I have always been  interested in baking and have been baking since childhood. But my baking was  restricted to making cakes only and that's when I decided to take classes at  IBCA to improve my baking skills and learn new things and techniques in baking.  I found this course ,which covers an extensive menu and taught every aspect of  baking that a baker is supposed to know.I like the work atmosphere here. Also  the teachers are very down to earth and very friendly.
