Hi am from Kerala but settled in Qatar.I am civil engineer by profession. I got interested in baking thanks to my 3 year old daughter who loves cakes; i got to know about IBCA through a friends and liked the courses which they had on their website; i enjoyed my one week course and and wish that i could have done the 14 week Diploma in Baking,Confectionery and cake art provided my stay was for a longer time in Bangalore; I would like to come back and do the Diploma in future.

Hi am a graduate and i heard about the home baking course at IBCA through a friend. I love cooking and wanted to learn baking. The experience has been good. The number of recipes covered in such a short course is commendable. The teaching is good and in a homely atmosphere and is worth the fees. All in all a very good and interesting experience.

I am Tuhina Gupta an Anesthesiologist by profession. I have always been interested in baking and have been baking since childhood. But my baking was restricted to making cakes only and that's when I decided to take classes at IBCA to improve my baking skills and learn new things and techniques in baking. I found this course ,which covers an extensive menu and taught every aspect of baking that a baker is supposed to know.I like the work atmosphere here. Also the teachers are very down to earth and very friendly. I preferred Nagesh sir's classes since he is very much precise and methodical and his aim is to teach every student the correct method of doing every task.As the classes are getting more interesting I am planning to start home baking business as a beginner and hopefully open my own bakery in the near future.

I am Shravya Vishnu from Bangalore. I am an engineering graduate. In the previous year I attended the 3 days home baking course at IBCA to learn the basics. I learned a lot during those 3 days which inspired me to learn more on the same. As I found that diploma course offered here gives an in-depth knowledge in all the branches of baking, I chose to take classes in that. I am already done with one month of the classes,which was very interesting an enlightening.
