Frig. Prea frig dintro dată! Sau cel puțin așa cred! Ne-am dezobișnuit să avem iarna ca iarnă, așa cum era pe vremuri și cum mi-o aduceam eu aminte. Iarnă blândă, cu zăpadă pufoasă, cu oameni de zăpadă peste tot! 

Un viscol crâncen și o zăpadă abundentă care au făcut legea în aceste două zile, au ”înghețat” tot ce mișcă! Poate o minivacanță
după sărbătorile de iarnă (cu pregătiri intense) era binemeritată. Dar se pare
că  mica mea problemă de sănătate (adică
sinuzita care mă chinuie de mai bine de 6 luni) a reapărut întro formă mai
ușoară, (nu zic că e ca cea inițială), dar a fost deajuns să-mi strice buna

Vă prezint astăzi o rețetă simplă dar plină de aromă și chiar foarte ușor de făcut!

Unul din preparatele mele cele mai apreciate. Poate pentru alți nu, dar eu savurez la maxim acestă mâncare românească.

După câte ați văzut, am pregătit mai devreme o salată rusească. Dar de fapt, ambele salate au fost făcute în același timp aș putea spune. Și asta deoarece, legumele necesare salatelor, le-am fiert împreună. Și ouălele le-am fiert tot împreună.
