Brief sketch of the some of the important programs is given below:

MBA (HRM): This is a two year MBA program offered at Hyderabad and Noida campus of ICFAI School of Human Resource Development (ISHRD). It aims to develop students as future professionals in the area of HUman REsource Management. It focuses on soft skills and IT Interface in HRM, leadership skils and domain knowledge of HR.

MBA (Marketing, Retail Management): This is a two year full-time program offered by the ICFAI School of Marketing Studies (ISMS) and ICFAI Business School (IBS). This program equips students with skills in marketing marketing, operations mangement and new marketing strategies.

ICFAI School of Financial Studies (ISFS) offers a two year MBA program to train students in MBA with specialisation either in finance, investment and banking.

Eligibility

You need to take the IBSAT if you wish to join the post graduate management course in any of the participating institutes like ICFAI Business School (IBS), ICFAI National College (INC), ICFAI School of Financial Studies (ISFS), ICFAI School of Marketing Studies (ISMS), and ICFAI School of Human Resource Development(ISHRD).

The eligibility conditions for admission into various MBA programs through ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test (IBSAT) are:

For IBS/ISFS/ISMS/ISHRD: Graduation (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) from any discipline, (English medium) with 50% and above aggregate marks.

For INC: Graduation (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) from any discipline, with 40% and above aggregate marks.

Students in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements including practical examinations/viva/assignments before April 30 of concern year. Such applicants will have to produce a certificate to that effect at the time of admission. For any extension of this deadline, the applicants should apply separately, giving the schedule of their graduation examination. Extension may be granted on the basis of the circumstances of the case. The admission of applicants will, however, remain provisional until they produce mark sheets and a degree certificate establishing their eligibility.

Selection Process:
The selection process for postgraduate management programs comprises of IBSAT and interviews. GMAT scores are also accepted by IBS institutes. Short-listed candidates are called for the interview process on the basis of their IBSAT scores. Each participating institute decides its won cut-off scores.

The students short listed for interviews will be supplied with a copy of the official prospectus and application material of the respective Participating Institutions.

If you are interested in appearing for IBSAT you can apply in any one of the following ways:

1. OMR Application Form

You can fill up the OMR Application Form and mail it to the Admissions Officer, IBSAT Office along with self attested copies of X Class, XII Class and graduation marks sheets. The students in the final year of graduation may enclose the mark sheets up to the current semester/ year.

2. Online Application

You can apply online by filling the form available at www.ibsat.org and make payment of Rs.1,100 towards the cost using Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Citibank Card) through secure internet payment gateway. You have to attach scanned photograph along with the Online Application. The IBSAT Application Material will be sent to such applicants.

3. Download of Application Form

You can download the application form from www.ibsat.org, complete it and send it to the Admissions Officer along with the demand draft of Rs.1,100 towards the cost (DD in favor of "IUCF A/c IBSAT" payable at Hyderabad). The IBSAT Application Material will be sent to such applicants.

Documents to be sent with application form:

* Self attested copies of graduation marksheets
* Students in the final year of graduation may enclose the marksheets up to the current semester/ year

ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test - IBSAT

IBSAT is an aptitude test conducted by the Federation of Universities (FedUni), for students seeking admission into the management programs. IBSAT consists of multiple choice questions. IBSAT is for 2 hours duration and is aimed to test the applicant’s ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension.

ICFAI Business Studies Aptitude Test or IBSAT is a common aptitude test to seek admission in management course at ICFAI Business School. ICFAI Business School is the management Institute of ICFAI University. The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, Dehradun, Uttaranchal is a UGC (University Grants Commission) recognized University that represents the multi-state network of universities, sponsored by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India in Uttaranchal, Tripura, Sikkim, Meghalaya and Mizoram under respective legislations. The University confers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees to eligible students subject to the University Regulations.

IBSAT exam secures seats for the successful candidates at various campuses of ICFAI all over India.
