Can people screenshot the photos?+
We make it as hard as possible, photos blur when switching apps, long-press save is blocked, and right-click is disabled. It's not impossible, but it deters casual saves and makes it clear the content is meant to disappear.
Do I need to download an app?+
No. I Wasn't There is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works in any browser. Just open the link and you're in. You can optionally add it to your home screen for a native app experience, no app store needed.
Is it really free?+
Yes, the free tier gives you 24 hours, 5 people, and 15 photos. For longer trips or bigger groups, Party Mode is just a few quid and unlocks everything, 14 days, 50 members, unlimited photos, confessions, superlatives, and more.
What happens to my data after the trip?+
Everything is permanently deleted. Photos, messages, confessions, votes, all of it. We don't keep backups. We don't archive anything. Once the countdown ends or the Nuke Button is pressed, the data is gone forever.
