Most dieters get swept up in the notion that a diet is about pounds. What is true is everyone that eats is following a certain type diet. It may be a junk food one, which is the make-up of one's daily eating choices. There is a direct connection between food choices and body functions.
This is what weight talk should be about: reduction of blood glucose, good skin, reviving aging cells, and combating inflammation. Cellular energy is what the focus should be on. Excess calories have a impact on glucose, insulin, triglycerides and this is the reason that calories count.

There are many natural methods that promote detoxification. The different methods include fasting, juicing, herbs, lymphatic drainage, and flushes.
Eliminating waste is important, however to clean out accumulated toxins is your cells job. Many people do flushes such as Dr.Richard Schulze's well known ones. Others will juice fast to take the burden off their digestive system. Changing the diet and lifestyle is enough to stimulate the immune system and energize the cells. The best diet for this will include lots of vegetables and fruits, which are detoxing on their own.

We wash our hair every day, once in a week or 2-3 times in a week. Whatever that frequency may be we all wash the hair. Basic cleanliness of hair starts with hair washing and shampooing the hair but have you even thought if you are washing the hair in a right way? Or there is something that you are still ignoring. The way one washes the hair also determines certain conditions like shine, bounce etc. Here, we will share the right way of shampoo and washing the hair so that the hair should be in good state and most importantly should not be damaged.

1. Brushing

You heard it right the right way to wash your hair start with the brushing first. Brush your hair with a wide toothed comb so that the tangles are out and hair is not knotty. This step is vital as after the hair washing, hair knot can be even worse hence it is always better to comb before you wash the hair.

2. Wet the hair

Wetting your hair before slathering the shampoo is essential. Water open ups the cuticle of the hair strands thus hair will be prepared for the next step which is the shampooing. Wetting the hair also makes sure that the dirt and the oils on the scalp gets loosen up and hence less shampoo will be required.

3. Shampoo the scalp

Shampoo or the hair cleanser is meant to take off the dirt, oil and products residue off the hair hence try a shampoo that is suitable for your hair type. Special shampoos are there for the chemically treated hair. Take some shampoo and dilute it with some water in your palm then gently use it to spread all over the scalp. Rub the shampoo on the scalp by giving light pressure from the fingers. This step also acts as a mini massage and facilitates the proper cleansing of the scalp.

4. Shampoo the hair

Once you have rubbed the shampoo in the scalp. It’s time to lather up the same residue of shampoo that is there on the scalp towards the hair stands. You should not take any more shampoo unless you really need, the lathers that are there for the scalp washing, are enough most of the times for the hair strands as well unless you have very long hair. For lengthy hair take some more and then gently rub the hair to cleanse them.

5. Rinsing

After you feel that the shampoo has fully lathered on the hair as well. This means that the cleansing is done and it’s time for the rinsing. Pour clear water on the scalp and with gentle finger movement try to displace the lathers and keep pouting the water and using the hands to do the clean up until clear water starts to drip down. This completes the shampoo and now the important part that gives the hair its nourishment, bounce and shine. That is hair conditioning.

6. Conditioner application

Take the conditioner and apply that on the hair below the ear level. This way you will not put conditioner too close to the roots as conditioner on the roots will weigh the hair down and they will get greasy pretty soon though if you have very dry itchy scalp then that can be done. Let the conditioner be there for 2-3 minutes then again rinse the hair with clear water.

Once the hair washing is done wrap a towel and let the water get soaked. Keep the towel there for at least 10 minutes so that all the water gets absorbed. Take out the towel and finger comb the hair do not ever try to rub the towel over the hair to make them dry quickly this will lead to damaged hair, split ends and fly ways when the hair gets dry.

You can then proceed with either that blow drying or let them air dried. So, were you washing the hair, the right way. If not then follow these tips.

Majority of people think a moisturizer is enough to keep skin hydrated and moist. But it may not be a complete skin caring element and you certainly require an additional product to retain the health of the skin. That product is night cream that works best for all skin types. It is typically heavier than the regular day cream.

The latest film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I, has broken box office records, proving that we all have a soft spot for 'the boy who lived'. And possibly that Emma Watson needs to disregard what I said about Emily Browning and consider herself proposed to as well. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow Part II screens July 15th and is 2011's number one film to see. Be sure you watch it – it's the end of an era.

And that's that! Those fortunate of us had however gotten a taste in Out Cold, and were wondering when the funny man would pop his bearded head out again. He did so gloriously with 2009 hit The Hangover, and there's no doubt that he contributed a massive amount to the film's success. He returns now with his "Wolf Pack" in the second instalment and number 2 on this list for Top 20 Films To See In 2011 in the Hangover 2. While exact details are sketchy in terms of story – it's safe to say the key is in the title. For quite some time it was feared the project would never get off the ground but it seems New Zealand hasn't had enough yet of Middle-Earthness and I'm incredibly grateful for that. LOTR was possible the greatest trilogy of all time – other than the Godfather series of course or Jurassic Park. Minus the second two that is. But if The Hobbit: Part I is done on the same scale as Jackson's previous venture with Tolkien's story he could once again raise the bar for fantasy – something that hasn't been done since his first foray into Middle Earth.

5. 127 Hours (7th January 2011)

Director Danny Boyle has created some of the most intense and memorable films in history. Trainspotting, The Beach, Sunshine and Slumdog Millionaire – not too many directors can lay down a list as impressive as that. Chris Evans takes up another superhero mantle, previously playing the Human Torch, as the lead and is joined by Hugo Weaving, Tommy Lee Jones and Samuel "I'm-always-yelling-in-movies" Jackson. While there are an abundance of comic book adaptations due in 2011, just have another look at this list, Captain America: The First Avenger seems to be trying to set itself apart as far as story and characters are concerned – and it's the reason it actually looks pretty darn good. That and the fact that for the next two years Joss Whedon will have a definite influence in whatever has an Avenger's tag.

7. The second instalment, Sherlock Holmes 2, unites the pair yet again in what is likely to be one of the better action/comedies of the year.

11. Alex Pettyfer, whom you may remember from Alex Rider: Stormbreaker, takes up the lead as Number Four in this sci-fi film about people with groovy powers who are being hunted by…something – the trailer isn't too specific. But what the I Am Number Four trailer does show off looks really good, with badass people in black coats being badass and people with glowing hands throwing stuff around. With luck this might very well turn into the next big sci/fi franchise.

13. It was the first comic book adaptation to show audiences – and studios – that films depicting spandex wearing heroes could be quite a spectacle to behold. Thus began the "Marvel/DC Effect" with every possible comic being put forward as a potential film franchise. What is refreshing about X-men: First Class is that it really appears to be going back to the beginning of the X-men story; looking into the origins of the quintessential battle between good and evil. James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender, young Xavier and Magneto respectively, form the leads with support from the beautiful Rose Byrne.

14. The only one missing is Dustin Hoffman and a monkey – yes you catch on quickly, this may very well be exactly like Outbreak. Except without a monkey. The basic outline is that a crack team of doctors has to deal with some form of very nasty swine/chicken/Twilight flu and the hazards that go along with the job. My tone is mocking but I'm actually looking forward to this, the cast alone is enough to get the interest buds piqued. Plus it's been a long time since there was a intense thriller with the kind of story Contagion is trying to get at.
