One of the best decisions you could ever make would be to pay credit card debt – pay it off and get rid of credit card debt completely. Why? I think the answer is obvious – the interest rates on most credit cards will eat you alive. Second, if you’re borrowing heavily by using credit cards and not paying the balances off each month, you’re living a lifestyle that is way over your head. You must learn to live beneath your means.

In order to get control of your life, you must make a plan to pay off your credit card debt immediately – if not sooner. Then, as your debt level goes down, your quality of life will go up – it’s that simple. Now, let’s get started.

1.  Stop Spending With Your Credit Cards
   This is a simple step – it’s easier than you think. Except for one basic major credit card (ONLY for emergencies), cut up all of your credit cards and cancel those accounts – now. If you don’t stop charging on your credit cards and adding balances, you’ll never have a chance to pay off your credit card debt. So, get rid of all credit cards (except the one for emergencies) and cancel those accounts – after the balance has been paid off.
    
2. Make Extra Payments On Credit Card Debt.
   After you’ve gotten rid of credit cards and determined your budget, the next step is to pay that debt off – fast!
   The easiest way to do this is to make extra payments – maybe send in two payments per month vs. one, or add a little to the regular monthly payment. You may be surprised how just a little extra monthly payment can reduce the time needed to pay off that debt – often cutting the time needed for total payoff in half.
    
3. Snowball Your Debt
    “Snowballing” is a term that loosely means paying off the cards with the highest interest rate first. Then, after those debts are paid off, take the money freed up and apply it to the next highest interest rate debt. Snowballing your debt can quickly help pay it off – if you pay as much extra as you can, and apply the freed up money to the next debt. But, to make the “snowball” work, you must never give in to temptation and use the extra money for anything else than debt payments.
    
4.  Negotiate With Your Creditors
    One tactic that can pay huge benefits is actually quite simple. Call your credit card company and ask for a lower interest rate. The idea behind this is if you have a decent payment history, the credit card company probably doesn’t want to lose your business. They know that you can easily find a new, introductory rate, and move your balances.

It’s surprising how many people skip this simple, but effective tactic. When you call your credit card company and ask for the rate reduction, be firm but pleasant. Never be abusive or anything close – remember, you’re probably talking with a customer service representative who is talking with many people in a day – sometimes angry and frustrated debt holders. You’re looking for a “favor,” so be nice!

Paying credit card debt is a tremendous goal – and is something that can have a very positive effect on your life for years to come. If you’re heavily in debt, remember that it is “always darkest before dawn,” meaning that just when things seem to be at their worst, good things could be just around the corner. Get that debt paid off – now!

Following a briefing on the progress of Kulim Hitech Park (KHTP) in Kulim today, Mustapa said the investors from Frankfurt were looking at an investment of RM2.2 billion in the manufacturing and chemical sectors while investors from Milan planned to invest RM1.77 billion in the engineering sector. Investors from London meanwhile are planning to invest RM1.1 billion in the services sector.

Mustapa also disclosed that in June several trade missions were being lined up to attract investors from China, Korea and Japan, while a trade delegation will be also visiting Australia in August. He also hoped these trade delegations overseas will be able to bring in more investors to the country and achieve a higher investment amount than the RM62.8 billion registered last year.

On the Kulim Hitech Park meanwhile, he said its progress was commendable having become a premier industrial zone in the country and attracting 21 foreign investors as well as local investors. He said there were plans to get more investors particularly foreign investors to invest in the park as it offered the best facilities for various sectors.

Infineon Technologies (Kulim) Sdn Bhd plans to spend another RM1.7bil for its facility in Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) once the economic crisis is over.

The investment would be for the expansion of high volume production and research and development (R&D) activities, vice-president and managing director Tan Soo Hee.

“The R&D work will be expanded to include improving production processes, enhancing our automation technology, developing new modes of analysis on the defects and weaknesses of our products, and creating new materials for use in the production processes,” he said. However, the company could not predict when the economic crisis will end.

About 30% of the floor space in the Kulim facility had installed equipment so there was still 70% for expansion, Tan said.

The group had so far spent RM2.1bil for the Kulim plant, he added.

“One aspect of our R&D work is to improve production processes to reduce wastage.

“The Kulim plant is one of the many Infineon Technologies facilities involved in a worldwide programme to help the group save 600 million euros through cost management and increased productivity.

“Another aspect of the R&D work is creating value with our existing equipment,” he said.

Tan said there were no plans to downsize the staff strength at the Kulim plant.

“We have spent RM110mil to train some 600 of our staff. If we were to retrench, our training efforts would go to waste,” he said.

Instead of downsizing or implementing pay cuts, Tan said 300 to 400 of Infineon Technologies Kulim’s senior management, executives and engineers were supporting the group’s unpaid leave programme by taking three to five days of unpaid leave a month for three months.

   Often checking your website search engine position of your targeted keywords, if not satisfied with optimization ranking results, you should do more SEO to achieve higher search engines ranking position.

Google is not that picky as they sound to be. The trick is to make your web site in such a way that you are just providing content. Do not put any selling items just yet. Once approved, heck, if you have the whole supermarket items to put online. Be my guest.

But first, for the purpose of getting approved, try to limit your web pages for content. Content and lots of content. The following is my experience. I’ve got approved  everytime by making sure we focus to these 3 elements.

1.  Site look and feel. Not that Google wants a $20000 professionally designed website, they also don’t want to choose a piece of junk either. At least a presentable website with a few layers or tables with some solid background color would be in order. Avoid using unprofessional colored backgrounds or wallpapers.
    
2. Content. Most important element. Google believe highly in content. Please try to go preferably at least 15-20 pages of articles or resources. If you are not sure what kind of article you want to put maybe you can read some from here http://www.goarticles.com
    
3. Traffic. Some says, Google will not approve new web sites with no traffics. To be safe and not to waste your time, try to get your web site some traffic. Post at some forums with your website’s link in the signature file.  Register yourself at some social networking website like http://www.mybloglog.com , http://www.myblogcatalog or even the in famous http://www.twitter.com. Hundreds  of them actually in existance.

It has been two weeks I’ve not updated this blog. I’m currently on another project. Fotokami.com, a photo blog web site. This project I’ve joint venture with a known name in photography Jali@Azlan. The site will more to focusing on the weddings photo of Malaysians. Of course, there will be other photos. We have big plans for this web site. Hope this will be a successful site.

Once downloaded, there are one gallery.XML and one index.html that you need to edit. Don’t worry. No need have to any programming language skill. All the instructions is already in the XML files. You need just to rename the image files to the path of your images collections. One more important thing, you need to specify the largest size of your image inside the index.html.   fo.addVariable(“maxJPGSize”,”1200″);  This means my largest files can be up to 1200×1200.
