire life. Yes, I’m serious. This is the best thing I’ve ever ate. It’s so good that I don’t even remember eating it (that’s how fast I ate it). It’s literally, LITERALLY and explosion of all of my favorite dessert flavors in every bite (the brownie/blondie texture with white chocolate/chocolate).

My mouth is still watering. I will be ordering these for every occasion.

I love chocolate as we all know and I’m really only a fan of walnuts when they are mixed with dessert. The brownie, like all of the others I have reviewed from The Protein Bakery is extremely moist/chewy (the perfect texture for a brownie). There’s definitely not a lack of walnuts (which is why this brownie is high in great fats!). There’s just enough walnuts not to be overwhelmed by them and still taste the deliciousness that is the chocolate brownie. Awesome combo!

Although this blondie is on of the higher calorie end of things we must remember that fat has more calories per gram (9) than protein (4) or carbs (4) and this is a peanut butter brownie (peanut butter is loaded with good fats).

The blondie is of perfect texture (moist/chewy). You have the moist/chewy blondie and then sections of creamy-like peanut butter. These combined give you a peanut butter explosion with every bite. The taste is unbelievably delicious!
