The following Avocado Sandwich cooking recipes that you can try at home. Creative recipes from me this time was one interesting alternative avocado recipes to be serving lunch as well as practical and easy when you Party! You can make this food is very easy to be our present for our family, for the materials to make Avocado Sandwich is really simple.

The fat in avocado can helps reduce levels of “bad cholesterol” or LDL cholesterol and raise “good cholesterol” or HDL, thus significantly reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack. Healthy!

And Avocado Sandwich-making materials:

6 pieces of bread
6 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into pieces
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
3 pieces of cheese slices

Managing way:

1. Mix the mayonnaise with sweet condensed milk in a Soup Bowl Tupperware container, stir well and set aside.
2. Take a piece of bread, spread with mayonnaise mixture and then arrange the avocado and cheese slices on top, then cover again with the bread.
3. Serve with a Tupperware Serving Platter or to lunch with a Tupperware container Small Round Square.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam PS3 is out now, There is a fifth map in the upcoming Vietnam expansion for Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and Electronic Arts revealed today that gamers will be able to unlock it by employing a concept unfamiliar to a large portion of the multiplayer FPS crowd: teamwork.

"The fifth map, Operation Hastings, will add a new avenue for gamers to show their superiority on the Battlefield featuring everything that makes BFBC2 Vietnam amazing: tanks, Jeeps, temples, boats and helicopters all in an environment featuring a distinctive bridge that separates the map into two main areas," Vasconcellos said in a statement. "Though, it's not as easy as all that. It's entirely up to you to unlock this fifth map."

EA Community Coordiantor Eduardo Vasconcellos announced "The Battle for Hastings" challenge this morning, and it goes like a little something like this: perform 69 million team actions (resupplies, revives, heals, spots, and repairs) in Bad Company 2 and its Vietnam expansion, and Vietnam's fifth map, Operation Hastings, will be unlocked. The challenge begins with the launch of Vietnam on December 21 and the 69 million will be a cumulative goal for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 gamers.

Operation Hastings is a remake of the 2004 map from the original Battlefield: Vietnam. The new Vietnam expansion is set for release on December 21 and will sell for $15 or 1,200 Microsoft Points.

Go ahead and fire up your Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 and put your copy of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 in because you can finally download the Vietnam expansion. For you PC and Steam users, it’s been out for a few days now so you can check it out there as well.

Survivor Finale: Survivor Nicaragua Spoilers. Who wins Survivor Nicaragua? Jud “Fabio” Birza was crowned the winner of Survivor Nicaragua’s finale! Fabio won Survivor Nicaragua’s finale, taking home the million dollar prize. Spoilers ahead…

Tonight, we found out who won Survivor on the season finale. The final five were Fabio, who came across as clueless to me; Chase, the Southern good ol’ boy; Sash, who at one point at no allies but then aligned with everyone; Holly, who almost quit early on in the game; and Dan, who didn’t really have any enemies.

Dan was voted out at the first tribal council, while Holly was voted out in the second tribal council.

The final three, Jud “Fabio” Birza, Chase Rice and Sash Lenahan, sat before the jury at the final tribal council and had questions asked of them before the final vote.

The final immunity challenge involved the Survivors balancing a sword with one hand and stacking coins on it with the other. Jeff Probst told them which coin they must stack on their swords and gave them five seconds to get it done: they were also allowed to adjust their stack of coins during that five seconds.

Are you surprised Fabio won Survivor Nicaragua? Seeing that he won three immunity challenges in a row and seemed to be adored by the jury, it doesn’t seem like that big of a surprise that Fabio was Survivor Nicaragua’s winner.

Did you know about QWOP? And did you already play QWOP Strategy Game? QWOP is a game where you play an athlete on a running track and is a simulation of a 100 meters Olympics track event. This is currently an online Flash game, but Phones Review reports that it is soon to come to the iPhone. The game was developed by Bennett Foddy back in the year of 2008. So far from the comment of most the player that been playing the game before it is one of the most difficult flash game out there.
